In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, the position of the adjusting rod 200 can be continuously adjusted relative to the adjusting frame 110, the adjusting rod 200 is provided with an adjusting strip-shaped hole 210 along the extending direction thereof, the adjusting frame 110 is provided with a fastening hole, the fastening hole on the adjusting frame 110 is fixedly connected with any position of the strip-shaped hole on the adjusting rod 200 through a second fastening member 140, and the second fastening member 140 is loosened to adjust the position of the adjusting rod 200 relative to the adjusting frame 110 along the height direction of the patient.

5-6, the air pressure adjusting assembly 500 comprises a connecting tube 510, a pressure sensor 520, a three-way valve 530, an air filter 540, an air check valve 550 and an air pump 560, wherein two ends of the connecting tube 510 are respectively communicated with the neck airbag 400 and the air pump 560, the air pump 560 is used for filling air into the neck airbag 400, the air check valve 550, the air filter 540, the three-way valve 530 and the air pump 520 are respectively arranged at the middle part of the connecting tube 510 in sequence along the flow direction of the air during inflation, under the control of the medical staff or the patient, the air pressure adjusting assembly 500 enters an inflation state, the three-way valve 530 is communicated with the connecting tube 510 at two sides, the air pump 560 compresses the air in the air and pumps the air into the connecting tube 510, the air entering the connecting tube 510 passes through the air check valve 550, the air filter 540, the three-way valve 530 and finally enters the neck airbag 400, the pressure value of the air in the connecting tube 510 is monitored by the pressure sensor 520 in real time during the process, the pressure sensor 520 is electrically connected with the air pump 560, the pressure sensor 520 can transmit the air in the connecting tube 510 to the air pump 560, and.
When the pressure in the connection tube 510 reaches the upper limit of the set range, the air pump 560 stops pumping air into the connection tube 510, and the air check valve 550 keeps the air sealed in the neck airbag 400 and the connection tube 510, thereby keeping the pressure in the connection tube 510 and the neck airbag 400, when the pressure sensor 520 detects that the pressure in the connection tube 510 is less than the set range, the air pump 560 is only allowed to start to fill air into the connection tube 510 and the neck airbag 400, , the neck airbag 400 has a smooth arc-shaped protrusion 420 at a position contacting with the back neck of the patient, and the arc-shaped protrusion 420 is adapted to the back neck of the patient.
Further , as shown in Figs. 5-6, the neck airbag 400 has a mounting hole 410, the mounting hole 410 is installed on the fixing frame 100 corresponding to the back neck of the patient. As , the mounting hole 410 is installed on the adjusting frame 110 to ensure that the neck airbag 400 supports the neck of the patient at any time, after the treatment process is completed, the patient or the medical staff can control the three-way valve 530 to connect the connecting tube 510 at the side of the neck airbag 400 with the external space, the compressed air in the neck airbag 400 and the connecting tube 510 is exhausted, and then the head fixing device 10 can be removed from the head 900 of the patient, optionally, the three-way valve 530 comprises an electromagnetic three-way valve.
The embodiment of the invention also provides magnetic resonance guided ultrasonic treatment apparatuses, which include a magnetic resonance device, an ultrasonic treatment bed and the head fixing device 10 of any item of the above scheme, wherein the ultrasonic treatment bed is used for bearing a patient to be treated, the head fixing device 10 is used for fixing the head of the patient on the ultrasonic treatment bed, and the magnetic resonance guided ultrasonic treatment apparatuses are characterized in that the head fixing device 10 can quickly realize the adjustment along the height direction of the patient and the adjustment along the rotation radial direction of the fixing frame 100 through a plurality of position adjustable adjusting rods 200 and a positioning needle 300, so that the head fixing device 10 can quickly fix the heads of patients with different head types, the fixing efficiency of the head 900 of the patient is improved, and the single treatment time of the ultrasonic treatment based on the magnetic resonance imaging guidance is further shortened.

The head fixing device 10 and the magnetic resonance guided ultrasonic treatment apparatus provided by the above embodiments can allow a patient in a magnetic resonance imaging guided ultrasonic treatment process to quickly wear the head fixing device 10, and can quickly fix the patient wearing the head fixing device 10 on an MRI bed, and also facilitate various adjustments of the head fixing device 10 by medical staff in the process of wearing the head fixing device 10. The support of the neck bladder 400 on the patient's neck greatly alleviates the patient's pain during treatment. It should be understood that the control system of the MRI guided therapeutic ultrasound apparatus is disposed outside the MRI room, and does not affect the operation of the internal MRI when in operation.

