As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, in the embodiment, the lifting adjusting device 5 is disposed on one side of the fixing plate 111, the fixing plate 111 is provided with a lifting groove 600, the fixing platform is a "convex" shaped plate structure, and the convex portion of the fixing platform is disposed in the lifting groove 600, so that when a human body stands on the fixing platform 503, the feet can be placed through the lifting groove 600, so as to ensure that the distance between the lower half of the human body and the fixing plate 111 is not too large.
In other embodiments, the lifting adjusting device 5 may also be disposed at the bottom of the main frame 1 for adjusting the height of the main frame 1; wherein the main frame 1 is fixed to the fixed platform 503. It should be noted that, regardless of whether the lifting adjusting device 5 is arranged at the standing position of the human body or below the main frame 1, the standing height of the human body or the height of the main frame is adjusted, so that the waist height of the human body is consistent with the plane height of the operating table, the muscles of the waist and the back of the human body can be effectively stretched, and finally, the rehabilitation function can be applied to the muscles of the waist and the back of the human body.
Preferably, a scale (not shown) is further disposed beside the sliding track 213, and a scale (not shown) is disposed on the sliding wheel set 21. The scale and the ruler are used for recording the extension length of the human body which can be reached by each training when the exercise assisting device is used.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a usage state diagram of the exercise assisting device of the present invention is shown, and the usage examples are as follows:
1. the resistance of the damper is adjusted to a minimum value by turning the adjusting knob.
2. The fixed platform is adjusted to the lowest level by rotating the handle of the scissor jack, and the patient stands on the fixed platform facing the operating table.
3. The doctor, the nurse or the family adjusts the height of the waist of the patient to be consistent with the height of the operating table by adjusting the ascending and descending of the lifting adjusting device.
4. The patient uses the restraint device to fix the hip and thigh of the patient with the aid of a doctor, a nurse or a family member.
5. The patient holds the handles with both hands, slowly pushes the sliding wheel set forwards until the maximum extension of the patient, records the scale value and the resistance value at the moment, and adjusts the resistance of the damper according to the current movement difficulty of the patient dictation.
6. After a moderate resistance value is found, the reciprocating stretching movement is carried out under the condition of constant resistance.
7. And adjusting the resistance value in time according to the self motion condition of the patient.
Foreign research shows that the lumbar vertebra can be stabilized and the lumbago can be effectively prevented and treated by practicing the action of the main core muscle group of the continuously enhanced lumbar vertebra. This is also the best treatment modality for chronic lumbago patients strongly recommended by the american national physician association. The invention has the advantages of small volume, simple use mode, strong pertinence, low exercise intensity, no limitation of fields and suitability for long-term exercise.
Therefore, the present invention is a safe, reliable and effective rehabilitation device for chronic lumbago, which can be used for patients with spinal problems or after spinal surgery. The main function of the device is to provide a specific load, i.e. motion damping, to the subject, specifically producing antagonism, and thus to exercise the muscle strength level of patients with low back pain. The design of the motion damping is a linear steady state load to achieve the most effective exercise in flexion and extension of the torso muscle groups. To restore the support of the patient's lumbar and back muscles in trunk flexion and extension, a mode is provided that enables effective trunk flexion and extension exercise in a constant mode with constant damping.

2. The exercise aid of claim 1, further comprising: the restraint device is arranged on the supporting device and used for restraining and fixing the human body.

An exercise aid according to claim 2 wherein: the supporting device comprises a fixed plate, the fixed plate is fixed on one side surface of the operating platform, the fixed plate and the supporting frame are respectively perpendicular to the operating platform, and the fixed plate and the supporting frame jointly support the operating platform and enable the upper surface of the operating platform to be kept horizontal; the restraint device is arranged on the fixing plate, when the exercise assisting device is used by a human body, the human body stands facing the fixing plate, and the restraint device restrains and fixes the human body.

An exercise aid according to claim 3 wherein: the restraint device comprises a restraint belt, an adjusting buckle and a fixing buckle; the restraint strap is fixed on the fixing plate through the fixing buckle, the adjusting buckle is arranged on the restraint strap, and the size of the restraint range of the restraint strap can be adjusted through the adjusting buckle.
5. An exercise aid according to claim 4 wherein: the stretching device comprises a sliding component and a loading component; the sliding assembly is arranged on the upper surface of the operating platform, and the load assembly is arranged below the operating platform; the operating platform is provided with a hollow connecting groove, the sliding assembly and the load assembly are connected through a connecting shaft, and the connecting shaft penetrates through the hollow connecting groove; when the sliding assembly slides on the operating platform, the load assembly generates a load action on the sliding assembly.
6. An exercise aid according to claim 5 wherein: the sliding assembly comprises a handle, a sliding wheel set and a sliding track; the sliding wheel set is fixed on the handle, the sliding track is arranged on the upper surface of the operating platform, and the sliding wheel set can move along the sliding track under the control of the handle.

An exercise aid according to claim 5 wherein: the load assembly comprises a first gear, a second gear, a first rolling shaft, a second rolling shaft, a first fixing column and a second fixing column; the first fixing column and the second fixing column are vertically fixed on the lower surface of the operating platform, the number of the first fixing column and the number of the second fixing column are respectively two, and a connecting line between the two first fixing columns and a connecting line between the two second fixing columns are perpendicular to the sliding track at the same time; the first rolling shaft is vertically fixed between the two first fixing columns, the second rolling shaft is vertically fixed on the two second fixing columns, and the first rolling shaft and the second rolling shaft are arranged in parallel and are positioned at the same horizontal height; the first gear and the second gear are respectively sleeved in the middle parts of the first rolling shaft and the second rolling shaft; a first shaft sleeve and a second shaft sleeve which can axially rotate along the respective rolling shafts are respectively arranged between the first rolling shaft and the first gear and between the second rolling shaft and the second gear; the first gear and the second gear are connected through a chain and synchronously rotate under the action of the chain; the lower end of the connecting shaft is provided with connecting teeth which are fixed on the chain; the second rolling shaft is arranged on one side of the supporting device far away from the standing of the human body; and a damper is further arranged on the second shaft sleeve and used for controlling the rotation resistance of the second gear.

An exercise aid according to claim 7 wherein: the damper comprises an adjusting knob, a clamping piece group, a mounting column and a resistance disc; the mounting column is fixed below the supporting device, the clamping sheet group is fixed on the mounting column, the resistance disc is sleeved on the second rolling shaft sleeve, the clamping sheet group is used for clamping the resistance disc, and the adjusting knob is used for adjusting the clamping force of the clamping sheet group.
