Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art.
The child product provided in this embodiment is specifically a stroller, and in other embodiments, the child product may be a foldable child product such as a dining chair. Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the child product includes a first lever 1 and a second lever 2, and the first lever 1 and the second lever 2 are rotatably connected by a connecting shaft 11. In this embodiment, the first lever 1 is a front wheel bracket, and the second lever 2 is a rear wheel bracket. The front wheel 3 is installed at the lower end of the first rod 1, the rear wheel 4 is installed at the lower end of the second rod 2, and the upper part of the first rod 1 and the upper end of the second rod 2 are pivoted through a connecting shaft 11.
As shown in fig. 2,3, 5 and 7, at least the first rod 1 or the second rod 2 is provided with a long groove 21 which is matched with the connecting shaft 11, and the connecting shaft 11 is slidably inserted into the long groove 21 along the extending direction of the long groove 21. The first lever 1 has a first contact portion, and the second lever 2 has a second contact portion capable of coming into contact with the first contact portion. The child product has an unfolded state, a primary folded state, and a secondary folded state. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, when the child product is in the unfolded state, the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are unfolded relatively, the connecting shaft 11 is located at the first position in the long groove 21, and the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion are abutted against each other to prevent the connecting shaft 11 from sliding along the long groove 21. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the child product is in a folded state, the first lever 1 and the second lever 2 are close to each other, the connecting shaft 11 is located at the first position in the long groove 21, and the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion are disengaged from each other. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the child is in the secondary folded state, the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are further closed, and the connection shaft 11 is located at the second position within the long groove 21. In addition, the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are close to each other to form a first angle when the child product is in the first folded state, and a second angle is formed between the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 when the child product is in the second folded state, and the second angle is smaller than the first angle.
In this embodiment, the connecting shaft 11 is disposed on the first rod 1, the long groove 21 is disposed on the second rod 2, and the long groove 21 extends along the length direction of the second rod 2. The first rod 1 includes a rod-shaped body 1a and a joint 1b connected to an upper end of the rod-shaped body 1a, and the second rod 2 includes a rod-shaped body 2a and a joint 2b connected to an upper end of the rod-shaped body 2 a. Here, the "longitudinal direction of the second rod" specifically refers to the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped body 2a of the second rod 2, that is, the extending direction of the rod-shaped body 2a, as indicated by an arrow L in fig. 2. The connection shaft 11 is provided to the joint 2b, and the long groove 21 is provided to the joint 2b. The elongated slot 21 has opposite first and second ends, and the second end of the elongated slot 21 is spaced from the distal end of the rod-shaped body 2a less than the first end. The first position is in particular at a first end of the elongated slot and the second position is in particular at a second end of the elongated slot. Thus, the connecting shaft 11 is located at a first end of the elongated slot 21 when the child is in the unfolded state and the first folded state, and the connecting shaft 11 is located at a second end of the elongated slot 21 when the child is in the second folded state.
The first contact portion is a first contact surface 12 facing the rod-shaped body 2a, which is formed on the joint 1b of the first rod 1. The second contact portion is a second contact surface 22 formed on the joint 2b of the second lever 2, and the second contact surface 22 can be disposed opposite to and in contact with the first contact surface 12, so that the connecting shaft 11 can be prevented from sliding toward the second end portion of the elongated groove 21 in the expanded state. In this embodiment, the first contact surface 12 and the second contact surface 22 are both planar, and the second contact surface 22 is located at the top end of the second rod 2, specifically, the top end of the joint 2 b.
The second rod 2 also has an arcuate surface 23 which adjoins the second contact surface 22 or is adjacent to the second contact surface 22, which arcuate surface 23 may alternatively be a bevel, by providing an arcuate surface 23 or bevel to avoid the relative rotation of the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 being hindered when folded. The first rod 1 also has an arcuate surface 13 which adjoins the first contact surface 12 or is adjacent to the first contact surface 12, which arcuate surface 13 may alternatively be a bevel. When the child product is in the unfolding state and the primary folding state, the arc-shaped surface 13 on the first rod 1 is opposite to the arc-shaped surface 23 on the second rod 2 with a gap, and when the child product is in the secondary folding state, the arc-shaped surface 23 on the second rod 2 is abutted against the first contact surface 12 on the first rod 1, and the two surfaces are in contact fit.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, the child product further includes a push rod 5 and a connecting rod 6, the push rod 5 is rotationally connected with the first rod 1, the connecting rod 6 is rotationally connected with the push rod 5 and the second rod 2, and the rotational connection position of the first rod 1 and the push rod 5 is located between the rotational connection position of the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 and the rotational connection position of the push rod 5 and the connecting rod 6 (as shown in fig. 1). The angle formed between the first rod 1 and the push rod 5 in the first folded state of the child product is larger than the angle formed between the first rod 1 and the push rod 5 in the second folded state of the child product.
The use process of the children product is as follows:
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, when the child product is in the unfolded state, the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are unfolded relatively, the connecting shaft 11 is located at the first end of the long groove 21, and the second contact surface 22 on the second rod 2 and the first contact surface 12 on the first rod 1 are opposite and tightly contacted with each other, the first contact surface 12 provides a blocking effect, namely, the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are completely restrained under the action of the first contact surface 12 and the second contact surface 22, at this time, the connecting shaft 11 does not slide towards the second end of the long groove 21, and thus the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are unfolded stably;
When the child folding device is folded, the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are rotated around the connecting shaft 11 to be mutually close, and the child article is in a primary folding state as shown in fig. 4 and 5, at the moment, the connecting shaft 11 is still positioned at the first end part of the long groove 21, the first contact surface 12 and the second contact surface 22 are separated from each other, and a space is reserved between the arc-shaped surface 13 and the arc-shaped surface 23, namely, the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are in a semi-constraint state, and the connecting shaft 11 can slide along the long groove 21 after external force is applied;
The external force F1 is continuously applied to the first rod 1 or the external force F2 is continuously applied to the second rod 2 along the direction indicated by the arrow, the second rod 2 is continuously closed to the first rod 1, the connecting shaft 11 slides to the second end part of the long groove 21 along the long groove 21, the children's product is in a secondary folding state as shown in fig. 6 and 7, and at the moment, the first rod 1 and the second rod 2 are further closed, so that the volume of the children's product after folding is further reduced.
It should be noted that the bottoms of the wheels are on the same plane when the child is in the unfolded state, the first folded state, or the second folded state. I.e. during unfolding and folding, both the front wheel 3 and the rear wheel 4 can land, achieving self-standing.
The above examples are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and are intended to be preferred embodiments, and those skilled in the art can understand the content of the present invention and implement the same, and thus are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
