Referring to fig. 2, a first embodiment of a method for replacing a virtual SIM card according to the present invention includes:
and S11, detecting whether the virtual SIM card meets the preset replacement condition.
In order to realize the communication function of the mobile terminal, an SIM card (subscriber identity module) needs to be installed for the mobile terminal, and a conventional physical SIM card requires a user to go to an operator for purchase and transact a network access service, and thereafter, the user establishes a permanent contract relationship with the operator: the user only needs to communicate with the operator for related activities including identity authentication, fee payment and service handling. Because the charging standard and communication quality of each operator are different, the user may change the physical SIM cards of different operators to meet the use requirements of different periods, and the user needs to frequently go to the operators.
The virtual SIM card is a user identity identification card which is stored in a memory of the mobile terminal and has the communication function of the entity SIM card.
However, at present, when the physical SIM card is replaced, the user pulls out the original physical SIM card and inserts a new physical SIM card, and when the virtual SIM card is replaced, the user needs to input the attribute information of the replaced virtual SIM card and the personal identification information of the user again to verify the attribute information of the virtual SIM card and the personal identification information of the user, which results in tedious replacement operation of the virtual SIM card.
The embodiment of the application provides a simplified method for replacing a virtual SIM card, which is as follows.
When a user uses the virtual SIM card for communication, the mobile terminal detects whether the currently used virtual SIM card needs to be replaced at regular time or in real time, namely whether the virtual SIM card meets a preset replacement condition. The preset replacement condition of the virtual SIM card at least includes that the virtual SIM card is used in another terminal (commonly called that the virtual SIM card is squeezed out), that the virtual SIM card has extra-package consumption (for example, the flow in the package ordered by the virtual SIM card is 3G, when the flow actually used by the user exceeds 3G, it is determined that the virtual SIM card has extra-package consumption), that the balance of the virtual SIM card is lower than the preset balance (that is, the balance of the virtual SIM card is insufficient), that the communication quality of the virtual SIM card is lower than the preset quality standard, and that a replacement instruction of the virtual SIM card is received (that is, the user manually replaces the virtual SIM card), and the like.
The communication quality standard can be measured by one of the indexes of bit error rate, signal strength, transmission speed and transmission delay, or two or more of the bit error rate, the signal strength, the transmission speed and the transmission delay can be normalized into a value, and the value is used as the communication quality standard.
And S12, if yes, acquiring a target virtual SIM card associated with the virtual SIM card according to a preset rule, wherein the target virtual SIM card passes security verification.
When the number of the virtual SIM cards which can be used by the mobile terminal is multiple, at least two virtual SIM cards are related to the currently used virtual SIM card. In the communication process of the mobile terminal, only one virtual SIM card is needed, so that the target virtual SIM card after the virtual SIM card is replaced is determined uniquely, a preset rule for acquiring the target virtual SIM card is preset in a virtual SIM card replacement program of the mobile terminal, and the unique target virtual SIM card can be acquired according to the preset rule. For example, the virtual SIM card that can be used by the mobile terminal includes four cards, i.e., a card, B card, C card, and D card, the virtual SIM card associated with the card a includes the card B, C, and D card if the mobile terminal currently uses the card a, and the target virtual SIM card after switching is one of the card B, C, and D cards.
The preset rules at least include the following two types:
firstly, a user selects one of all associated virtual SIM cards as a target virtual SIM card;
and secondly, defining the priority of all the related virtual SIM cards, and taking the virtual SIM card with high priority as the target virtual SIM card.
The method comprises the following steps that a user associates two or more virtual SIM cards in a mobile terminal, specifically, the association step comprises the steps that the user inputs attribute information of a virtual SIM card to be associated and personal identity identification information of the user to request security verification, a network judges whether the virtual SIM card passes the security verification according to the information of the virtual SIM card and the validity of the personal identity identification information of the user, when the information is valid, the network indicates that the virtual SIM card passes the security verification, and the virtual SIM card to be associated is associated with the existing virtual SIM card in the mobile terminal. When the information is invalid, the virtual SIM card to be associated is indicated to fail the security verification, and prompt information of association failure can be fed back to the user to prompt the user to confirm whether the information is input incorrectly.
Step S13, activating the target virtual SIM card.
