Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cable terminal fault evaluation, in particular to a medium-high voltage power cable terminal moisture intrusion detection device.
Background
With the continuous expansion of modern city functions, the power cable is used as a power energy transmission facility with excellent electrical and mechanical properties and is widely applied. In recent years, crosslinked polyethylene cables are the most important application choice in urban construction, and because the insulation of the crosslinked polyethylene cables is the whole formed by extrusion molding, the crosslinked polyethylene cables are favored by users with waterproof and moisture-proof performances at the beginning of investment, the crosslinked polyethylene cables are popularized vigorously and replace original lines on a large scale, people often ignore the moisture intrusion prevention work on the crosslinked polyethylene cables, and the crosslinked polyethylene cables are soaked in urban ponding water for operation on a large scale. With the extension of the operation time, the crosslinked polyethylene cable and the terminal are gradually affected with damp due to the invasion of moisture, after the crosslinked polyethylene cable and the terminal are corroded by the moisture, a series of physical and chemical actions are generated under the action of a strong electric field, and the phenomenon of 'water tree' is more and more serious in the insulation along the direction of the electric field, so that the breakdown accident of the cable insulation is caused. In addition, the intrusion of moisture causes serious corrosion of the shielding layer, and also causes concentration of an electric field of the cable and the terminal insulation, thereby increasing contact resistance, generating heat seriously and causing rapid reduction of the cable insulation performance.
At present, the detection device for detecting the moisture invasion of the power cable terminal laid in the cable trench is still deficient, the detection devices applied in a large number on site are not directed to the moisture invasion fault at present, the detection effect is very poor, and the main research does not pay attention to the problem, so that great trouble is caused to the safe and reliable operation of the high-voltage cable in the city at present.
