Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sports goods and medical rehabilitation instruments, in particular to an arch trainer.
Background
The arch is an important structure for the body to bear weight and cushion. The long-term loading of the sole can cause the foot to suffer from plantar fasciitis and flat feet. Abnormal stress and body state change after the arch is collapsed can bring diseases of musculoskeletal systems such as heel pain to a human body, and how to effectively strengthen muscles for maintaining the arch becomes an important issue in the current medical field. Currently available training methods for maintaining the arch of the foot include elastic band training, heel lifting training and the like, but they are difficult to systematically and comprehensively train the toe muscles, and the training requires other assistance such as hands. There is also no equipment on the market specifically for training the arch muscle to maintain. In recent years, the sole muscles cannot be strengthened by applying more orthopedic insoles, so that the problem of sole weakening cannot be solved essentially. Therefore, the arch trainer is designed, is convenient, small, practical and effective, can be used in various body positions, and can ensure that the muscles for maintaining the arch of the foot can be trained sufficiently by fixing the foot on the trainer and moving the toes.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to an arch trainer to solve the problems set forth in the background. The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a method for manufacturing an arch trainer and application thereof. The arch trainer is convenient to use, facilitates the trainees to promote the exercise of the toes and the plantar muscles, and can also stretch and relax the muscles to ensure the stability of the arch. The exerciser includes an ankle fixing means and an elastic means. The ankle fixing device comprises a fixing strap (1), a fixing hasp (2) and an adjuster (3).
The elastic devices are two types in total, namely an integrated type elastic device and a separated type elastic device.
The integrated elastic device is provided with an integrated toe sleeve (4) and an elastic band (6), which are shown in figure 1.
The separated elastic device comprises an elastic belt (6) arranged on a separated toe sleeve (5), as shown in figure 2; or each separate toe sleeve has a small elastic band (7), see fig. 3.
The fixing buckle (2) of the ankle fixing device may be a hook and loop fastener, a metal buckle, or the like, as shown in fig. 4.
The invention has the advantages that: the existing training method for maintaining the arch of foot comprises free-hand elastic band training, heel lifting training and the like, and compared with the traditional training mode, the arch of foot training device is convenient to use, comprehensive in training system and capable of stretching and relaxing corresponding muscles to guarantee stability of the arch of foot.

Fig. 3 is a schematic view of an arch trainer (split toe box with small elastic band). Fig. 4 is a rear view of the ankle fixing device.
Specific method of use
A method of using an arch trainer comprising the steps of:
1) the proximal securing means is secured adjacent the ankle with a securing buckle.
2) The toe caps were worn on the first to fifth toes.
3) The elastic band of the elastic means is connected to the adjuster of the ankle fixing means.
4) The adjuster is used to adjust the tightness of the elastic device to achieve the best effect.
5) The toes move downwards by overcoming the resistance caused by the elastic device with force, and the toes are pulled back by the elastic device when being relaxed.
6) And (5) repeating the movement to achieve the aims of training toes and plantar muscles and ensuring the arch of the foot to be stable.
Claims (9)
