Abstract
The wedge expansion type electric wire holder changes the force applying part of the wire holder from the vertical direction of the electric wire to the same direction as the electric wire penetrating into the wire holder. Namely, a full-length force application screw rod penetrates into the wire holder, the bottom of the screw rod is provided with a wedge-shaped driving block, and the upper part of the wire holder is provided with an opposite wedge-shaped force holding block. When the force application screw rod is operated to rotate in the forward direction, the wedge-shaped active block at the bottom of the force application screw rod is lifted to push the wedge-shaped holding block at the upper part of the wire holder to expand outwards, and finally, the electric wire penetrating into a wire connection area of the wire holder is clamped between the wire holder shell and the wedge-shaped holding block to complete electric wire connection. When the force application screw rod is operated to rotate reversely, the driving block descends, the pressure applied to the force application block is relieved, and the wire is unclamped.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an accessory for electrical connection, in particular to a wire holder for connection between a switch, a socket and an electric wire.
Background
In a conventional wire holder, after an electric wire penetrates into a wiring area of the wire holder, a force is applied in a direction perpendicular to the electric wire, so that a clamping screw or a clamping plate continuously occupies the space of the wiring area, and the electric wire penetrating into the wiring area is clamped and reliably connected and conducted. If the space of the force application direction is limited, the operation difficulty of wiring of the wire holder is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the force application part of the wire holder is changed from the vertical direction of the wire to the same direction of the wire. That is, after the electric wire is inserted into the wire connection area of the wire holder, the force application screw is operated in the same direction as the insertion of the electric wire, so that the internal mechanism of the wire holder is operated to clamp the electric wire inserted into the wire holder.
The technical scheme is as follows: a full-length force application screw rod penetrates into the wire holder, a wedge-shaped driving block is assembled at the bottom of the screw rod, and a reverse wedge-shaped force holding block is assembled at the upper part of the wire holder. When the force application screw rod is operated to rotate, the wedge-shaped active block at the bottom of the force application screw rod is lifted to push the wedge-shaped holding block at the upper part of the wire holder to expand outwards, and finally, the electric wire penetrating into the wiring area of the wire holder is clamped between the wire holder shell and the wedge-shaped holding block to complete electric wire connection.
Has the advantages that: when the force application direction space of the vertical electric wire of the existing wire holder is limited, the force application operation and the direction of the electric wire penetrating into the wire holder are the same through the improvement, the operation difficulty of the electric wire access is reduced, and the construction hidden danger of poor contact is reduced. Meanwhile, in the whole operation of connecting the wire holder to the wire, the action of the clamping mechanism is completed in the wire holder, and the appearance size of the wire holder is not changed.

In the figure: 21. a wire holder A; 22. a wire leading port; 221. the side surface is opened; 26. a force application screw; 27. a housing; 28. a holding block; 29. an active block; 32. an electric wire.
Detailed Description
Example 1: the wires are pressed in from the side to the wire connection area of the wire holder a 21.
The wire holder a21 takes the form of a side opening 221. During wiring, the insulation-removed portion of the electric wire 32 is pressed into the wire holder A21 through the side lead port 22 and the side opening 221, and the force application screw 26 is rotated from the front of the panel A2 by a special tool to move the driving block 29 upward and push the holding block 28 to rotate (fig. 5), so that the electric wire 32 is tightly clamped between the housing 27 and the holding block 28, and the functions of installation and connection conduction of the electric wire 32 are completed.
Example 2: the wires are threaded from the bottom or front face to the wire connection area of the wire holder a 21.
The insulation-removed part of the wire 32 to be connected is inserted into the connection area from the bottom or front of the wire holder A21, and a special tool is used to rotate the force application screw 26 from the front of the panel A2, so that the driving block 29 moves upwards, the holding block 28 is pushed to rotate (figure 5), the wire 32 is tightly clamped between the shell 27 and the holding block 28, and the functions of installation and connection conduction of the wire 32 are completed.
The internal mechanism of the wire holder 21 can tightly clamp the wire 32 by rotating the forcing screw 26 in the forward direction. The urging screw 26 is rotated in the reverse direction to move the actuator block 29 downward, the pressure applied to the holding block 28 is released, the clamped electric wire 32 is released from the clamped state, and the electric wire 32 can be removed from the wire holder 21.
