In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the leg fixing rings are two arc buckles 33 respectively connected to the support rod 3, the arc buckles 33 are elastically connected to the support rod 3 to support the arc buckles 33 to be opened or closed, and the arc buckles 33 are oppositely arranged. When the leg needs to be fixed, the arc-shaped buckle 33 is opened to put the leg into the fixing device, and the arc-shaped buckle 33 can fasten the leg under the action of elasticity.
As another alternative embodiment in this embodiment, a circular groove is provided on the mounting portion 12, and a universal ball is provided at the end of the strut 3, and the universal ball is disposed in the circular groove. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the convex hull 23 has a circular structure. The convex hulls 23 are arranged into a circular structure, so that the hip of a human body can be better extruded, and the massage effect is improved.
In this embodiment, the drug permeable layer 24 is absorbent cotton cloth. By selecting the absorbent cotton cloth as the medicine permeating layer 24, the medicine can be better permeated, so that the hip is better contacted with the medicine, and the treatment effect is improved.
When the device is used for medicine application, the air in the inflatable layer 22 needs to be released firstly, the medicine is paved on cotton cloth and is placed between the inflatable layer 22 and the medicine permeation layer 24, then the inflatable layer 22 is inflated to expand the inflatable layer 22 so as to extrude the medicine, and the medicine can penetrate through the medicine permeation layer 24 to be in contact with the hip of a human body. Therefore, the hip can better absorb the medicine, and when the human body moves, the hip can contact with the convex hulls 23 on the surface of the inflatable layer 22 to be squeezed, so that the hip of the human body is massaged, and the absorption of the medicine by the hip of the human body is improved.

A traditional Chinese medicine composition for hip joint rehabilitation treatment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of dandelion, 7 parts of ground beetle, 11 parts of nux vomica, 6 parts of musk, 8 parts of Japanese thistle herb, 7 parts of notopterygium root, 10 parts of beefwood-like clubmoss herb, 6 parts of bletilla striata, 7 parts of mulberry twig, 5 parts of rhubarb and the balance of penetrant.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of dandelion, 7 parts of ground beetle, 11 parts of nux vomica, 6 parts of musk, 8 parts of Japanese thistle herb, 7 parts of notopterygium root, 10 parts of beefwood-like clubmoss herb, 6 parts of bletilla striata, 7 parts of mulberry twig, 5 parts of rhubarb and the balance of penetrant, wherein the medicines are cleaned and dried in the sun for standby.
S2, placing the medicine in a grinder to be ground into fine medicine powder of 50 meshes.
And S3, mixing and stirring the fine medicine powder and the rest penetrating agent, and removing the redundant solution to obtain the medicine.

Correlation experiments
The following therapeutic effect test was performed on the herbal composition for hip joint rehabilitation therapy, wherein 80 persons suffering from hip joint injury were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group consisting of 20 persons, the first 3 groups used the protector and herbal composition for hip joint rehabilitation provided by the present invention, the last group used the elbow joint rehabilitation device commonly used in the market, and gauze application-assisted therapy was performed, wherein the first group used the herbal composition obtained in example 2, the second group used the herbal composition obtained in example 3, and the third group used the herbal composition obtained in example 4. The symptoms of the user are reviewed and scored.
The investigation indexes are as follows:
(1) hip joint mobility, namely setting the vertical position of a leg to be 0 degree, and taking the leg moving forwards by 90 degrees without pain as a rehabilitation standard;
(2) the healing time;
(3) the hip joint scores are used for comparing the good rate, namely the evaluation according to pain, motion radian, daily activities and the like is carried out, the highest score is 100 points, more than 90 points are good, 75-89 points are good, 60-74 points are medium, and less than 60 points are poor; the results of the investigation are shown in the following table:

The table shows that the protective clothing for hip joint rehabilitation provided by the invention is matched with the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention, so that the use of a patient is convenient and comfortable, the rehabilitation time of the patient can be effectively accelerated, and various complications are avoided.

Claims (8)
1. A brace for hip joint rehabilitation comprising: the waist fixing component, the leg fixing components arranged at two sides of the waist fixing component and the medicine applying part arranged on the inner walls at two sides of the waist fixing component and used for applying medicine;
the medicine application part comprises: the waist fixing component comprises a fixing plate, an inflatable layer and a medicine permeable layer, wherein the fixing plate is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the waist fixing component;
an inflation inlet is formed in the inflatable layer, a plurality of convex hulls are arranged on the surface of the inflatable layer, and when the inflatable layer is inflated, the inflatable layer is expanded to enable the convex hulls to abut against the medicine permeable layer;
the two sides of the waist fixing component are provided with limiting structures for fixing the medicine application part, and the medicine application part is detachably arranged on the limiting structures;
the limit structure comprises: the first clamping plate is arranged on the waist fixing component corresponding to the bottom end of the medicine applying part, and the second clamping plate is arranged on the waist fixing component corresponding to the two sides of the medicine applying part.
2. The brace of claim 1 wherein the plurality of bosses are arranged in an array on the surface of the pneumatic layer.
3. The brace for hip joint rehabilitation of claim 1, wherein the convex hull is of circular configuration.
4. The brace of claim 1 wherein the layer of liquid pervious medicine is a layer of absorbent cotton.
5. The brace of claim 1 wherein the waist fixation assembly comprises: the medicine applying device comprises a waistband, a fastening piece arranged at one end of the waistband and used for tightening the waistband, and installation parts arranged on two sides of the waistband, wherein the medicine applying part and the leg fixing component are arranged on the installation parts.
6. The brace of claim 1 wherein the leg securing assembly comprises: with the fixed subassembly of waist rotate the connecting portion of connecting, with connecting portion articulated branch, with the solid fixed ring of branch end connection's shank, the rotation direction of branch with the rotation direction of connecting portion is perpendicular.
7. A traditional Chinese medicine composition for use in a protector for hip joint rehabilitation according to any of claims 1-6, characterized in that said traditional Chinese medicine composition consists of the following components in parts by weight: 10-13 parts of dandelion, 7-10 parts of ground beetle, 11-14 parts of nux vomica, 5-8 parts of musk, 8-11 parts of Japanese thistle herb, 7-10 parts of notopterygium root, 10-13 parts of beefwood-like clubmoss herb, 6-9 parts of bletilla striata, 7-10 parts of mulberry twig, 4-8 parts of rheum officinale and the balance of a penetrating agent.
8. The traditional Chinese medicine composition of claim 7, wherein the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the following components in parts by weight: 10-13 parts of dandelion, 7-10 parts of ground beetle, 11-14 parts of nux vomica, 5-8 parts of musk, 8-11 parts of Japanese thistle herb, 7-10 parts of notopterygium root, 10-13 parts of beefwood-like clubmoss herb, 6-9 parts of bletilla striata, 7-10 parts of mulberry twig, 4-8 parts of rheum officinale and the balance of a penetrating agent, wherein the medicines are cleaned and dried in the sun for later use;
s2, putting the medicines into a grinder to be ground into fine medicine powder of 50-60 meshes;
s3, mixing and stirring the fine medicine powder and the rest of penetrating agent, and removing redundant solution to obtain the medicine.
