Description

Solar panel and preparation method of surface coating for solar panel
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of solar energy, in particular to a solar panel and a preparation method of a surface coating for the solar panel.
Background
Fossil energy such as coal, petroleum and natural gas is indispensable as basic energy for the progress of human civilization and the development of the economic society for 200 years. However, the non-renewable nature of fossil energy and the enormous human consumption thereof are making fossil energy gradually becoming exhausted. The development of solar energy is economical and environment-friendly, and is an effective way for solving energy shortage.
At present, solar photovoltaic power generation technology continues to continuously progress along the directions of high efficiency and low cost, and the solar thermal power generation technology starts to be demonstrated in a large scale.
The solar panel is a core part in the solar power generation system and is also the most valuable part in the solar power generation system. The solar energy is converted into electric energy, or the electric energy is sent to a storage battery for storage, or a load is pushed to work. The absorption and conversion of light by the solar panel directly determine the quality and cost of the whole system. The glass on the solar panel causes reflections and therefore loss of solar panel efficiency. For a solar cell, it is very important to improve the light conversion efficiency by one percent, and the anti-reflection performance of the solar cell panel is often reduced due to some dirt attached to the surface of the solar cell panel, thereby affecting the cell efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to overcome one or more of the drawbacks of the existing solar panels to provide a solar panel and a method for the preparation of a surface coating for a solar panel. The solar panel can effectively improve the solar conversion efficiency, solves the problem that a high-temperature bonding coating film is easy to peel off, prolongs the service life to be consistent with a power station, reduces the adhesive force of dust, and has a self-cleaning function.
In particular, the present invention provides a solar panel comprising:
the solar panel comprises a panel body, a solar panel and a solar panel, wherein the panel body is used for receiving solar radiation and converting solar energy into electric energy or heat energy;
the bracket is arranged below and/or around the plate body and is used for supporting the plate body; and
a surface coating coated on the surface of the plate body facing to the sun direction and
the surface coating is composed of the following raw materials:
25-30% of ethanol, 25-30% of n-propanol, 20-25% of propylene glycol methyl ether, 1-5% of amorphous silicon, 1-2% of methanol, 0.1-0.5% of nitric acid and water.
Alternatively, the surface coating is synthesized from an acid-based nanosilica solution by a sol-gel method.
Optionally, the thickness of the coating material is between 130nm and 170 nm.
Optionally, the plate body comprises a solar panel body and a glass cover plate arranged on the solar panel body and used for sealing the solar panel body; and the surface coating and the glass cover plate are integrally formed by utilizing chemical reaction.
In particular, the invention also provides a preparation method of the surface coating for the solar panel, which comprises the following steps:
preparing a sol solution by using 25-30% of ethanol, 25-30% of n-propanol, 20-25% of propylene glycol methyl ether, 1-5% of amorphous silicon, 1-2% of methanol, 0.1-0.5% of nitric acid and water according to the raw materials and the proportion, and standing for 1.5-2.5 hours;
and coating the sol solution on the surface of the plate body facing to the sun direction through an applicator, standing for 5.5 to 6.5 hours, and curing the sol solution to form a surface coating.
The solar panel adopts 25-30% of ethanol, 25-30% of normal propyl alcohol, 20-25% of propylene glycol methyl ether, 1-5% of amorphous silicon, 1-2% of methanol, 0.1-0.5% of nitric acid and water as the surface coating, and the surface coating is synthesized by an acid group nano silicon dioxide solution through a sol-gel method, so that the solar reflectance and the refractive index can be effectively reduced, and the solar energy conversion efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, because the surface coating is integrally formed with the glass cover plate by using chemical reaction, the problem that a high-temperature adhesive coating is easy to peel off is solved, the service life is prolonged to be consistent with that of a power station, the adhesive force of dust is reduced, and meanwhile, the self-cleaning function is realized.
The above and other objects, advantages and features of the present invention will become more apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description of specific embodiments thereof, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
