Description

Preparation method of sanitary water absorbing material based on corn straw seedlings
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plastic packaging bags, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a water absorbing material for sanitation based on corn straw seedlings.
Background
The corn stalks are natural raw materials, and about 3.5 hundred million tons of corn stalks are produced in agricultural production in China every year. The part of the corn straws used for returning the livestock feed and the domestic fuel is less than 1/3, most of the corn straws are directly burnt in the field instead of being accumulated in the field to be naturally rotted, so that the energy is wasted, and the environment is polluted. The corn straw has the characteristics of biodegradability, wide source, low price and environmental protection, and the corn straw resource is utilized, so that the resource advantage can be converted into economic advantage, and the waste phenomenon of the straw in China can be relieved. In addition, the corn straw is non-toxic and harmless, so that the corn straw has wide prospect when being used for manufacturing environment-friendly materials. The corn straw seedling has strong water absorption, and the water absorption capacity of the corn straw seedling can be improved by modifying the corn straw seedling by a microwave means. The water absorbing material of common sanitary products in the market is mostly composed of high molecular water absorbing resin and fluff pulp, but the high molecular water absorbing resin is high in price, the fluff pulp is obtained by bleaching wood pulp and straw pulp, a certain amount of fluorescent agent, bleaching agent and other chemical reagents are used in the production process, toxins produced by the chemical reagents can permeate into women to be latent for a long time in the using process of women, and gynecological inflammation and even cervical cancer can be caused finally.
However, the conventional method for producing a sanitary absorbent has problems of poor permeation effect and low water absorption efficiency.
Therefore, the invention discloses a preparation method of the water absorbing material for the corn straw seedling health.

step four: performing secondary crushing on the dried straw seedlings and using microwave for treatment; the specific operation steps are as follows:
the first step is as follows: preparing to carry out secondary crushing on the dried straw seedlings;
the second step is that: microwave treatment of the secondarily crushed straw seedlings
The third step: standing the straw seedlings subjected to microwave treatment in the air, and cooling.
Step five: and (3) carrying out ultraviolet treatment on the straw seedlings subjected to the microwave treatment to obtain the product.
Preferably, in the step one, the corn straw seedlings are crushed under the action of a crusher, and the crushed straw seedlings are primarily sieved by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain sieved straw seedling powder.
Preferably, in step two, soaking is carried out for 30 minutes by using distilled water, then suction filtration is carried out by using a suction filter to achieve the purpose of washing, and the step is repeated for 4 to 5 times until the washing water is colorless in color.
Preferably, in the third step, the washed corn stalk seedlings are put into an oven and dried at the temperature of 60 ℃ until the water content is lower than 5 percent.
Preferably, in the fourth step, the crushed straw seedlings are treated by microwaves for 5 to 6 minutes so as to achieve the purpose of modification.
Preferably, in the fourth step, the straw seedlings are finally treated under the action of ultraviolet rays, and the ultraviolet rays with the power of 2 to 3W/m3 are used for irradiating for 60 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the water absorbing material made of the corn straw seedling has the characteristics of wide raw material source, low price, good water absorption and the like.
