Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides practical environment-friendly cleaning adhesive tapes, which have fixed viscosity, can adhere to stains which are difficult to clean, and have small size and soft material, so that corners which are difficult to clean can be cleaned.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
practical environment-friendly cleaning adhesive tape comprises a release layer, an adhesive layer and a substrate layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein the raw materials for preparing the adhesive layer comprise the following components in percentage by weight:
further , the weight ratio of resin to rubber is 0.5-0.75.
the rubber is smoked sheet rubber and/or styrene-butadiene rubber, and the rubber is added to give good cohesion to the adhesive.
the resin is or more of hydrogenated rosin resin, terpene phenolic resin and aliphatic petroleum resin, and the addition of the resin can endow the adhesive with high stripping force and high initial viscosity.
, the anti-aging agent is zinc dibutyl dithiocarbamate and/or 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, and can effectively relieve the phenomenon that the adhesive tape is obviously aged due to the influence of oxygen, ultraviolet and other factors in the air.
, the softener is or more of liquid styrene butadiene rubber, liquid polyisobutylene and liquid nitrile butadiene rubber, and the softener can effectively reduce the bulk viscosity of the rubber and improve the initial viscosity of the rubber.
, the substrate layer is a non-woven fabric layer.
, the non-woven fabric has a tensile strength greater than 50 MPa.
, the adhesive layer has a thickness of 15-40 μm.
, the release layer is glassine release paper which is environment-friendly and degradable.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, natural rubber and synthetic resin are combined as raw materials in a specific ratio, so that the prepared adhesive can effectively improve the holding viscosity, stripping force and initial viscosity of an adhesive layer, and can effectively adsorb various dirt; the high-strength non-woven fabric is used as the substrate layer, so that the substrate cannot be damaged when the cleaning adhesive tape is peeled off after being attached, and parts which are difficult to clean by cleaning tools such as a broom, a mop and a sweeping robot can be effectively cleaned.
