As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the second connection pipe 5 includes an inner pipe section 51 and an outer pipe section 52, a second clamping mechanism 14 for fixedly sealing the inner pipe section 51 is disposed at a connection portion of the angled tee pipe 13 and the outer pipe section 52, the inner pipe section 51 can be prevented from being displaced by high-pressure fluid due to the clamping function of the second clamping mechanism 14, the liquid in the angled tee pipe 13 can be prevented from entering the outer section 52 along a gap by the sealing function of the second clamping mechanism, and the connection pipe 3 and the outer pipe section 52 are connected to the hollow drum rotating shaft 2 by using the angled tee pipe 13, so that the connection pipe 3, the outer pipe section 52 and the hollow drum rotating shaft 2 are convenient to install, and have beneficial.

The double-layer continuous pipe roller joint is characterized by comprising a high-pressure manifold (1) and a hollow drum rotating shaft (2) which are sequentially communicated, wherein the high-pressure manifold (1) and the hollow drum rotating shaft (2) are connected through a rotary sealing mechanism (4), a connecting pipe (3), a connecting pipe II (5) and a converging pipe (7) are further included, the connecting pipe (3) and the connecting pipe II (5) are respectively communicated with the converging pipe (7), two external ports are arranged on the high-pressure manifold (1), external ports are communicated with the connecting pipe (3), and the other external ports are communicated with the connecting pipe II (5) through a rotary sealing mechanism II (6).

The coiled tubing roller joint of claim 1, wherein the high pressure manifold (1) comprises a pipeline joint (1 a) and a pipeline joint two (1 b), the pipeline joint (1 a) is connected with the hollow drum rotating shaft (2) by the rotary sealing mechanism (4), the end of the connecting tube two (5) extends out of the port of the pipeline joint (1 a) and is connected with the pipeline joint two (1 b) by the rotary sealing mechanism two (6), and the connecting tube two (5) is connected with the port of the pipeline joint (1 a) by the rotary sealing mechanism two (6).

The double-layer connecting pipe roller joint according to claim 2, wherein the second connecting pipe (5) comprises an inner pipe section (51) and an outer pipe section (52), the connecting pipe (3) and the outer pipe section (52) are communicated with the hollow drum rotating shaft (2) by adopting an inclined tee pipe (13), and a second clamping mechanism (14) for fixedly sealing the inner pipe section (51) is arranged at the connecting part of the inclined tee pipe (13) and the outer pipe section (52).

The double-layer continuous pipe roller joint of claim 3, wherein the second rotary sealing mechanism (6) includes a second casing (6 a), a plurality of second holders (6 b) are provided in the second casing (6 a), a second packing (6 c) is provided between the second holders (6 b), the second holders (6 b) and the second packing (6 c) form a second rotary cavity for accommodating the second connecting pipe (5), the inner wall of the second packing (6 c) is in interference fit with the outer wall of the second connecting pipe (5), and a second sealing strip (6 d) is provided on the second packing (6 c) at the detachable end of the second casing (6 a).

The double-layer continuous tube roller joint of claim 2, wherein the rotary sealing mechanism (4) includes a housing 0 (4 a), the housing 1 (4 a) has a plurality of retainers 2 (4 b), packing 4 (4 c) are disposed between the retainers 3 (4 b), the retainers (4 b) and the packing (4 c) form a rotary cavity for accommodating the extension tube (1 a 2), the inner wall of the packing (4 c) is in interference fit with the outer wall of the extension tube (1 a 2), a sealing strip (4 d) is disposed on the packing (4 c) at the detachable end of the housing (4 a), and the housing (4 a) is detachably connected with the hollow drum shaft (2).
