Background
Color cosmetics are used to well dress the skin of a user by making the appearance beautiful. Color cosmetics are classified into base cosmetics for evening skin color and covering blemishes and key color cosmetics for partially enhancing the stereoscopic impression of lips, eyes, nails, and the like. Foundation makeup includes foundation, makeup, loose powder, and concealer, while accent makeup includes lipstick, eyeliner, and mascara.
Among the above-listed cosmetics, foundations are classified into solid foundations, liquid foundations, and gel foundations according to the form of a cosmetic material. Recently, many consumers prefer gel foundations that have significant durability and adhere well when applied to the skin.
Therefore, it is required to develop a container for gel foundation. Typically, the gel material is used in the following manner: the gel material is filled in a cosmetic container or a tube container, and a user dips or squeezes the gel material on his hands and then applies it to the skin using a puff.
However, since a separate makeup implement is required to use the conventional gelled cosmetic material, the makeup implement is more easily lost. In addition, since the cosmetic applicator needs to be stored separately, portability is poor.
In order to solve the above problems, as shown in fig. 1, korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-2016-: the applicator includes a body containing contents, an applicator integrally formed on the body and having a discharge port at one side thereof, and a top cover surrounding the applicator when coupled to the body, wherein the contents in the body are squeezed out while the contents are discharged to the discharge port of the applicator, so that the applicator can be conveniently used.
Meanwhile, the above-described related art has a structure in which, when the top cap covers the body to seal the discharge opening, a sealing rod formed inside the top cap is inserted into the discharge opening of the applicator to seal the contents in the body.
However, according to the related art, since the sealing rod extends and elongates downward within the top cap, the sealing rod may be broken during the insertion into the discharge port of the applicator. In addition, since the sealing rod is formed in the top cap, it is difficult to accurately insert the sealing rod into the discharge port.

Fig. 10 is a sectional view illustrating a state where both sides of an applicator of the cosmetic container according to the present invention are pressed. Fig. 11 is a sectional view showing a state where the applicator is removed from the cosmetic container according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the applicator 30 may be detachably coupled to the upper cover 80.
In other words, as shown in fig. 10, when the user intends to replace the applicator 30, both sides of the applicator 30 are pushed and held with fingers. As shown in fig. 11, after the applicator 30 is forcibly pulled out to separate the applicator 30 from the outer cap 84, the applicator 30 is forcibly inserted into the applicator through-hole 842 of the outer cap 84 while holding both sides of a new applicator 30. Therefore, the fitting portion 846 of the outer cover 84 is fitted with the fitting groove 36 of the applicator 30, while the lower end of the applicator 30 is fitted in the fitting groove 823 of the inner cover 82.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the top cover 40 is detachable from the upper portion of the container body 10 to expose the applicator 30 to the outside or hide the applicator 30.

The expansion space 54 is formed outside the sealing portion 52 of the seal 50.
The sealing member 50 is formed of a soft material, and particularly, may be formed of polypropylene (polypropylene) or polyethylene (polyethylene) having elasticity.
As shown in fig. 8, when the top cap 40 is coupled to the upper portion of the container body 10, the applicator 30 formed of a flexible material is closely contacted and inserted into the sealing portion 52 of the sealing member 50. At this time, the sealing portion 52 of the seal 50 is in close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the applicator 30 while being opened to the outside through the expansion space 54. Therefore, the sealing force of the container body 10 can be further improved.
Fig. 9 is a sectional view illustrating a state where a sealing protrusion is formed in a sealing member of a cosmetic container according to the present invention.
The sealing protrusion 522 of the sealing member 50 may protrude inward from the sealing portion 52 of the sealing member 50. As shown in fig. 9, when the top cap 40 is coupled to the upper portion of the container body 10, the sealing protrusion 522 is inserted into the discharge port 32 of the applicator 30, so that the sealing force of the container body 10 is further increased.
A method of assembling the cosmetic container provided with the top cap having the improved sealing force configured as described above will be described below.
In order to assemble the cosmetic container provided with the top cap having an improved sealing force according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the contents are filled in the container body 10.
Next, in the opening 11 of the container body 10, the discharge member 20 including the cylinder block 21, the suction valve plate 22, the seal 23, the vertical moving member 24, the elastic member 25, the operation discharge pipe 26, the operation discharge ring 27, and the pressing member 28 is installed.
Next, the discharge member frame 60 is screw-coupled to the opening 11 of the container body 10, wherein the pressing piece 28 of the discharge member 20 passes through the through hole 61 of the discharge member frame 60.
