In order to explain the technical scheme of the invention, the implementation of the ultrasonic pedicure device provided by the invention is described in detail through specific embodiments in combination with specific drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an ultrasonic pedicure device provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes an ultrasonic multi-channel control motherboard 10 and a multi-array element ultrasonic transducer 20 electrically connected to the ultrasonic multi-channel control motherboard 10, where the ultrasonic multi-channel control motherboard 10 is configured to output an electrical signal to the multi-array element ultrasonic transducer 20, and the multi-array element ultrasonic transducer 20 converts the electrical signal into an ultrasonic sound wave in a certain frequency range. The multi-array element ultrasonic transducer 20 comprises an ultrasonic generating main body 21, the ultrasonic generating main body 21 is provided with a plurality of ultrasonic generating channels 22 distributed in an array manner, and the ultrasonic multi-channel control main board 10 controls each ultrasonic generating channel 22 to work independently.
The ultrasonic pedicure device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the working process as follows: the ultrasonic multi-channel control main board 10 outputs an electric signal to the multi-array element ultrasonic transducer 20, the ultrasonic generation main body 21 of the multi-array element ultrasonic transducer 20 converts the electric signal into an ultrasonic sound wave with a certain frequency, and the ultrasonic sound wave is sent out by each ultrasonic generation channel 22, so that when the sole of a user is placed on the ultrasonic generation main body 21, ultrasonic massage is carried out on the whole sole, namely all acupuncture points of the sole can be stimulated, and a better foot massage effect is obtained. Meanwhile, each ultrasonic generation channel 22 can work independently, namely, the whole ultrasonic generation main body 21 can massage the sole of the foot of the human body in regions.
In this embodiment, the ultrasound generating body 21 is square, and because the outline of the sole of different users is different, the ultrasound generating body 21 controls and starts the corresponding ultrasound generating channel 22 to emit sound waves outwards, thereby meeting the use requirements of different people.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the ultrasonic pedicure device further includes an artificial structure plate 30 covering the ultrasonic generation main body 21, and the artificial structure plate 30 is provided with a regulation structure 31 corresponding to each human plantar acupoint and used for regulating and controlling the focusing of sound waves. It can be understood that the outwardly generated sound wave frequencies of the respective ultrasonic generation channels 22 are uniform, i.e., the entire soles of the feet of the users are stimulated by the ultrasonic sound waves to the same extent, and thus, the effect of stimulating the corresponding acupuncture points of the soles is not good. Therefore, the artificial structure plate 30 is used for performing secondary sound wave focusing on the ultrasonic sound waves emitted by the corresponding ultrasonic generation channels 22, that is, the corresponding ultrasonic generation channels 22 emit the ultrasonic sound waves and then perform sound wave focusing through the corresponding regulation and control structural members 31, so as to meet the stimulation requirements on the acupuncture points of the soles. Of course, the regulating structures 31 are distributed on the artificial structure board 30 according to the distribution of acupuncture points on the sole of the human body.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the end surface of the artificial structure plate 30 for contacting with the sole of the human body is a curved surface. Understandably, the curved surface can better fit the sole of the human body, and the phenomenon that the massaging effect is influenced by the gap formed between the curved surface and the sole of the human body is avoided.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the adjusting structure 31 includes a plurality of concentric circular rings 311 having the same thickness, a slit 312 is formed between every two adjacent circular rings 311, and the width of each slit 312 is gradually reduced from inside to outside along the radial direction. Alternatively, the ring 311 may be a silicon ring, or may be a metal ring, such as an aluminum ring, or a steel ring.
Specifically, the width of the circular ring 311 and the width of the slit 312 are determined according to the fresnel diffraction formula. The slit a (i.e., the regulating structure 31) forms a fresnel region; the slit a and the circular ring b form a Fresnel area; the slit a, the circular ring b and the slit c form a Fresnel area; the slit a, the ring b, the slit c and the ring d form a Fresnel region; the slit a, the circular ring b, the slit c, the circular ring d and the slit e form a Fresnel area; the slit a, the ring b, the slit c, the ring d, the slit e and the ring f form a Fresnel area; the slit a, the ring b, the slit c, the ring d, the slit e, the ring f and the slit g form a Fresnel area; the slit a, the ring b, the slit c, the ring d, the slit e, the ring f, the slit g and the ring h form a fresnel region. So, etc. in turn.
