According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, the edge members of the tension members in the room are preferably positioned in a horizontal plane to facilitate the flatness of the ceiling.
FIG. 4 is a flow chart of a method of ceiling installation construction according to one embodiment of the present application.
In step 410, first, the edge pieces are secured to tension members around the room. The tension member can be supported between the environmental objects and can be switched between a first state and a second state, and when the tension member is in the first state, the tension member can generate tension to be supported between the environmental objects; in the second state, the tension member is disengaged from the environmental object without tension.
In step 420, the ceiling body is converted to an extended state. According to an embodiment of the application, heat the smallpox main part, the smallpox main part can stretch after being heated. For example: a hot air blower may be used to blow the ceiling body.
In step 430, the edges of the ceiling body are secured to the edge pieces while the ceiling body is in the extended state. According to one embodiment of the application, a part of the ceiling body or a raised edge seal can be inserted into the edge piece by an auxiliary tool for fixing. According to another embodiment of the application, the edge piece can be used for clamping the ceiling main body through opening and closing and can be switched between the opening state and the closing state. When the edge member is in the open state, a part of the ceiling main body or a convex sealing edge is plugged into the edge member, and when the edge member is in the closed state, the ceiling main body can be fixed to the edge member.
At step 440, after the ceiling body is secured to the edge members at step 430, the ceiling body is converted to a retracted state and suspended in tension between the edge members to form the ceiling of the present application. According to one embodiment of the application, the ceiling body may be cooled to convert it to a retracted state. For example: and blowing the ceiling main body by using an air cooler. In some embodiments, natural cooling is also possible.
The utility model discloses a smallpox structure, installation that can be quick or dismantlement smallpox to the time, manpower, the material resources in fitment room have been saved. Moreover, the ceiling structure of the present application cannot be connected to the roof of a house or only has a small number of connections, so that the original structure of the house is not affected by the installation or the removal.
The above embodiments are provided only for illustrating the present invention and not for limiting the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the scope of the present invention, and therefore, all equivalent technical solutions should fall within the scope of the present invention.