1, head fixation device, wherein said head fixation device comprises:
the fixing frame is in a ring shape, the hollow part of the fixing frame can accommodate the head of a patient, and the fixing frame can be fixed on the ultrasonic treatment bed;
the adjusting rods are respectively arranged on the fixed frame along the rotation direction of the fixed frame, and each adjusting rod is fixedly arranged on the fixed frame in a way of being adjustable along the height direction of a patient;
the positioning needles are respectively arranged on the adjusting rods, each positioning needle is fixedly arranged on the adjusting rod along the rotation radial direction of the fixed frame in an adjustable mode, and the positioning needles are arranged in a plurality of modes along the rotation radial direction of the fixed frame to cooperatively fix the head of a patient.
2. The head fixation device of claim 1 wherein said fixation frame comprises an adjustment frame and a support post; the adjusting frame is annular, the hollow part of the adjusting frame can accommodate the head of a patient, the adjusting rods are respectively arranged on the adjusting frame along the rotation direction of the adjusting frame, and each adjusting rod is fixedly arranged on the adjusting frame in a way of being adjustable along the height direction of the patient; the support column can be fixed on the ultrasonic treatment bed, and the adjusting frame is fixedly arranged on the support column along the adjustable direction of the face of the patient.
3. The head fixation device of claim 2 wherein said fixation frame includes two support posts that support said adjustment frame along the left and right sides of the patient's face, respectively.
4. The head fixing device according to claim 2, wherein the supporting column is provided with a positioning notch and a locking slot, when the supporting column is fixed on the ultrasonic treatment couch, the positioning notch abuts against a positioning support structure on the ultrasonic treatment couch, and the locking slot is locked by a locking structure on the ultrasonic treatment couch.
5. The head restraint as claimed in claim 2, wherein the securing frame further comprises a handle disposed on the adjustment frame at a position corresponding to the patient's face.
6. The head fixation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a line connecting positions where at least two of said adjustment levers are fixedly disposed on said fixed frame passes through a center of rotation of said fixed frame.
7. The head restraint of claim 6 wherein said head restraint includes four adjustment bars, four adjustment bars being diagonally disposed on said fixed frame.
8. The head fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the extension direction of the adjusting rod is parallel to the height direction of the patient, the adjusting rod is provided with an adjusting strip-shaped hole along the extension direction of the adjusting rod, the fixing frame is provided with a fastening hole, and the fastening hole in the fixing frame is fixedly connected with any position of the strip-shaped hole in the adjusting rod through a fastening piece.
9. The head restraint as claimed in wherein the head restraint further comprises a neck bladder removably disposed on the securing frame at a location corresponding to the patient's nape.
10. The head restraint as claimed in claim 9, further comprising an air pressure adjusting assembly connected to the neck airbag for controlling the air pressure in the neck airbag within a set range.
11. The head fixing device according to claim 10, wherein the air pressure adjusting assembly comprises a connecting pipe, a pressure sensor, a three-way valve, an air filter, an air check valve and an air pump, two ends of the connecting pipe are respectively communicated with the neck airbag and the air pump, the air pump is used for filling air into the neck airbag, and the air check valve, the air filter, the three-way valve and the pressure sensor are respectively and sequentially arranged at a middle part of the connecting pipe along a flow direction of the air during inflation.
12. The head restraint as claimed in claim 9, wherein the neck airbag has a mounting hole formed therein, the mounting hole being formed through the fixing frame at a position corresponding to the nape of the patient; the position of the neck airbag contacting with the back neck of the patient is provided with a smooth arc-shaped bulge, and the arc-shaped bulge is matched with the back neck of the patient.
A magnetic resonance guided ultrasonic treatment apparatus of the kind , comprising a magnetic resonance device, an ultrasonic treatment couch for carrying a patient to be treated, and a head fixation device of any of claims 1-12 for fixing the head of the patient to the ultrasonic treatment couch.

The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the ultrasonic treatment bed comprises a frame, a frame fixing plate, a positioning support rod and a locking rod, the frame fixing plate is vertically adjustably disposed on the frame, and the positioning support rod and the locking rod are respectively disposed on the frame fixing plate; the fixing frame is provided with a positioning notch and a locking clamping groove, when the fixing frame is fixed on the ultrasonic treatment bed, the positioning notch is abutted to the positioning support rod, and the locking rod is inserted into and locks the locking clamping groove.
