The invention provides an water supplementing control system of a steam generator, which comprises a water tank, a water level detection unit, a water feeding pump, a steam generator temperature detection unit, a water supplementing controller and a steam generator body, wherein the water level detection unit is fixed on the water tank, the water feeding pump is connected between the water tank and the steam generator body through a water pipe, the steam generator temperature detection unit is fixed on the steam generator body, and the water level detection unit, the water feeding pump and the steam generator temperature detection unit are all electrically connected with the water supplementing controller.

Therefore, the steam generator can be guaranteed to have sufficient water in the next work, and after the cooking is finished, excessive residual water cannot be left in the steam generator, so that water resources are saved, and peculiar smell and water scale cannot be generated.

an embodiment of the invention provides a steam generator water replenishing control system, which comprises a water tank 1, a water level detection unit, a water feeding pump 3, a steam generator temperature detection unit, a water replenishing controller 5 and a steam generator body 6, wherein in the embodiment, the water level detection unit is preferably a water level sensor 2, the steam generator temperature detection unit is preferably a steam generator temperature sensor, the water level sensor 2 is fixed on the water tank 1, the water feeding pump 3 is connected between the water tank 1 and the steam generator body 6 through a water pipe, the steam generator temperature sensor 4 is fixed on the steam generator body 6, and the water level sensor 2, the water feeding pump 3 and the steam generator temperature sensor 4 are all electrically connected with the water replenishing controller 5, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
By adopting the structure, the steam generator temperature sensor 4 is used for detecting and judging that the steam generator body 6 is subjected to twice dry burning, then the water supplementing controller 5 is used for analyzing the water level information of the water tank 1 detected by the water level sensor 2 during twice dry burning, and calculating to obtain the water consumption speed of the steam generator body 6 in the interval time of twice dry burning; inside water pump 3 pumped the water in water tank 1 to steam generator body 6, moisturizing controller 5 adjusted water pump 3's work load, then controlled water tank 1 to steam generator body 6's water injection speed, then set for the water injection speed and be equal to or be greater than the speed of consuming water slightly, just so can continuously supply sufficient water volume for steam generator body 6 to after the culinary art finished, steam generator body 6 inside also can not remain too much surplus water.
The embodiment further comprises a temperature controller 7 and a steam box temperature sensor 8. the temperature controller 7 is fixed on the steam generator body 6 and is electrically connected with the steam generator temperature sensor 4, the steam generator temperature sensor 4 transmits the detected temperature signal to the temperature controller 7. the temperature controller 7 comprises a sudden-jump type overheat protector, which is used for performing overheat protection on the steam generator body 6, when a fault occurs, the steam generator body 6 does not continuously dry-burn the supplemented water for a long time, when the temperature rises to 200 ℃, the sudden-jump type overheat protector jumps off, so that the steam generator body 6 stops heating and dry-burns, and after the fault is removed and the temperature is reduced to a specified value, the sudden-jump type overheat protector can recover the heating work of the steam generator body 6.
The steam box temperature sensor 8 is fixed on the steam box cavity 9. When the steam generator body 6 is dry-fired, enough steam cannot be generated to enter the steam box cavity 9, so that the temperature of the steam box cavity 9 begins to drop. Detect the temperature information of steam box cavity 9 through steam box sensor 8, also can judge whether steam generator body 6 is carrying out dry combustion method.

s4, the water supplementing controller 5 analyzes the water level information of the water tank 1 detected by the water level sensor 2 in the two times of dry burning, and calculates the water consumption speed of the steam generator body 6 in the two times of dry burning interval time; the water supplementing controller 5 adjusts the water filling speed of the water tank 1 to the steam generator body 6 to be not less than the water consumption speed.

The protection temperature is 180 ℃ to 220 ℃, and the protection temperature is preferably 200 ℃ in the embodiment.
