本发明公开了一种抽拉龙头抽拉管连接结构,包括龙头主体及套设于所述龙头主体顶部内周壁的抽拉管,所述抽拉管的底部外周壁由上至下依次套设有塑料减磨圈、第一塑料开口卡簧、第二塑料开口卡簧、O型胶圈及塑料开口减磨圈,所述龙头主体顶部内周壁由上至下依次设有供所述第一塑料开口卡簧及第二塑料开口卡簧安装的第一塑料开口卡簧卡槽及第二塑料开口卡簧卡槽。本发明抽拉管不需要用螺丝来安装定位,就能稳固的连接在龙头主体上,并且旋转畅顺,抽拉畅顺,外表美观,使用更方便。

技术领域
本发明涉水暖卫浴配件,具体涉及一种抽拉龙头抽拉管连接结构。
背景技术
抽拉龙头抽拉管是连接在抽拉龙头主体上的用于安装抽拉头的管体。目前市场上的抽拉龙头抽拉管一般都是通过螺丝紧定在抽拉龙头主体上,螺丝孔露在外面,很不美观,有些抽拉龙头抽拉管在不拿起的时候不能旋转,有些抽拉龙头抽拉管能旋转,但旋转不畅顺,抽拉不畅顺,有些抽拉龙头抽拉管结构不牢固,存在摆动现象。因此,为了避免现有技术中存在的缺点,有必要对现有技术做出改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种制造成本低、拆装方便、结构稳固、使用寿命长的抽拉龙头抽拉管连接结构。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:一种抽拉龙头抽拉管连接结构,包括龙头主体及套设于所述龙头主体顶部内周壁的抽拉管,所述抽拉管的底部外周壁由上至下依次套设有塑料减磨圈、第一塑料开口卡簧、第二塑料开口卡簧、O型胶圈及塑料开口减磨圈,所述抽拉管的底部外周壁由上至下依次设有塑料减磨圈安装凸台、第一塑料开口卡簧安装槽、第二塑料开口卡簧安装槽、O型胶圈安装槽及塑料开口减磨圈安装凸台,所述龙头主体顶部内周壁由上至下依次设有供所述第一塑料开口卡簧及第二塑料开口卡簧安装的第一塑料开口卡簧卡槽及第二塑料开口卡簧卡槽。
进一步,所述第二塑料开口卡簧的外周壁设有若干纵向的第一凸条。
进一步,所述塑料开口减磨圈的外周壁设有若干纵行的第二凸条。
进一步,所述抽拉管的内部套穿有抽拉磁吸花洒软管,所述抽拉磁吸花洒软管的出水端设有出水接头,所述出水接头连接有抽拉头,所述抽拉管的出水端处套设有管胶塞。
进一步,所述抽拉头设有出水开关。
进一步,所述抽拉磁吸花洒软管的中部设有重量球。
进一步,所述抽拉管的出水端处套设有磁铁。
相对于现有技术,本发明通过抽拉管的底部外周壁由上至下依次套设有塑料减磨圈、第一塑料开口卡簧、第二塑料开口卡簧、O型胶圈及塑料开口减磨圈,使抽拉管不需要用螺丝来安装定位,就能稳固的连接在龙头主体上,并且旋转畅顺、抽拉畅顺,外表美观,使用更方便。

如图1和图2所示本发明的一种抽拉龙头抽拉管连接结构,包括龙头主体1及套设于龙头主体1顶部内周壁的抽拉管2,抽拉管2的底部外周壁由上至下依次套设有塑料减磨圈3、第一塑料开口卡簧4、第二塑料开口卡簧5、O型胶圈6及塑料开口减磨圈7,抽拉管2的底部外周壁由上至下依次设有塑料减磨圈安装凸台8、第一塑料开口卡簧安装槽9、第二塑料开口卡簧安装槽10、O型胶圈安装槽11及塑料开口减磨圈安装凸台12,龙头主体1顶部内周壁由上至下依次设有供第一塑料开口卡簧9及第二塑料开口卡簧10安装的第一塑料开口卡簧卡槽13及第二塑料开口卡簧卡槽14。通过抽拉管的底部外周壁由上至下依次套设有塑料减磨圈3、第一塑料开口卡簧4、第二塑料开口卡簧5、O型胶圈6及塑料开口减磨圈7,使抽拉管2不需要用螺丝来安装定位,就能稳固的连接在龙头主体1上,并且旋转畅顺、抽拉畅顺,外表美观,使用更方便。
第二塑料开口卡簧10的外周壁设有若干纵向的第一凸条15,使第二塑料开口卡簧10紧固的卡接在第二塑料开口卡簧卡槽14内,并且减少与第二塑料开口卡簧卡槽14之间的摩擦力,使抽拉管2旋转更畅顺。
塑料开口减磨圈8的外周壁设有若干纵行的第二凸条16,使塑料开口减磨圈8紧固的安装在龙头主体1内周壁,减少与龙头主体1之间的摩擦力,使抽拉管2旋转更畅顺。
抽拉管2的内部套穿有抽拉磁吸花洒软管17,抽拉磁吸花洒软管17的出水端设有出水接头18,出水接头18连接有抽拉头19,抽拉管2的出水端处套设有管胶塞20。
抽拉头19设有出水开关21,使抽拉头19具有开关水功能,使用更方便。
抽拉磁吸花洒软管17的中部设有重量球22,使抽拉磁吸花洒软管17抽拉更畅顺,防止抽拉磁吸花洒软管17打结。
抽拉管2的出水端处套设有磁铁,使安装在抽拉磁吸花洒软管17的抽拉头吸附在抽拉管2的出水端,自动复位,使用更方便。

1.一种抽拉龙头抽拉管连接结构,其特征在于:包括龙头主体及套设于所述龙头主体顶部内周壁的抽拉管,所述抽拉管的底部外周壁由上至下依次套设有塑料减磨圈、第一塑料开口卡簧、第二塑料开口卡簧、O型胶圈及塑料开口减磨圈,所述抽拉管的底部外周壁由上至下依次设有塑料减磨圈安装凸台、第一塑料开口卡簧安装槽、第二塑料开口卡簧安装槽、O型胶圈安装槽及塑料开口减磨圈安装凸台,所述龙头主体顶部内周壁由上至下依次设有供所述第一塑料开口卡簧及第二塑料开口卡簧安装的第一塑料开口卡簧卡槽及第二塑料开口卡簧卡槽,所述第二塑料开口卡簧的外周壁设有若干纵向的第一凸条,所述塑料开口减磨圈的外周壁设有若干纵行的第二凸条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抽拉龙头抽拉管连接结构,其特征在于:所述抽拉管的内部套穿有抽拉磁吸花洒软管,所述抽拉磁吸花洒软管的出水端设有出水接头,所述出水接头连接有抽拉头,所述抽拉管的出水端处套设有管胶塞。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抽拉龙头抽拉管连接结构,其特征在于:所述抽拉头设有出水开关。
4.根据权利要求2所述的抽拉龙头抽拉管连接结构,其特征在于:所述抽拉磁吸花洒软管的中部设有重量球。
5.根据权利要求2所述的抽拉龙头抽拉管连接结构,其特征在于:所述抽拉管的出水端处套设有磁铁。
