when the feedback interval indication value is indicated as the slot number, determining an initial slot position of a PUCCH for carrying feedback information according to the feedback interval indication value, and then reading a starting symbol position of the PUCCH in the initial slot.
It should be noted that, in this scheme, in consideration of the problem that the current PUCCH design for data reception feedback cannot be used well in the presence of URLLC traffic, it is proposed to configure the value of K1 into multiple attributes. K1 may be set to the number of symbols when URLLC data traffic occurs, so that the positions of all symbols within the current slot may be indicated. When other data services occur, K1 can be set to be the mini-slot number or the slot number so as to indicate the position of the subsequent mini-slot or slot, and then the starting symbol can be determined according to the starting symbol index, so that the method is compatible with various data services, and the standard content does not need to be changed greatly.

the sending the feedback interval indication and the attribute indication to a terminal specifically includes:
the attribute indication is carried in the feedback interval indication, the feedback interval indication is carried in downlink control information, and the downlink control information is sent to the terminal; or
