Abstract
The invention relates to a tight rope-shaped water washing unit which comprises an upper cavity (3.1) and a lower cavity (3.2), wherein one or more groups of spray pipe groups (4) are arranged in the upper cavity (3.1), each group of spray pipe groups (4) comprises a left spray pipe (4.1) and a right spray pipe (4.1) which are vertically arranged, the top end and the bottom end of each spray pipe (4.1) are respectively communicated with the upper box body (1) and the lower cavity (3.2), a first guide roller (5) is correspondingly arranged below each group of spray pipe groups (4), and the first guide roller (5) is arranged in the lower cavity (3.2) and is positioned between the left spray pipe (4.1) and the right spray pipe (4.1) which correspond to the spray pipe groups (4). The tight rope-shaped washing unit has the advantages of strong applicability, good washing effect, reduced occupied space, water consumption saving and production cost reduction.

Background
The rope washing machine is mainly used for pretreatment and after-finishing washing of rope fabrics and is an important unit machine table for forming a rope-shaped washing combination machine after dyeing and printing. The fabric can be classified into a tight type rope washer and a loose type rope washer according to the tension state of the fabric running, wherein the tight type rope washer is used for immersing and washing the rope-shaped fabric under a tensioning state. The traditional tight rope washer has the defects of poor washing effect, large water consumption, large occupied area, high production cost and the like due to unreasonable structural design.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the invention relates to a tight rope-shaped rinsing machine, which comprises an upper box body 1 and a lower box body 2, wherein a plurality of rinsing units 3 are sequentially arranged in the lower box body 2 from front to back, each rinsing unit 3 comprises an upper cavity 3.1 and a lower cavity 3.2, one or more groups of spraying pipe groups 4 are arranged in the upper cavity 3.1, each group of spraying pipe groups 4 comprises two spraying pipes 4.1 which are vertically arranged, the top end and the bottom end of each spraying pipe group 4.1 are respectively communicated with the upper box body 1 and the lower cavity 3.2, a first guide roller 5 is correspondingly arranged below each spraying pipe group 4, and the first guide roller 5 is arranged in the lower cavity 3.2 and is positioned between the left spraying pipe 4 and the right spraying pipe 4.1 of the corresponding spraying pipe group 4;
a row of a plurality of roller groups 6 are arranged in the upper box body 1, and the roller groups 6 are arranged between two adjacent washing units 3;

the roll stack 6 comprises a drive roll assembly 6.1 and a driven roll assembly 6.2, the driven roll assembly 6.2 being located above the drive roll assembly 6.1;
the driving roller assembly 6.1 comprises a driving shaft 6.1.1, the driving shaft 6.1.1 is arranged between the left side wall and the right side wall of the upper box body 1 in a penetrating mode, a worm gear reducer 6.1.2 is arranged outside the upper box body 1, the driving shaft 6.1.1 is driven through the worm gear reducer 6.1.2, and the driving roller 6.1.3 is arranged on the driving shaft 6.1.1;

Working principle:

the fabric enters a rope-shaped washing machine from a fabric feeding cylinder, sequentially passes through a first roller group, a first washing unit, a second roller group, a second washing unit, a third roller group, a third washing unit and the like along the fabric feeding direction, and sequentially passes through a plurality of roller groups and a plurality of washing units along the running path;
the running path when passing through the water washing units is (taking two groups of jet pipe groups of each water washing unit as an example): the fabric passes through one jet pipe in the first jet pipe group from top to bottom, passes through a first guide roller below the jet pipe group for reversing, passes through another jet pipe in the jet pipe group from bottom to top, passes through a second guide roller in the upper box for reversing, passes through one jet pipe in the latter jet pipe group from top to bottom, passes through a first guide roller below the latter jet pipe group for reversing, passes through another jet pipe of the latter jet pipe group from bottom to top, and then passes through a roller group between two adjacent washing units and enters the latter washing unit; in the process that the fabric passes through the jet pipe for many times, washing water in the lower chamber of the washing unit is filtered by the circulating filter device and then is conveyed into the upper chamber, water flows enter the jet pipe through the jet hole on the wall of the jet pipe to wash the fabric, the fabric can be fully contacted with the fabric in the jet pipe, dyeing materials, paste and the like which are not fixed on the fiber can be effectively removed, and under the same volume condition, the washing path of the fabric is greatly prolonged, so that the fabric has the advantages of small cloth storage, small water consumption and small occupied area;
in the process of cleaning fabrics, used washing water in the washing units can circularly convey part of the washing water after filtration to the washing units for continuous use through the circulating filter device, meanwhile, the pollution degree of the washing water in the washing units along the cloth feeding direction is gradually reduced, namely, the pollution degree of the washing water in the washing unit at the rearmost side is lowest, the pollution degree of the washing water in the washing unit at the foremost side is highest, and the washing water in the washing unit at the later side can convey part of the washing water to the washing unit at the former through the return pipe after passing through the circulating filter device, so that the water resource can be effectively recycled, the water resource is saved, and the production cost is reduced.