When detecting that the currently used virtual SIM card meets the replacement condition, the system automatically acquires the virtual SIM card associated with the virtual SIM card, takes the associated virtual SIM card as a target virtual SIM card, further activates the target virtual SIM card, and completes the replacement of the virtual SIM card in the mobile terminal. The attribute information of the virtual SIM card and the personal identity information of the user are safely verified in advance, and the virtual SIM card passing the safety verification is associated, so that when the virtual SIM card needs to be replaced by the mobile terminal, the virtual SIM card associated with the currently used virtual SIM card can be directly obtained, the replacement of the virtual SIM card can be realized by activating the associated virtual SIM card, the safety verification on the virtual SIM card and the personal identity information of the user is not needed when the virtual SIM card is replaced, the replacement operation of the virtual SIM card is simplified, and the replacement efficiency is improved.
Further, before the target virtual SIM card is activated, the currently used virtual SIM card is deactivated, so that the problem that the target virtual SIM card cannot be successfully activated due to the fact that the mobile terminal uses the virtual SIM card, and the replacement of the virtual SIM card is influenced is avoided.
In this embodiment, security verification is performed on the virtual SIM card in advance, the virtual SIM card passing the security verification is associated, and when it is detected that the virtual SIM card currently used by the mobile terminal meets the replacement condition, a target virtual SIM card associated with the virtual SIM card is obtained, and the target virtual SIM card is activated, so as to implement replacement of the virtual SIM card. According to the technical scheme, the virtual SIM card and the user personal identity identification information are not required to be verified when the virtual SIM card is replaced, the replacement operation of the virtual SIM card is simplified, and the replacement efficiency is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the method for replacing a virtual SIM card according to the present invention is based on the first embodiment, where the step S11 includes:
and step S111, displaying the association list of the virtual SIM card.
The user inputs the information of the virtual SIM card to be associated and the personal identity information of the user to request security verification, the network judges whether the association is allowed according to the information of the virtual SIM card and the validity of the personal identity information of the user, and when the information is valid, the virtual SIM card to be associated is determined to be associated with the existing virtual SIM card in the mobile terminal through the security verification. And meanwhile, establishing an association list for all the associated virtual SIM cards so as to provide the currently associated virtual SIM cards for the user in the association list of the virtual SIM cards. When the user manually changes the virtual SIM card, the user triggers the display of the virtual SIM card association list, and the mobile terminal displays the virtual SIM card association list in a display interface for the user to select.
Step S112, when receiving the selection instruction based on the association list, taking the virtual SIM card corresponding to the selection instruction as the target virtual SIM card.
After the user selects one virtual SIM card in the list, the mobile terminal receives a selection instruction of the user, acquires the virtual SIM card corresponding to the selection instruction of the user, and provides a replaceable virtual SIM card for the replacement of the virtual SIM card by taking the virtual SIM card as a target virtual SIM card. The selection instruction of the user comprises touch operation, click operation and sliding operation triggered by the user based on a display interface of the virtual SIM card association list, or the selection operation of the virtual SIM card triggered by the user directly sending voice control, and the like.
In addition, the virtual SIM card corresponding to the user selection operation cannot be activated again when being used by other mobile terminals currently, so that the use condition of the target virtual SIM card is obtained before the target virtual SIM card is activated, and the target SIM card is activated again when the use condition of the target virtual SIM card is not used currently; when the use condition of the target virtual SIM card is the current use, outputting prompt information of the failure of virtual SIM card replacement to prompt a user that the target virtual SIM card cannot be activated and a new target virtual SIM card needs to be selected again.
And after the mobile terminal outputs prompt information of the failure of virtual SIM card replacement, continuously receiving a selection instruction of the user on the association list to identify the target virtual SIM card selected again by the user, activating the target virtual SIM card, and completing the replacement of the virtual SIM card. Likewise, the mobile terminal may acquire the use condition of the target virtual SIM card selected again. And activating the virtual SIM card which is not used at present until the target virtual SIM card use condition selected by the user is not used at present, and finishing the replacement of the virtual SIM card.
In addition, when the target virtual SIM card is activated, if the current network state is not good, the prompt information of the virtual SIM card replacement failure is also output, and meanwhile, the reason of the replacement failure is that the current network state is not good, so that a user can check the network state, and the target virtual SIM card replacement operation is executed after the network quality is improved.
