本发明涉及一种微负压空气隔离罩,包括折叠式罩顶、罩体和伸缩式支撑杆,所述折叠式罩顶分为主层和展开层,所述主层和展开层之间的夹角为0°‑180°,所述主层上设置有滤网、紫外灯、引风机和出风口,所述引风机的入口设置滤网,所述引风机的出口连接出风口,所述主层和展开层均连接伸缩式支撑杆,所述罩体设置在支撑杆外,所述折叠式罩顶和罩体围合成一个隔离区。本发明具有能够形成一个微负压隔离区,能够保证隔离区内的气体不会溢出,同时将病人呼出的废气进行杀菌消毒处理后才排出外界。

一种微负压空气隔离罩
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体地说涉及一种微负压空气隔离罩。
背景技术
传染病是一种通过直接或间接接触,从感染者传播到健康人体而染上的同类疾病,其中,通过空气(含飞沫)传播占据较大的比例。在重大传染性疾病,特别是呼吸道传染疾病流行的时候,将传染病人与外界及时隔离是个重要的工作,特别是对于病人家属和医务工作者来说,是个非常重要的安全屏障。
中国专利授权公告号:CN208693677U公开了一种安全性高的负压隔离舱。包括床板,床板为空心结构,在床板的上表面开设多个通气孔,围绕床板的外围设置充气胶管和托板,托板在空气胶管的下方,在托板下方的床板上开设进风口和鼓气口,在床板内设置连接鼓气口与充气胶管的连接管;在床板的上方设置隔离罩,隔离罩由骨架和布罩构成,布罩为透明材质,在隔离罩的一端开设有进气孔、另一端开设出气孔,在出气孔处对接设置抽气泵,在进风口、抽气泵的出气口及隔离罩的进气孔处均设置过滤器,在布罩上开设有多个操作孔,在布罩内侧操作孔处对接操作手套,隔离罩底部边缘向内延伸可由托板承托的凸出部。该发明提供一种结构简单、有效隔离病源的安全性高的负压隔离舱。
但是该专利在实际使用过程中仍然存在缺陷:该隔离罩的杀菌处理效果差,导致外部环境的污染,不能达到很好的隔离效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种微负压空气隔离罩。本发明具有能够形成一个微负压隔离区,能够保证隔离区内的气体不会溢出,同时将病人呼出的废气进行杀菌消毒处理后才排出外界。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种微负压空气隔离罩,包括折叠式罩顶、罩体和伸缩式支撑杆,所述折叠式罩顶分为主层和展开层,所述主层和展开层之间的夹角为0°-180°,所述主层上设置有滤网、杀菌装置、引风机和出风口,所述引风机的入口设置滤网,所述引风机的出口连接出风口,所述主层和展开层均连接伸缩式支撑杆,所述罩体设置在支撑杆外,所述折叠式罩顶和罩体围合成一个隔离区。
所述滤网由光触媒、HAPA和活性炭组成。
所述主层和展开层通过铰链连接,所述主层上设置有限位卡扣。
所述主层和展开层均设置有用于连接伸缩式支撑杆的连接孔。
所述主层上还设置有照明灯、控制线路板和蓄电池。
所述展开层上设置有放置伸缩式支撑杆和罩体的卡槽。
所述杀菌装置包括紫外线杀菌装置或等离子杀菌装置。
所述罩体为无纺布。
采用本发明的优点在于:
一、本发明具有能够形成一个微负压隔离区,能够保证隔离区内的气体不会溢出,同时将病人呼出的废气进行杀菌消毒处理后才排出外界。
二、本发明中滤网由光触媒、HAPA和活性炭组成,该滤网具有很好的过滤杀菌效果,
三、本发明中主层和展开层均设置有用于连接伸缩式支撑杆的连接孔,便于伸缩式支撑杆的安装和拆卸。
四、本发明中照明灯使该隔离区具有照明功能。
五、本发明中展开层上设置有放置伸缩式支撑杆、罩体和话筒的卡槽,能够便于收放,且能够折叠在一起,减少占用空间,便于携带使用。

