背景技术

Claims (13)

1.一种热交换系统,其特征在于:所述热交换系统包括:一热交换器,包括:
(a)一歧管,包括用于接收流体的一内部,所述歧管包括一流体入口及一流体出口,以及一歧管屏障,延伸通过所述内部以将所述歧管分隔成一入口区域及一出口区域;以及
(b)至少一个热交换板片,从所述歧管延伸并与所述歧管的所述入口区域及所述歧管的所述出口区域连通,所述至少一个热交换板片包括至少一个板片屏障,以便在所述热交换板片中限定从所述歧管的所述入口区域到所述歧管的所述出口区域的一流体流动路径。
2.如权利要求1所述的热交换系统,其特征在于:所述歧管屏障基本上纵向地沿着延伸穿过所述歧管的中心的一纵轴来分隔所述歧管的所述内部。
3.如权利要求2所述的热交换系统,其特征在于:所述至少一个热交换板片包括从所述歧管延伸的多个热交换板片,每个所述热交换板片包括至少一个板片屏障,所述至少一个板片屏障在所述热交换板片中限定从所述歧管的所述入口区域到所述歧管的所述出口区域的一流体流动路径。
4.如权利要求3所述的热交换系统,其特征在于:所述歧管配置具有用于所述多个板片中的每个板片的多个成对的入口及出口。
5.如权利要求1所述的热交换系统,其特征在于:所述热交换系统还包括:多个清洁元件,设置在所述多个热交换板片附近。
6.如权利要求1所述的热交换系统,其特征在于:所述歧管配置用以围绕所述歧管的一纵轴而旋转。
7.如权利要求1所述的热交换系统,其特征在于:所述热交换系统还包括:一箱体,包括至少一个流体入口及至少一个流体出口,所述箱体包围所述热交换器的至少一部分。
8.如权利要求7所述的热交换系统,其特征在于:所述箱体配置成促进一第一流体从所述箱体中流过,并且所述热交换器配置成促进一第二流体从所述箱体中流过。
9.如权利要求1所述的热交换系统,其特征在于:所述歧管安装在一冷却塔的内部。
10.一种热交换器,其特征在于:所述热交换器包括:
一歧管,包括用于接收流体的一内部,所述歧管包括用于流体进入的一开口及用于流体离开的一开口,以及一歧管屏障,延伸通过所述内部以将所述歧管分隔成一入口区域及一出口区域,所述入口区域包括用于流体流过的至少一个孔洞,以及所述出口区域包括用于流体流过的至少一个孔洞;以及
至少一个热交换板片,从所述歧管延伸并与所述歧管的所述入口区域的所述至少一个孔洞及所述歧管的所述出口区域的所述至少一个孔洞连通,所述至少一个热交换板片包括至少一个板片屏障,所述至少一个板片屏障配置用于在所述热交换板片中形成从所述歧管的所述入口区域到所述歧管的所述出口区域的一流体流动路径。
11.如权利要求10所述的热交换器,其特征在于:所述歧管屏障基本上纵向地沿着延伸穿过所述歧管的中心的一纵轴来分隔所述歧管的所述内部。
12.如权利要求11所述的热交换器,其特征在于:所述内部是中空的。
13.如权利要求10所述的热交换器,其特征在于:所述歧管配置用以围绕一纵轴而旋转。
