Because the angle scale mark 113 is arranged on the dial 110b, the lamp 300 is ensured to rotate to the preset angle scale mark 113 quickly and accurately relative to the rotary inserting shaft buckle 150, the defect that the angle adjustment of the traditional lamp 300 is completely judged by human eyes is overcome, and an installer only needs to rotate the currently installed lamp 300 to the same angle scale mark 113 as the adjacent lamp 300 relative to the rotary inserting shaft buckle 150, so that the currently installed lamp 300 and other adjacent lamps 300 are ensured to be on the same horizontal line, and the lamp 300 is quickly and accurately adjusted in angle.
In the present embodiment, the upper wall bracket 110a and the dial 110b are integrally formed, and particularly, the upper wall bracket 110a and the dial 110b are integrally formed through a bending process, so that the structure of the bracket body is compact. In other embodiments, the upper wall bracket 110a and the dial 110b may be formed separately and fixedly connected by welding. As shown in fig. 3, for example, the dial 110b is disposed perpendicular to the edge of the upper wall bracket 110 a. In one embodiment, the upper wall bracket 110a includes a main base 111a and a fixed bending plate 112a connected to each other, the dial 110b is vertically disposed on a side of the main base 111a facing away from the fixed bending plate 112a, and an expansion screw is inserted through the fixed bending plate 112a and fixed to the wall, so that the fixed bending plate 112a is fixed to the wall. In the present embodiment, the main seat 111a, the fixed bent plate 112a, and the dial 110b are integrally formed, so that the stand body 110 is compact in structure.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of angle graduation marks 113 are distributed around the circumference of the mounting hole 111 at intervals. In one embodiment, the angular scale 113 has a value ranging from-60 to 60, i.e., the angular scale 110b has an angular value ranging from-60 to 60, i.e., the lamp 300 rotates relative to the upper wall bracket 110 by an angle ranging from-60 to 60. In other embodiments, the numerical range of the angle scale 113 is set according to actual needs. For example, the value between two adjacent angle marks 113 is 10 °.
In one embodiment, the dial 110b is a semi-circular structure. In one embodiment, the angle flange 120a is a semicircular structure, and the projection of the angle flange 120a on the plane of the dial 110b is staggered with the scale line of the dial 110b, so that the angle flange 120a is not easy to shield the scale line of the dial 110b when being fixedly connected to the dial 110b through the hollow screw 140, thereby the overall structure of the mounting bracket 100 is more reasonable, the distribution range of the scale line of the dial 110b can be maximized, and the requirement of the lamp 300 for adjusting the angle in a large range can be favorably met. In one embodiment, the stop boss 122 is disposed on the periphery of the angle flange 120a, and the stop boss 122 is disposed adjacent to the threaded hole 121, so that the rotary shaft-inserting buckle 150 is easily abutted against the stop boss 122 when inserted into the threaded hole 121.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in one embodiment, the latch assembly 120b includes a second elastic member 125 and a latch member 126. The end of the second elastic element 125 far from the elastic element 126 abuts against the inner wall of the receiving groove 123. Referring to fig. 8, a sliding table 126a is disposed on the elastic fastener 126, and the sliding table is inserted into one of the limiting grooves 124 and is used for being clamped with the lamp 300. When the snap assembly 120b needs to be separated from the lamp 300, the snap member 126 is pressed along the positive axial direction of the second elastic member 125, that is, the snap member 126 is pressed along the direction toward the inner side of the receiving groove 123, and the snap member 126 drives the sliding table to move so that the sliding table slides away from the limiting groove 124, so that the snap member 126 is separated from the lamp 300. When the elastic buckle assembly 120b needs to be connected with the lamp 300 in a clamping manner, the elastic buckle 126 is pressed along the axial negative direction of the second elastic element 125, that is, the elastic buckle is pressed towards the inner side of the accommodating groove, the elastic buckle is loosened at the position of the limiting groove to be inserted, the second elastic element pushes the elastic buckle to move towards the limiting groove to be inserted, and the elastic buckle 126 drives the sliding table to move so that the sliding table slides into the limiting groove 124, so that the elastic buckle 126 is connected with the lamp 300 in a clamping manner.
In this embodiment, the second elastic element 125 and the elastic fastening element 126 are welded together, so that the elastic fastening element 126 and the second elastic element 125 are firmly connected. In this embodiment, the sliding table is disposed on a side of the elastic fastener 126 away from the second elastic member 125, so that the sliding table can slide into the limiting groove 124 conveniently.
As shown in fig. 8, in one embodiment, the angle flange 120a further defines a positioning groove 127 communicating with the receiving groove 123, and an end of the second elastic element 125 away from the elastic fastening element 126 is located in the positioning groove 127, so that the second elastic element 125 is not easy to slip when abutting against the angle flange 120a, and the second elastic element 125 is better abutted against the angle flange 120 a. The axial direction of the second elastic element 125 coincides with the radial direction of the threaded hole 121, that is, the elastic expansion direction of the second elastic element 125 coincides with the radial direction of the threaded hole 121, so that the direction of the abutting force of the second elastic element 125 against the inner wall of the accommodating groove 123 coincides with the radial direction of the threaded hole 121.
