Abstract
本发明公开了一种美白抗衰老精华液,所述美白抗衰老精华液包含左旋维生素C、虾青素、甲基橙皮苷、阿魏酸和根皮素。本发明所述美白抗衰老精华液中添加了虾青素、左旋VC和甲基橙皮苷这几种能够消除皮肤中的过量的自由基和抑制络氨酸酶的成分,并添加了阿魏酸和根皮素这两种具有活肤、促进渗透和吸收的成分,相比于一般的水剂,具有更强的美白和抗衰的作用,可让肌肤在短时间内恢复最佳状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种美白抗衰老精华液。
背景技术
黑色素细胞产生的黑色素在酪氨酸酶的作用下,由酪氨酸酶转化为多巴,再经一系列复杂的生化过程而生成。黑素细胞存在于表皮的基底层,紫外线,污染,激素能会引发黑色素生成,黑色素通过黑素体转移到角化细胞层。美白是通过抑制体内的黑色素形成,或者分解皮肤中已有的黑色素达到美白效果。美白产品主要是通过抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,吸收紫外线减少由于光照产生的自由基,清除体内多余的自由基,因为自由基参与黑色素的形成过程等途径达到美白的目的。
体内多余的自由基会和体内的不饱和脂肪酸反应,降低膜的柔软性,导致细胞膜功能异常,使机体处于不正常状态,表现在皮肤上则是皮肤干燥,出现皱纹,接着进一步反应生成荧光物质,这些物质聚集后在皮肤上就表现为老年斑;另外,自由基还会引起结缔组织中胶原蛋白的交联,使胶原蛋白的溶解性降低,表现在机体上就是皮肤没有弹性、无光泽、骨骼变脆、眼晶状体变浑浊等。
皮肤受到外界环境影响,会形成游离自由基,自由基会破坏正常组织内的胶原蛋白、弹力素,造成老化、产生细纹、皱纹。市场上的美白产品美白效果不佳,且有较多成分的添加,且容易对皮肤造成负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种美白抗衰老精华液。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种美白抗衰老精华液,所述美白抗衰老精华液包含左旋维生素C、虾青素、甲基橙皮苷、阿魏酸和根皮素。
左旋维生素C(“左旋VC”)是唯一可直接被人体肌肤所吸收的维生素C形式。左旋VC能有效中和自由基,改善肌肤纹路,还原受损肌肤,让皮肤紧实有弹性。左旋VC能抑制酪胺酸酶及还原黑色素,并淡化已形成的斑点,抑制黑色素形成。左旋VC还可以促进胶原蛋白合成减少细纹:左旋VC是制造胶原蛋白必须成分,而胶原蛋白是构成真皮的主要成分,若缺乏会影响胶原蛋白的形成,造成皮肤松弛老化,并产生皱纹,愈老化的皮肤所含左旋VC的含量愈少,故须随时补充。
虾青素是一种较强的天然抗氧化剂,其抗氧化功能是维生素E的500倍,其能有效清除引起皮肤老化的自由基,保护细胞膜和线粒体膜免受氧化损伤,阻止皮肤光老化,虾青素能持久抵御紫外线照射,长时间抑制及淡化黑色素,给肌肤提供长效美白效果。
甲基橙皮苷是水溶性多种二氢黄酮型甲基橙皮苷的混合物。具有维生素P一样的效能,可增强维生素C的作用,并有较强的抗病毒和抗菌作用,能抑制导致皮肤变黑的酪氨酸酶的作用。
阿魏酸是天然存在的抗氧化剂,为从当归以及阿魏草中提炼的草本有机酸,能促进细胞与细胞之间的多糖体粘合物的生长、起到紧实肌肤和收敛毛孔的作用,适合松弛和衰老性肌肤使用。阿魏酸有广谱的抗氧性、活肤、增白抗炎、抑制过敏的作用。
根皮素主要分布于苹果、梨等多汁水果的果皮及根皮,能抑制皮脂腺的过度分泌,用于治疗分泌旺盛型粉刺;能抑制黑色素细胞活性;根皮素具有一定保湿效果,能促进配方中其它功能因子的吸收利用,使其发挥出更好的功效;其抗氧化功能也很强,能清除皮肤内的自由基。
本发明所述美白抗衰老精华液中添加了虾青素、左旋VC和甲基橙皮苷这几种能够消除皮肤中的过量的自由基和抑制络氨酸酶的成分,并添加了阿魏酸和根皮素这两种具有活肤、促进渗透和吸收的成分,相比于一般的水剂,具有更强的美白和抗衰的作用,可让肌肤在短时间内恢复最佳状态。
优选地,所述美白抗衰老精华液包含以下重量份的组分:左旋维生素C9.8~14.7份、虾青素0.01~0.3份、甲基橙皮苷0.5~2份、阿魏酸0.5~2份和根皮素0.1~1份。各成分在上述配比下,美白和抗氧化效果更佳。更优选地,所述美白抗衰老精华液包含以下重量份的组分:左旋维生素C11.76份、虾青素0.1份、甲基橙皮苷1份、阿魏酸1份和根皮素0.5份。
优选地,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含香橼果皮油0.05~0.2重量份。香橼果皮油在本发明中添加能够平衡油性肤质的皮脂腺分泌。
优选地,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含糖类同分异构体0.5~2重量份。糖类同分异构体能够使皮肤保湿效果持久,使皮肤隔离外界环境自由基氧化。
优选地,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含丁二醇6~15重量份、甲基丙二醇6~15重量份和双丙甘醇5~10重量份。甲基丙二醇具有优异的清爽肤感和保湿效果,对皮肤和眼睛无刺激性。丁二醇、甲基丙二醇和双丙甘醇能保证精华液具有较好的保湿效果。
