Abstract

Technical Field

Background
The garment steamer is a life electric appliance for removing wrinkles and indentations on clothes in an ironing mode, and can heat the cloth in a naturally sagging state of the clothes, so that damage to the cloth of the clothes is reduced. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the shower head assembly of the present embodiment includes a handle structure 10 and a nozzle structure 20 connected to the handle structure 10, the nozzle structure 20 including a nozzle housing 27, an ironing board 21 and a vaporizing assembly 22. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the vaporizing assembly 22 of the present embodiment further includes a first heat-conducting rib 225 disposed on the bottom plate 223, the ironing board 21 further includes a second heat-conducting rib 213 disposed on a side of the substrate 211 facing the vaporizing assembly 22, a groove adapted to the first heat-conducting rib 225 is disposed on the second heat-conducting rib 213, and the surfaces of the substrate 211 and the bottom plate 223 opposite to each other and the first heat-conducting rib 225 and the second heat-conducting rib 213 surround to form an air outlet cavity. The ironing board 21 and the vaporizing assembly 22 of the present embodiment are positioned by the plug-in cooperation of the first heat conducting ribs 225 and the second heat conducting ribs 213, and may be fixed by fasteners. The heat of the heating pipe 26 is transferred to the gas outlet chamber and the substrate 211 through the first and second heat conductive ribs 225 and 213 to maintain the temperature of the gas in the gas outlet chamber.
To further enhance the heat transfer effect, as shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the ironing board 21 further comprises a heat conducting stud 214 arranged at the side of the base plate 211 facing the steaming module 22, the heat conducting stud 214 being arranged in the air outlet cavity, the heat conducting stud 214 being capable of contacting the soleplate 223 when the steaming module 22 and the ironing board 21 are assembled together.
In order to make the high-temperature steam uniformly ejected from each first air outlet hole 212 of the air outlet cavity, the ironing board 21 of the present embodiment further includes a diversion protrusion 215, where the diversion protrusion 215 is disposed on the side of the substrate 211 facing the vaporization assembly 22 corresponding to the second air outlet hole 224, and the surface of the diversion protrusion 215 is a curved surface with a convex middle so as to guide the air flowing out from the second air outlet hole 224 to each first air outlet hole 212.
As shown in fig. 6, the vaporization chamber of the present embodiment includes an intake chamber and an elongated channel having a bottom wall disposed on the bottom plate and two side walls disposed opposite each other, with a relief surface 226 disposed on the bottom wall. The inlet chamber corresponds to the steam inlet position of the nozzle structure 20, and the extension channel is communicated with the inlet chamber and the second air outlet 224, and the surface of the extension channel is provided with a relief surface 226 to form a wave structure so as to increase the contact area between the vaporizing chamber and the gas. In this embodiment, baffles 227 are also alternately provided on both sidewalls to form a tortuous flow path in the vaporization chamber, the tortuous extension path taking full advantage of the area of vaporization assembly 22 for heating. A showerhead assembly according to claim 3, wherein the ironing faceplate (21) further comprises a diverting protrusion (215), the diverting protrusion (215) being provided on the side of the base plate (211) facing the vaporizing assembly (22) in correspondence with the second gas outlet holes (224), the surface of the diverting protrusion (215) being a curved surface of the intermediate protrusion for guiding the gas flowing out from the second gas outlet holes (224) to the plurality of first gas outlet holes (212).

The showerhead assembly according to claim 1, wherein the nozzle arrangement (20) further comprises a heat transfer post (25) and a temperature sensor (24), the heat transfer post (25) being disposed in the vaporization chamber, the temperature sensor (24) passing through the top cap (222) and being in contact with the heat transfer post (25).
9. The showerhead assembly according to claim 8, wherein the heat transfer posts (25) are disposed in abutment with the shroud (221).
10. A garment steamer comprising a spray head assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
