- The kinds of powerful adhesive for wooden handicraft is prepared with lignin 15-25 weight portions, modified phenolic resin glue 20-30 weight portions, polyvinyl alcohol 5-8 weight portions, emulsifier 2-6 weight portions, initiator 0.8-1.5 weight portions, methacrylic acid 0.5-1.0 weight portions, diethyl phthalate 0.1-0.5 weight portions, and sodium benzoate 0.1-0.2 weight portions;the wood craft strong adhesive is prepared by the following method:step S1, adding an initiator into deionized water, stirring at a constant speed for 5min to prepare an initiator solution as solution A for later use, then adding polyvinyl alcohol and lignin into the deionized water, stirring at a constant speed for 5min to prepare a mixed solution as solution B for later use, and controlling the weight ratio of the initiator to the deionized water to be 1: 12 and the weight ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol to the deionized water to be 1: 15;step S2, heating the liquid B to 95 ℃, stirring for 10min at the rotating speed of 120r/min, adding methacrylic acid, cooling to 45 ℃, adding an emulsifier, continuing to stir for 10min, adding the liquid A prepared in the step S1, heating to 60 ℃, adding a modified phenolic resin adhesive, stirring for 10min at the rotating speed of 250r/min, and preserving heat for 30min to prepare a mixture;and S3, adding diethyl phthalate and sodium benzoate into the mixture prepared in the step S2, and stirring at a constant speed for 30min to prepare the wood craft strong adhesive.
- 2. The wood based craft strong adhesive of claim 1, wherein the modified phenolic resin glue is prepared by the following method:(1) adding phenol and formaldehyde into a three-neck flask, adding 10% sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH until the pH is 7.8-8.0, stirring at a rotating speed of 180r/min, heating to 60 ℃, stirring for 30min, adding urea to react for 30min, heating to 80 ℃, adding resorcinol, continuing to stir by magnetic force until the viscosity is 200-500mPa & s, preparing a modified phenolic resin glue solution, and controlling the weight ratio of the phenol, the resorcinol, the formaldehyde and the urea to be 2: 0.02: 4: 1;(2) adding flour into the modified phenolic resin glue solution, heating to 45 ℃, carrying out magnetic stirring at the rotating speed of 220r/min, controlling the stirring time to be 15min, then adding bamboo charcoal powder, heating to 55 ℃, continuing stirring, keeping the temperature for 2h, then adding gelatin, carrying out magnetic stirring at the rotating speed of 250r/min until the viscosity is 500-800mPa & s, and preparing the modified phenolic resin glue, wherein the weight ratio of the modified phenolic resin glue solution to the flour to the bamboo charcoal powder is controlled to be 20: 3: 2.
- 3. The wood based craft strong adhesives of claim 1, wherein the initiator is or both of ammonium persulfate and sodium persulfate.
- 4. The wood based craft strong adhesive of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is or two of sulfosuccinate derivatives, acrylamido isopropyl sulfonic acid, and sodium salt of alkylphenol ether sulfosuccinate.
- The preparation method of the strong adhesive for the wood artware is characterized by comprising the following steps:step S1, adding an initiator into deionized water, stirring at a constant speed for 5min to prepare an initiator solution as solution A for later use, then adding polyvinyl alcohol and lignin into the deionized water, stirring at a constant speed for 5min to prepare a mixed solution as solution B for later use, and controlling the weight ratio of the initiator to the deionized water to be 1: 12 and the weight ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol to the deionized water to be 1: 15;step S2, heating the liquid B to 95 ℃, stirring for 10min at the rotating speed of 120r/min, adding methacrylic acid, cooling to 45 ℃, adding an emulsifier, continuing to stir for 10min, adding the liquid A prepared in the step S1, heating to 60 ℃, adding a modified phenolic resin adhesive, stirring for 10min at the rotating speed of 250r/min, and preserving heat for 30min to prepare a mixture;and S3, adding diethyl phthalate and sodium benzoate into the mixture prepared in the step S2, and stirring at a constant speed for 30min to prepare the wood craft strong adhesive.