Then, the upper cover 80 including the inner cover 82 and the outer cover 84 is coupled to the upper portion of the discharge part frame 60 such that the upper cover 80 is coupled to the upper portion surrounding the discharge part frame 60 and the discharge part 20.
Next, the push button 70 is coupled to the first button insertion hole 844 of the outer cover 84 and the second button insertion hole 824 of the inner cover 82 such that the first inclined pressing part 78 of the push button 70 is brought into tight contact with the second inclined pressing part 282 of the discharge member 20.
Next, the fitting portion 846 of the outer cover 84 is fitted to the fitting groove 36 of the applicator 30 while the lower portion of the applicator 30 is passed through the applicator through-hole 842 of the outer cover 84, and while the lower end of the applicator 30 is fitted in the fitting groove 823 of the inner cover 82.
Finally, the top cover 40 is fixed to the upper portion of the discharge part frame 60 with the sealing member 50 being integrated into the top cover 40.
Thus, the assembly of the cosmetic container provided with the cap having the improved sealing force according to the present invention is completed.
The use of the above-assembled cosmetic container provided with the top cap having an improved sealing force will be described below.
In order to use the cosmetic container provided with the top cap having an improved sealing force according to the present invention, first, as shown in fig. 5, the top cap 40 is separated from the container body 10.
Then, as shown in fig. 6, when the side of the button 70 is pressed, the button 70 moves into the upper cover 80, and simultaneously the first inclined pressing part 78 of the button 70 pushes the second inclined pressing part 282 of the pressing piece 28 to move the pressing piece 28 downward.
When the pressing piece 28 moves downward as described above, the vertical moving member 24 coupled to the lower portion of the pressing piece 28 and the operation discharge tube 26 coupled to the lower portion of the vertical moving member 24 also move downward. At this time, since the operation discharge ring 27 installed at the outer side of the operation discharge pipe 26 is in close contact with the inner surface of the cylinder 21, only the operation discharge pipe 26 moves downward such that a gap is generated between the operation discharge pipe 26 and the operation discharge ring 27, thereby forming a passage through which the contents are discharged.
Then, when the vertically moving member 24 is further pressed, the operation discharge ring 27 contacts the lower end of the vertically moving member 24 and moves downward together with the operation discharge pipe 26, thereby reducing the volume inside the cylinder 21. Therefore, since the discharge pressure is generated in the cylinder block 21, the suction valve plate 22 closes the content suction port 21a, and the content contained in the temporary storage space in the cylinder block 21 comes out between the operation discharge pipe 26 and the operation discharge ring 27, passes through the inside of the operation discharge pipe 26, and is discharged to the outside through the discharge hole 822 of the inner cap 82 and the discharge passage 34 and the discharge port 32 of the applicator 30.
As shown in fig. 7, when the pressing force of the button 70 is released, the vertical moving member 24 is moved upward due to the elasticity of the elastic member 25 elastically supporting the vertical moving member 24, and the operation drain tube 26 coupled to the lower portion of the vertical moving member 24 is moved upward. At this time, as the expansion protrusion wheel 262 formed at the outer side of the lower end of the operation discharge pipe 26 interrupts the operation discharge ring 27, the gap between the operation discharge pipe 26 and the operation discharge ring 27 is blocked, so that the operation discharge pipe 26 and the operation discharge ring 27 move upward together, and thus the volume inside the cylinder 21 increases, thereby generating the vacuum pressure.
Then, the suction valve plate 22 opens the content suction port 21a formed on the bottom surface of the cylinder block 21 by the vacuum pressure generated inside the cylinder block 21, and thus, the content contained in the inner container 14 of the container body 10 flows into the cylinder block 21 through the content suction port 21a, so that the soft inner container 14 is crushed while air is introduced through the air intake grooves 122 formed in the outer container 12 of the container body 10.
Then, after using the contents discharged through the discharge opening 32 of the applicator 30, the top cover 40 is closed and stored or carried.
As shown in fig. 8, when the top cap 40 is coupled to the upper portion of the container body 10, the applicator 30 formed of a flexible material is inserted into the sealing portion 52 of the sealing member 50 while being in close contact with the sealing portion 52.
At this time, the applicator 30 is tightly inserted into the sealing portion 52 of the seal 50 as the discharge passage 34 formed in the applicator 30 is constricted. Meanwhile, the sealing portion 52 extends to the outside through the expansion space 54, thereby further improving the sealing force.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, when the sealing protrusion 522 is formed in the sealing portion 52 of the sealing member 50, the sealing protrusion 522 is inserted into the discharge port 32 of the applicator 30.
Then, as shown in fig. 10, when the user intends to replace the applicator 30, both sides of the applicator 30 are pushed and held with fingers.
