Abstract
The invention discloses a printing method of an IOD point-reading printed matter, which adopts a five-color printing method and further comprises the following steps: adjusting or setting the publishing precision of the IOD point code reading point printing plate to be more than 100 dpi; taking the IOD point code reading point printing plate as a first group of colors of a printer and printing by using black ink containing carbon; printing the second, third and fourth sets of colors with the three primary colors of ink; the fifth group is printed by black ink mixed by three primary inks; placing the IOD point reading code point printing plate into a first group of colors of a printer, improving the adhesion degree of the ink to paper, and reducing the damage degree of the IOD point reading identification code points; the printing method can keep the IOD point reading identification code healthy, efficient and attractive.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of IOD code dot printing, in particular to a printing method of an IOD dot-reading printed matter.
Background
Although the point-reading code point printing technology has been 10 years in China, the traditional printing method has not broken through, the traditional printing method 1 is used for printing 4 colors (traditional color printing), and printing the spot-reading two-dimensional code spot color on a printer again after the printing is finished and the printing ink is dried. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, an IOD point-reading printed matter printing method adopts a five-color printing method, and the IOD point-reading printed matter printing method comprises the following steps:

in practical application, the publishing precision of the IOD point code reading point printing plate which is generally adopted in mass printing is 150-300 dpi based on the different precision of printing equipment; the printing cost can be effectively controlled, and meanwhile, the clear and attractive IOD code points of the IOD point-reading printed matter are ensured.
In small batch or trial printing processes, precision in excess of 300dpi, even up to 600dpi or more than 1200dpi, can be used.
In practical application, the IOD code reading points are generally two-dimensional code points.
