Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is made in view of the above background, and aims to provide kinds of gym rings, which have simple structure, convenient operation and wide adjustable range of the gravity center, thereby providing a wide range of exercise intensity to suit people with different exercise requirements.

The invention is further illustrated in detail in connection with the figures and the detailed description.
The present invention proposes novel exercise rings that perform a circular motion similar to a conventional hula-hoop, thereby performing an exercise of muscles and joints of the shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle, however, unlike a conventional hula-hoop, the exercise ring according to the present invention has centrifugal weights that orbit around the ring body.
Figure 1 shows a th embodiment of the exercise band according to the invention, which exercise band 1 comprises a band body 2, weight means 3 (a weight bag 9 as shown in the figure) and guide means 4 attached to the weight means 3 at the end and received in the band body 2 at the other end as shown in figure 1, part of the material of the band body 2 is removed to show the guide means 4 received in the band body 2. the guide means 4 comprises a U-shaped bracket 6 and two rolling members (rolling wheels 7 as shown in the figure) connected on the ends of the two branches of the U-shaped bracket 6. the band body 2 is hollow and is provided with a continuous C-shaped slot opening radially outwards along the entire circumference of the band body 2. the rolling wheels 7 of the guide means 4 are received in the slot and arranged to be movable along the slot. the U-shaped bracket 6, in particular the base of the U-shaped bracket 6 and the weight bag 9, are connected at a distance from each other by a strip 5 of adjustable length, and as the length of the strip 5 is adjustable, and the weight bag 9 can be adjusted to a greater range of exercise capacity, even to accommodate different exercise needs of a user.