In this embodiment, an association list is established for all the virtual SIM cards which pass the security verification and are associated with each other, and when the user manually changes the virtual SIM cards, the association list of the virtual SIM cards is displayed for the user, so that the user can conveniently select a target virtual SIM in the list. And when the mobile terminal receives a selection instruction based on the association list, the mobile terminal acquires the virtual SIM card corresponding to the selection instruction, so that the virtual SIM card is used as a target virtual SIM card, and a replaceable virtual SIM card is provided for the replacement of the virtual SIM card. The selectable virtual SIM cards are presented for the user in a mode of the virtual SIM card association list, the user can independently select the replaced virtual SIM cards, the man-machine interaction is embodied, and the user selection is respected.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the method for replacing a virtual SIM card according to the present invention, based on the first or second embodiment, the step S11 further includes:
step S113, acquiring all virtual SIM cards associated with the virtual SIM card.
Step S114, obtain the unoccupied virtual SIM card with the highest priority from the associated virtual SIM cards.
And step S115, taking the virtual SIM card which is not occupied and has the highest priority as the target virtual SIM card.
If a plurality of virtual SIM cards are associated with the currently used virtual SIM card, and there are a plurality of currently available virtual SIM cards (not used by other mobile terminals), it is necessary to select the virtual SIM card with the highest priority from the plurality of virtual SIM cards as the target virtual SIM card, so as to ensure that the network communication function is guaranteed after the virtual SIM card is replaced.
The priority of the virtual SIM card can be determined according to one index of the network quality, the available balance, the use frequency, the initial letter and user definition of the virtual SIM card, wherein the network quality is good, and the priority of the virtual SIM card is higher; the available balance is more, and the priority of the virtual SIM card is higher; the use frequency is high, and the priority of the virtual SIM card is higher; the higher the priority of the virtual SIM card with the first letter in front.
In this embodiment, when the currently used virtual SIM card is associated with a plurality of virtual SIM cards, the number of unoccupied virtual SIM cards in the plurality of associated virtual SIM cards is checked, and when the number of unoccupied virtual SIM cards is still a plurality, the virtual SIM card with the highest priority in the unoccupied associated virtual SIM cards is selected as the target virtual SIM card. The activated target virtual SIM card is determined according to the priority of the virtual SIM card, so that the automatic selection of the system in the virtual SIM card replacement process is realized, the user operation is simplified and the replacement efficiency is improved while the better and high-quality virtual SIM card is ensured to be replaced.
Further, the method for replacing a virtual SIM card of the present invention is the fourth embodiment.
When receiving a virtual SIM card association instruction, carrying out security verification, and if the verification is passed, adding the virtual SIM card to the association list; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when a virtual SIM card disassociation instruction is received, carrying out security verification, and if the verification is passed, deleting the virtual SIM card from the association list.
In order to guarantee information security, security verification needs to be performed on the virtual SIM card when the virtual SIM card is associated and/or disassociated. The safety verification can be to judge whether the attribute information of the virtual SIM card and the personal identity information of the user meet the association condition, and if so, the safety verification is passed; if not, the security verification fails.
In the using process of the virtual SIM card, a user can perform the association operation of the virtual SIM card at any time, namely, the attribute information of the virtual SIM card to be associated and the personal identity information of the user are provided, and when the attribute information and the personal identity of the user meet the association condition, the virtual SIM card is added into the association list and is associated with other virtual SIM cards in the association list. The association condition includes that the mobile terminal is not used or associated by other mobile terminals, the use balance is greater than the preset balance, the current network quality is greater than the preset network requirement, and the like.
After the virtual SIM cards are associated with each other, when the virtual SIM cards are replaced, the system can directly acquire the associated virtual SIM cards, activate the associated virtual SIM cards to serve as new virtual SIM cards, and a user does not need to input attribute information and personal identification information of the virtual SIM cards during replacement, so that the replacement efficiency of the virtual SIM cards is improved.
