Abstract

提供了一种用于侦听PDCCH的方法和终端设备。该方法包括:终端设备在侦听到物理下行链路控制信道PDCCH时,启动或者重新启动第一定时器;该终端设备根据该第一定时器的结束时刻在第一时间单元上的位置,确定该终端设备进入非连续接收DRX关闭OFF状态或者继续侦听PDCCH;其中,该第一时间单元为该终端设备用于侦听PDCCH的时间段,该DRX OFF状态指该终端设备不侦听PDCCH的状态。本发明实施例的方法,使得在该第一定时器的结束时刻接下来的一段时间内,即使终端设备继续被调度,该终端设备也会持续处于激活期,即,会在配置的激活期内持续监听PDCCH,有效提高数据传输的成功率。