优选地,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含维生素E 0.5~2重量份。
优选地,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含抗敏剂0.5~2重量份;所述抗敏剂为丁二醇、水、积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘根提取物、母菊花提取物和迷迭香叶提取物的混合物。
优选地,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含增溶剂0.5~2重量份;所述增溶剂为PPG-26丁醇聚醚-26和PEG-40氢化蓖麻油的混合物。
优选地,按重量份100份计,所述美白抗衰老精华液包含以下重量份的组分:甲基橙皮苷1份、左旋维生素C12份、阿魏酸1份、根皮素0.5份、虾青素0.1份、糖类同分异构体1份、丁二醇12份、甲基丙二醇12份、双丙甘醇8份、维生素E1份、抗敏剂1份、增溶剂1份、焦亚硫酸钠0.1份、1,2-己二醇1份、精氨酸2份和余量的水。所述美白抗衰老精华液采用上述原料配方时非常精简,无过多辅料添加,无添加香精、色素、矿物油等对肌肤有害的成分,因此使用安全、肌肤无负担,能够与各种护肤品和底妆品进行复配,不同的原液之间也可以进行复配,护肤方式非常灵活,更省时省心。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种美白抗衰老精华液,本发明所述美白抗衰老精华液中添加了虾青素、左旋VC和甲基橙皮苷这几种能够消除皮肤中的过量的自由基和抑制络氨酸酶的成分,并添加了阿魏酸和根皮素这两种具有活肤、促进渗透和吸收的成分,相比于一般的水剂,具有更强的美白和抗衰的作用,可让肌肤在短时间内恢复最佳状态。
具体实施方式
实施例和对比例中各原料均购自市场,其中,抗敏剂购买自韩国BioSpectrum公司,商品型号为Calm Yang,为丁二醇、水、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物、虎杖(POLYGONUM CUSPIDATUM)根提取物、黄芩(SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS)根提取物、茶(CAMELLIA SINENSIS)叶提取物、光果甘草(GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA)根提取物、母菊(CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA)花提取物和迷迭香(ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS)叶提取物的混合物;
增溶剂购买自法国森馨公司,商品型号为Solubilisant LRI,为PPG-26丁醇聚醚-26和PEG-40氢化蓖麻油的混合物;
左旋维生素C为购买自广州雨露化工有限公司,其中左旋维生素C的含量为98%。
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
实施例1~4和对比例1~3所述精华液的配方见表1,制备方法包括以下步骤:
1.将A项依次加入水相锅搅拌升温至80-85℃均质5分钟至分散均匀,保温10分钟;
2.水相锅降温至50℃,将B项原料依次加入水相锅中搅拌至分散均匀。
3.将预增溶好的C项原料加入水相锅中搅拌至分散均匀,再加入D项原料搅拌均匀;
4.取样检测各项指标,合格后过滤出料,即得所述精华液。

实施例5
美白效果实验
在30天内,根据组别将受试实施例及对比例中的精华液在晚上应用于受试者面部皮肤。期间停止使用任何其他具有美白功效的化妆产品。在实施前和30天后按照中华医学美学与美容学会皮肤美容学组制定的标准进行美白效果有效率的评价,治愈:疗效指数>95%,显效:疗效指数70%~95%,有效:疗效指数50%~70%,无效:疗效指数<20%。
每组美白效果有效率=(每组治愈例数+每组显效例数+每组有效例数)/每组受试总例数×100%
皱纹改善试验
受试者入组标准:
年龄在25~60岁之间总体健康状况良好的共160位受试者,其中男性70位和女性90位,无处在怀孕期及哺乳期的女性。受试者面部及双眼周围具有细纹或深皱纹,按照随机入组原则分为8组,受试实施例及对比例中的精华乳。全部受试者签署了全面知情同意书。
实施方案:
在30天内,根据组别将受试实施例及对比例中的精华液在晚上应用与受试者面部皮肤,包括眼周肌肤。停止使用任何其他化妆产品。在实施前和30天后进行临床评估与自我评估相结合的。
临床评估:在标准条件下使用VISIA-CR成像(CanfieldScientific,Inc.,Fairfield,NJ)进行临床摄影用0~10点的视觉评分进行评价:0=无改善,1~9=不同程度的改善,10=极大改善。
自我评估:通过受试者填写皮肤质量调查问卷进行打分评估。细纹改善:0=无改善,1~9=不同程度的改善,10=极大改善。;皱纹改善:0=无改善,1~9=不同程度的改善,10=极大改善。
