The invention provides a siphon-type traction transformer with an oil level protection device and a protection method, wherein the siphon-type traction transformer comprises a transformer oil tank, an oil storage cabinet and an oil level detection box, wherein an outlet of the oil storage cabinet is communicated with an inlet of the oil level detection box, an outlet of the oil level detection box is communicated with the transformer oil tank, and the oil level detection box is provided with the oil level detection device. The transformer oil tank and the oil storage cabinet are communicated through the oil level detection box, the oil level detection device is arranged in the oil level detection box, and when the oil level in the oil level detection box is lower than a first liquid level, a first-level alarm is sent. And when the liquid level is lower than the second liquid level, a secondary alarm is sent out. The invention reasonably utilizes the limited space and solves the problem of space limitation of the traction transformer.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of locomotive traction transformers, in particular to a siphon type traction transformer with an oil level protection device and a protection method.
Background
In order to improve the reliability and safety of the traction transformer, a temperature relay, an oil flow relay, a Buch relay and other devices are sequentially installed on the locomotive traction transformer to monitor and protect the temperature, the flow rate and the pressure of oil of the traction transformer in real time.
However, no specific measure for real-time detection and automatic protection of the oil level of the traction transformer exists in the traction transformer of the electric locomotive so far, and in the industries of power transformers such as national power grids and the like, oil level detection equipment is only installed at the top of an oil conservator of the transformer. The oil level detection device applied to the power grid is complex in structure, large in occupied space and low in flexibility, and is not suitable for the compact structure of the locomotive traction transformer.

When the siphon type traction transformer with the oil level protection device disclosed by the embodiment is used, the transformer oil tank 1 is set to be in a vacuumizing state, the structure of the existing sealed transformer of the traction transformer oil tank 1 is changed, the transformer oil tank 1 is vacuumized, transformer insulating oil is sucked into the sealed transformer oil tank 1 by utilizing the pressure difference between the inside and the outside atmosphere of the transformer oil tank 1, and the transformer oil tank 1 is completely sealed by the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the oil tank. Meanwhile, an oil level detection box 3 is arranged between the transformer oil tank 1 and the oil storage cabinet 2, and the oil level in the oil level detection box 3 is detected through the oil level, so that the current oil level state can be conveniently known.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, on the basis of the above-described embodiments, the oil level detection device 4 includes an oil level relay. Specifically, the oil level relay may trigger an alarm when the liquid level in the oil level detection tank 3 is below a predetermined level.
In the traction transformer disclosed by some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the oil level relay triggers a primary alarm when the liquid level in the oil level detection tank 3 is between a first liquid level and a second liquid level; and when the liquid level of the oil level relay in the oil level detection box 3 is below the second liquid level, triggering a secondary alarm. Preferably, the locomotive disconnects the main circuit breaker when the secondary alarm is issued. In the embodiment, two-stage linkage alarm is realized by presetting the oil level alarm position. When a little oil shortage occurs, a first-level alarm is realized; when the oil shortage is large, the secondary alarm is realized, and the main break protection is cut off.
In the traction transformer disclosed by some embodiments of the present invention, the conservator 2 is mounted on the side wall of the oil tank. The interior of the oil conservator 2 is communicated with the atmosphere. The limited space is reasonably utilized in the embodiment, the limitation of the space of the traction transformer is solved, and the oil quantity in the transformer is detected through the oil level set by the floating value of the oil level detection device 4.
The invention also discloses an oil level protection method of the siphon type traction transformer, wherein an oil storage cabinet 2 communicated with the atmosphere is arranged on the side wall of a transformer oil tank 1, the transformer oil tank 1 is communicated with the oil storage cabinet 2 through an oil level detection box 3, an oil level detection device 4 is arranged in the oil level detection box 3, and when the oil level in the oil level detection box 3 is lower than the first liquid level, a primary alarm is sent out. When the oil level in the oil level detection box 3 is lower than the second liquid level, a secondary alarm is sent out, and the main circuit breaker is turned off. The oil level in the transformer is detected through the oil level set by the floating value of the oil level detection device 4, so that two-stage linkage alarm, one-stage alarm and two-stage protection main-off are realized.
In summary, the siphon-type traction transformer with the oil level protection device and the protection method thereof disclosed by the embodiment of the invention adopt the siphon principle under the condition that the overall total amount and the structure of the transformer are not changed, the oil conservator 2 is installed on the side wall of the transformer oil tank 1, the oil level detection tank 3 is arranged between the oil tank and the oil conservator 2, the oil level relay is installed in the oil level detection tank 3, the oil level relay can be installed at the bottom of the detection tank in an inverted mode, and the transformer oil is preferentially stored in the transformer oil tank 1, the oil level detection tank 3 and the oil conservator 2 finally through the pressure difference between the inside of the traction transformer oil tank 1 and the outside atmosphere. If the transformer oil tank 1 is lack of oil, the oil in the transformer oil storage cabinet 2 can be compressed into the oil level detection box 3 and the transformer oil tank 1 so as to supplement the oil storage amount in the transformer oil tank 1, ensure that the transformer oil tank 1 is in a full oil state, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the transformer. If the oil shortage condition occurs, the oil storage amount in the transformer oil storage cabinet 2 is not enough to supplement the oil in the transformer oil tank 1, the transformer oil storage cabinet 2 becomes empty, the oil amount in the oil level detection box 3 also becomes less, and two-stage alarm can be started through the preset oil level detection position. When a little oil shortage occurs in the oil level detection box 3, the primary alarm of the oil level detection device 4 is triggered, when the oil shortage amount in the oil level detection box 3 is large, the secondary alarm is triggered, the main-breaking and breaking protection function of the locomotive is implemented, the safety of the locomotive is protected, the reliability and the safety of the locomotive traction transformer are effectively improved, and the real-time monitoring and the protection of the traction transformer can be realized.

1. A siphon-type traction transformer with an oil level protection device is characterized by comprising a transformer oil tank, an oil storage cabinet and an oil level detection box, wherein,
an outlet of the oil storage cabinet is communicated with an inlet of the oil level detection box, an outlet of the oil level detection box is communicated with the transformer oil tank, and an oil level detection device is arranged in the oil level detection box;
the transformer oil tank is set to be in a vacuum pumping state; the interior of the oil storage cabinet is communicated with the atmosphere.
2. The siphonic traction transformer according to claim 1, wherein the oil level detection device comprises an oil level relay.
3. The siphonic traction transformer according to claim 2, wherein the oil level relay triggers an alarm when the liquid level within the oil level detection tank is below a predetermined level.
4. The siphonic traction transformer according to claim 2,
the oil level relay triggers a primary alarm when the liquid level in the oil level detection box is between a first liquid level and a second liquid level;
and when the liquid level of the oil level relay in the oil level detection box is below a second liquid level, triggering a secondary alarm.
5. The siphonic traction transformer according to claim 4, wherein the locomotive disconnects the main circuit breaker upon the secondary alarm.
6. The siphonic traction transformer according to claim 1, wherein the conservator is mounted on a sidewall of the oil tank.
7. The method for protecting the oil level of a siphonic traction transformer according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein an oil conservator is installed on the side wall of the transformer tank in communication with the atmosphere, and the transformer tank is communicated with the oil conservator through an oil level detection tank in which an oil level detection device is installed;
and when the oil level in the oil level detection box is lower than the first liquid level, a primary alarm is sent out.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein when the oil level in the oil level detection tank is below the second level, a secondary alarm is issued while the main circuit breaker is open.
