Abstract
The invention discloses leak-proof plugging viscosity increasing agents, which comprise hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC), high-viscosity sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-HV), a tackifier (80A-51) for drilling fluid, carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose (CMHEC), viscosity polyvinyl alcohol, and high-viscosity polyanionic cellulose (HV-PAC), wherein the substances are sequentially added into a container according to the components and the content of the substances at normal temperature and normal pressure, are uniformly mixed and stirred, and are dried and crushed into granular products.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: the above materials are sequentially added into a container according to the components and contents thereof at normal temperature and normal pressure, mixed and stirred uniformly, dried, crushed or sieved into granular products with the grain diameter of 0.05 mm-0.8 mm.
When the plugging drilling fluid is used, leak-proof plugging viscosity improvers of the invention are added into the plugging drilling fluid, wherein the total amount of the plugging drilling fluid is 3%, and the 3% is the volume-weight ratio, namely, 3 tons of leak-proof plugging viscosity improvers are added into 100 prescriptions of the plugging drilling fluid.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: the above materials are added into a container according to the components and contents thereof by a conventional preparation method at normal temperature and normal pressure, mixed and stirred uniformly, dried, crushed or sieved into granular products with the grain diameter of 0.05 mm-0.8 mm.
When the plugging drilling fluid is used, leak-proof plugging viscosity improvers of the invention are added into the plugging drilling fluid, wherein the amount of the leak-proof plugging viscosity improvers is 5 percent of the total amount of the plugging drilling fluid, and the 5 percent is a volume-weight ratio, namely, 5 tons of leak-proof plugging viscosity improvers are added into per 100 prescriptions of the plugging drilling fluid.
In examples 1 to 4, each of the above components was commercially available.
The hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC is white to light yellow fibrous or powdery solid, is nontoxic, tasteless, and easily soluble in water, is insoluble in -like organic solvents, and is obtained from Meixin Hupo Biotech, Inc. in various embodiments of the invention.
The high-viscosity sodium carboxymethyl cellulose CMC-HV is white or yellowish flocculent fiber powder or white powder in appearance, is odorless, tasteless and nontoxic, is easily dissolved in cold water or hot water to form a transparent solution with constant viscosity, and is used as an adhesive, a thickening agent, a suspending agent, an emulsifying agent, a dispersing agent, a stabilizing agent, a sizing agent and the like.
The tackifier (80A-51) for the drilling fluid is white or light yellow free-flowing powder, is a copolymer of acrylamide and sodium acrylate, has good tackifying, flocculating and shearing diluting performances, and is purchased from Puyang Xin environmental protection science and technology Limited company.
The carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose CMHEC is white or yellowish powder, the viscosity is 5-150000 mPa.s, and the product in each embodiment of the invention is purchased from Hebei Tianwei chemical Co Ltd.
The high-viscosity polyvinyl alcohol is an organic compound, is white flaky, flocculent or powdery solid and is tasteless, and the product in each embodiment of the invention is purchased from Shanghai Hughai industry Co., Ltd, and has the viscosity of 40-65mPa & s.
The high-viscosity polyanionic cellulose HV-PAC is white to light yellow powder or particles, is tasteless and nontoxic, has strong hygroscopicity, is easily dissolved in cold water and hot water, is a water-soluble cellulose ether derivative prepared by chemically modifying natural cellulose, is produced by Shandong Yanggu Longquan chemical plants in various embodiments of the invention, and has the viscosity of more than or equal to 50 mPa & s.
The formula of the plugging drilling fluid comprises: well slurry or (clear water 100 square +6-8% bentonite +0.3% sodium carbonate +0.2% PAM + barite) + (1% -2%) sawdust +3-5% cotton seed hull +2-3% walnut shell +3% coarse walnut shell +2-4% plugging agent while drilling +2-3% mica. The leak-proof plugging viscosity increasing agents prepared in the examples 1 to 4 have good viscosity increasing and plugging effects in field use, the addition amount is volume-weight ratio, and the magadiite viscosity (unit, s (sec)) of the plugging drilling fluid before and after the addition of the viscosity increasing agent is measured by using a magadiite viscometer according to an API standard test method and is detailed in table 1.