每组皱纹改善率=(每组临床评估总分+每组细纹改善总分+每组皱纹改善总分)/总分值×100%
保湿效果试验
年龄在25~60岁之间总体健康状况良好的共160位受试者,其中男性70位和女性90位,无处在怀孕期及哺乳期的女性。受试者按照随机入组原则分为8组,受试实施例及对比例中的精华乳。全部受试者签署了全面知情同意书。
实施方案:
在早上8点,受试者洁面后将测试产品均匀涂抹双侧脸颊,测试产品涂抹用量为2mg/cm2,面积控制在16cm2之内。在晚上16点时,使用皮肤水分测试仪测量面部的含水量。将含水量大于45%定义为有效。将试验空间湿度保持在40%~60%之间,温度控制在20~22℃,整个实验评估的过程中,所有的受试者均以静态活动的方式处于试验空间之内,保持饮水量一致。
每组皮肤保湿有效率=每组测试结果有效的人数/总人数×100%
敏感肌肤过敏性试验
年龄在25~60岁之间总体健康状况良好的共160位受试者,其中男性90位和女性70位,无处在怀孕期及哺乳期的女性。受试者按照随机入组原则分为8组,受试实施例及对比例中的化妆品。全部受试者签署了全面知情同意书。
实施方案:
测试产品涂抹用量为2mg/cm2,涂抹受试者双侧脸颊,面积控制在16cm2之内。分别于涂抹后24小时、48小时和72小时观察皮肤反应,进行分级评定。皮肤反应评级标准:0=无反应,1=红斑和轻度水肿、偶见丘疹,2=浸润红斑、丘疹隆起、偶见水疱,3=明显浸润红斑、大小水疱融合。
每组过敏率=每组评估分值总和/(总分6分×6次×20人)×100%
对实施例1~4和对比例1~3所述精华液进行检测,数据如表2所示。

从表2的测试结果可以看出,实施例1~4和对比例1~3所述精华液的受试者均未出现过敏,实施例1~4所述精华液的受试者反馈均有较好的美白、抗皱、保湿效果,其中实施例1所述精华液有最佳的美白、抗皱、保湿效果反馈,并且与实施例1相比,对比例1~3缺少左旋维生素C、虾青素、甲基橙皮苷、阿魏酸和根皮素中的一种或几种,其美白、抗皱、保湿效果的有效率低于实施例1,说明左旋维生素C、虾青素、甲基橙皮苷、阿魏酸和根皮素各成分能在精华液中共同添加才能发挥更好的美白和抗衰效果,缺少其中一种或几种则效果下降明显。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种美白抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,所述美白抗衰老精华液包含左旋维生素C、虾青素、甲基橙皮苷、阿魏酸和根皮素。
2.如权利要求1所述美白抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,所述美白抗衰老精华液包含以下重量份的组分:左旋维生素C 9.8~14.7份、虾青素0.01~0.3份、甲基橙皮苷0.5~2份、阿魏酸0.5~2份和根皮素0.1~1份。
3.如权利要求1所述美白抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,所述美白抗衰老精华液包含以下重量份的组分:左旋维生素C12份、虾青素0.1份、甲基橙皮苷1份、阿魏酸1份和根皮素0.5份。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述美白抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含香橼果皮油0.05~0.2重量份。
5.如权利要求4所述美白抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含糖类同分异构体0.5~2重量份。
6.如权利要求4所述美白抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含丁二醇6~15重量份、甲基丙二醇6~15重量份和双丙甘醇5~10重量份。
7.如权利要求4所述美白抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含维生素E 0.5~2重量份。
8.如权利要求4所述美白抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含抗敏剂0.5~2重量份;所述抗敏剂为丁二醇、水、积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘根提取物、母菊花提取物和迷迭香叶提取物的混合物。
9.如权利要求8所述美白抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,所述美白抗衰老精华液还包含增溶剂0.5~2重量份;所述增溶剂为PPG-26丁醇聚醚-26和PEG-40氢化蓖麻油的混合物。
10.如权利要求9所述美白抗衰老精华液,其特征在于,按重量份100份计,所述美白抗衰老精华液包含以下重量份的组分:甲基橙皮苷1份、左旋维生素C12份、阿魏酸1份、根皮素0.5份、虾青素0.1份、糖类同分异构体1份、丁二醇12份、甲基丙二醇12份、双丙甘醇8份、维生素E1份、抗敏剂1份、增溶剂1份、焦亚硫酸钠0.1份、1,2-己二醇1份、精氨酸2份和余量的水。