Specifically, the width of the circular ring 311 and the width of the slit 312 are determined according to the following formulas:
di(i=1)=ri,
di(i>1)=ri-rj,
wherein r isnDenotes the radius of the N (N ═ 1, 2, 3, … …, N) th fresnel region; λ ═ c/f denotes the wavelength of the acoustic wave, c denotes the speed of sound, and f denotes the center frequency of the acoustic wave; f represents a preset focal length; di(i ═ 1) represents the radius of the central circular hole; di(i > 1) denotes a circular ring or other than the central circular holeThe width of the slit; r isiDenotes the radius, r, of the smallest Fresnel zone containing the ith circular ring or slitjThe radius of the largest Fresnel region smaller than the minimum Fresnel region in the minimum Fresnel region is represented.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4, the difference from the above embodiment is that the adjusting structure 31 includes a plurality of concentric circular rings 311 having the same thickness, a slit 312 is formed between every two adjacent circular rings 311, and the width of each slit 312 is the same. It will be appreciated that the parallel sound waves pass through the slits 312 between the rings 311 and are diffracted to achieve a focusing effect.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the material of the artificial structural plate 30 is plastic or metal.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the material of the regulating and controlling structure member 31 is any one of resin, silicon wafer, and metal. Since the regulating structure 31 is used in cooperation with the frequency of the sound wave, the material of the circular ring can be determined according to the frequency of the sound wave. For example, if the center frequency of the acoustic wave is relatively high (e.g., above 10MHz), the corresponding ring may be made of a material with a microstructure that is easy to process, such as a silicon wafer, and the like, and if the center frequency of the flat acoustic wave is relatively low (e.g., less than 10MHz), the ring may be made of a metal material, and of course, the ring may be made of a silicon wafer.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the frequency range of the ultrasonic multi-channel control main board 10 is 0.2MHz to 100 MHz. For example, the frequency of the ultrasonic multi-channel control main board 10 may be 0.2MHz, 1.0MHz, 5.0MHz, 15.0MHz, 20.0MHz, 25.0MHz, 30.0MHz, 35.0MHz, 40.0MHz, 45.0MHz, 50.0MHz, 55.0MHz, 60.0MHz, 65.0MHz, 70.0MHz, 75.0MHz, 80.0MHz, 85.0MHz, 90.0MHz, 95.0MHz, 100.0 MHz.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 5, in the present embodiment, the ultrasonic pedicure device further includes a supporting pad 40 covering the artificial structure plate 30, and the supporting pad 40 is provided with a plurality of acupuncture point through holes 41 corresponding to the regulating structures 31. It will be appreciated that the support pad 40 serves to protect the artifact panel 30 from abrasion to the artifact panel 30 during frequent use.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the ultrasonic pedicure device further includes a temperature control box 50, and the ultrasonic generation body 21 is disposed in the temperature control box 50. It can be understood that the user can give a massage to the sole of the foot while ensuring the heat preservation of the foot. Of course, water can be injected into the temperature control box 50, and the characteristic that the water temperature is more constant is utilized, so that better user experience is obtained.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the temperature control box 50 includes a box body 51, a plurality of infrared heating rods 52 disposed in the box body 51, a temperature sensor 53 disposed in the box body 51, and a controller 54, wherein each of the infrared heating rods 52 and the temperature sensor 53 is electrically connected to the controller 54. That is, the temperature sensor 53 detects the temperature condition in the case 51 and feeds back the temperature condition to the controller 54, and the controller 54 controls the heating power of each infrared heating rod 52 according to a preset temperature value.
Preferably, referring to fig. 6, each infrared heating rod 52 is disposed inside the bottom of the box 51. It is understood that the sole of the user feels heat preferentially, i.e. the sole massage is obtained while the sole blood circulation is promoted.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 6, each infrared heating rod 52 is disposed on the inner sidewall of the box 51. Understandably, in this way, the legs of the user experience heat preferentially, resulting in a comfortable experience.