实施例1
一种微负压空气隔离罩,包括折叠式罩顶1、罩体2和伸缩式支撑杆3,所述折叠式罩顶1分为主层11和展开层12,所述主层11和展开层12之间的夹角为0°-180°,所述主层11上设置有滤网、杀菌装置、引风机和出风口111,所述引风机的入口设置滤网,所述引风机的出口连接出风口111,所述主层11和展开层12均连接伸缩式支撑杆3,所述罩体2设置在支撑杆外,所述折叠式罩顶1和罩体2围合成一个隔离区。
进一步地,所述罩体2为无纺布。
单向微负压空气隔离罩原理:
展开罩顶,安装好伸缩式支撑杆3,被隔离患者进入,伸缩式支撑杆3周围用无纺布围起,正前方留有重叠叉口。接通电源,紫外灯工作,开启引风机,隔离区内的空气流经过滤网处理后,通过引风机排入外环境,由于引风机风量略大于患者呼吸出气体量,隔离区内形成一定的微负压,保证患者呼出的废气不会通过其他途径进入外环境。同时,由于微负压与外界形成压差,使外界的空气流经无纺布和其他通风空隙流入隔离区。

一种微负压空气隔离罩,包括折叠式罩顶1、罩体2和伸缩式支撑杆3,所述折叠式罩顶1分为主层11和展开层12,所述主层11和展开层12之间的夹角为0°-180°,所述主层11上设置有滤网、杀菌装置、引风机和出风口111,所述引风机的入口设置滤网,所述引风机的出口连接出风口111,所述主层11和展开层12均连接伸缩式支撑杆3,所述罩体2设置在支撑杆外,所述折叠式罩顶1和罩体2围合成一个隔离区。
双向微负压空气隔离罩原理:
与单向微负压空气隔离罩基本相同,不同之处是罩体2用密封材料做成,并在罩体2上设置进风口。

一种微负压空气隔离罩,包括折叠式罩顶1、罩体2和伸缩式支撑杆3,所述折叠式罩顶1分为主层11和展开层12,所述主层11和展开层12之间的夹角为0°-180°,所述主层11上设置有滤网、紫外灯、引风机和出风口111,所述引风机的入口设置滤网,所述引风机的出口连接出风口111,所述主层11和展开层12均连接伸缩式支撑杆3,所述罩体2设置在支撑杆外,所述折叠式罩顶1和罩体2围合成一个隔离区。
进一步地,所述滤网由光触媒、HAPA和活性炭组成。
进一步地,所述主层11和展开层12通过铰链连接,所述主层11上设置有限位卡扣112。
进一步地,所述主层11和展开层12均设置有用于连接伸缩式支撑杆3的连接孔。
进一步地,所述主层11上还设置有照明灯、控制线路板和蓄电池。
进一步地,所述展开层12上设置有放置伸缩式支撑杆3和罩体2的卡槽。
进一步地,所述杀菌装置包括紫外线杀菌装置或等离子杀菌装置。

1.一种微负压空气隔离罩,其特征在于:包括折叠式罩顶(1)、罩体(2)和伸缩式支撑杆(3),所述折叠式罩顶(1)分为主层(11)和展开层(12),所述主层(11)和展开层(12)之间的夹角为0°-180°,所述主层(11)上设置有滤网、紫外灯、引风机和出风口(111),所述引风机的入口设置滤网,所述引风机的出口连接出风口(111),所述主层(11)和展开层(12)均连接伸缩式支撑杆(3),所述罩体(2)设置在支撑杆外,所述折叠式罩顶(1)和罩体(2)围合成一个隔离区。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种微负压空气隔离罩,其特征在于:所述滤网由光触媒、HAPA和活性炭组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种微负压空气隔离罩,其特征在于:所述主层(11)和展开层(12)通过铰链连接,所述主层(11)上设置有限位卡扣(112)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种微负压空气隔离罩,其特征在于:所述主层(11)和展开层(12)均设置有用于连接伸缩式支撑杆(3)的连接孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种微负压空气隔离罩,其特征在于:所述主层(11)上还设置有照明灯、控制线路板和蓄电池。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种微负压空气隔离罩,其特征在于:所述展开层(12)上设置有放置伸缩式支撑杆(3)和罩体(2)的卡槽。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种微负压空气隔离罩,其特征在于:所述杀菌装置包括紫外线杀菌装置或等离子杀菌装置。
