Description

Emergency broadcast call center system and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to an emergency broadcast call center system and an emergency broadcast call center method.
Background
The emergency broadcast is a rapid and fast information transmission channel which can be provided when sudden public crisis such as serious natural disaster, sudden event, public health and social security occurs.
At present, because the telephone number of the existing emergency broadcasting system can only support one number for calling, the existing emergency broadcasting system can only adopt a plurality of numbers for parallel deployment to support simultaneous multi-path telephone audio calling, and the number cannot be shared and used in the mode, so that the number resource waste of a telecommunication department is caused. Each access module in the telephone access equipment needs to operate independently (namely one module for one number), so that the occupied space is larger during horizontal extension, the hardware cost is increased, and the power consumption is multiplied.
The existing emergency broadcasting system has the following defects: the realization of telephone access by an independent telephone module generally requires the development of hardware equipment, a plurality of telephone modules are embedded in the equipment, and each module is used as a telephone access and simultaneously occupies a telephone number resource. The more telephone modules that are used, the more number resources that are occupied, and if one of the module channels is occupied or fails, the additional modules cannot be used instead (i.e., cannot be shared) because the number of each module is different. In addition, in practical application, the number of each module cannot be given to a person who actually uses the module, and a user does not know which number can be normally used, so that the operation is not facilitated.