Further, for the virtual SIM card with insufficient balance, used or associated by other terminals and poor communication quality, the user can delete the virtual SIM card from the association list at any time, so that the virtual SIM card is prevented from being repeatedly verified when the mobile terminal replaces the virtual SIM card, and the system operation of the mobile terminal is increased. Similar to the association operation, misoperation is avoided, when the user disassociates, the attribute information of the virtual SIM card to be disassociated and the user personal identification information also need to be provided, and when the attribute information and the user personal identification information are confirmed to meet the disassociation condition, the virtual SIM card is deleted from the association list, and the association with other virtual SIM cards in the association list is released.
The disassociation condition is that the attribute information of the virtual SIM card is correct and the user personal identity identification information is identification information stored in the system.
In this embodiment, the user triggers a virtual SIM card association instruction, provides attribute information of the virtual SIM card and user personal identity information, and adds the virtual SIM card to the association list to associate with other virtual SIM cards in the association list when the attribute information and the user personal identity satisfy an association condition.
Further, referring to fig. 5, a fifth embodiment of the method for replacing a virtual SIM card according to the present invention includes the following steps:
and S21, outputting the associated virtual SIM card of the current virtual SIM card according to the preset rule.
When a user needs to replace the virtual SIM card, triggering a virtual SIM card replacing instruction, and after receiving the virtual SIM card replacing instruction, the virtual SIM card replacing program acquires all virtual SIM cards related to the currently used virtual SIM card according to a preset rule.
The step of outputting the associated virtual SIM card of the current virtual SIM card according to the preset rule comprises the following steps: acquiring all virtual SIM cards related to the virtual SIM cards, and displaying the related virtual SIM cards; or, displaying the current use condition of all the associated virtual SIM cards as an unused virtual SIM card; or, acquiring unoccupied virtual SIM cards in the associated virtual SIM cards of the current virtual SIM card, and using the virtual SIM card with the highest priority in the unoccupied virtual SIM cards as the associated virtual SIM card.
When the priority of the virtual SIM card is determined, the priority of the virtual SIM card can be determined according to one index of the network quality, the available balance, the use frequency, the first letter and user customization of the virtual SIM card, wherein the network quality is good, and the priority of the virtual SIM card is higher; the available balance is more, and the priority of the virtual SIM card is higher; the use frequency is high, and the priority of the virtual SIM card is higher; the higher the priority of the virtual SIM card with the first letter in front.

and determining a target virtual SIM card in all the associated virtual SIM cards according to the selection instruction of the user. The selection instruction of the user comprises touch operation, click operation and sliding operation triggered by the user based on a display interface of the virtual SIM card association list, or the selection operation of the virtual SIM card triggered by the user directly sending voice control, and the like.
S23, carrying out security verification on the target virtual SIM card, and if the target virtual SIM card passes the security verification, activating the target virtual SIM card.
The security verification includes: identifying attribute information of the target virtual SIM card and user personal identity identification information, and passing verification when the attribute information of the virtual SIM card and the user personal identity identification information meet the association condition; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
before the activating the target virtual SIM card, further comprising: deactivating the current virtual SIM card and/or outputting prompt information.
Further, under the condition that the user autonomously triggers to replace the virtual SIM card, the mobile terminal can also detect whether the currently used virtual SIM card needs to be replaced or not in real time, that is, whether the virtual SIM card meets the preset replacement condition or not. And when the detection result is that the virtual SIM card needs to be replaced, replacing the currently used virtual SIM card.
Further, when receiving a virtual SIM card association instruction, performing security verification, and if the verification is passed, adding the virtual SIM card to the association list; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when a virtual SIM card disassociation instruction is received, carrying out security verification, and if the verification is passed, deleting the virtual SIM card from the association list.
In this embodiment, when a user needs to replace a virtual SIM card, a virtual SIM card replacement instruction is triggered, after receiving the virtual SIM card replacement instruction, a virtual SIM card replacement program obtains all virtual SIM cards associated with the currently used virtual SIM card according to a preset rule, and determines a target virtual SIM card among all associated virtual SIM cards according to a selection instruction of the user. And carrying out security verification on the target virtual SIM card, and if the target virtual SIM card passes the security verification, activating the target virtual SIM card. And all the usable virtual SIM cards are associated in advance, and when the virtual SIM cards need to be replaced, the target virtual SIM cards in the associated virtual SIM cards are directly acquired for replacement, so that the replacement procedure of the virtual SIM cards is simplified.
