2. The method of claim 1, wherein matching field values in the registration information with at least two preset welfare trigger field values, respectively, comprises:
presetting at least two welfare options, wherein each welfare option is associated with a preset welfare trigger field value, judging whether the registration information has a field value which is the same as the preset welfare trigger field value, and if so, successfully matching the corresponding preset welfare trigger field value.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and superposing the value quota value corresponding to the benefit option corresponding to the benefit triggering field value which fails to be matched to the value quota corresponding to the benefit option which is started.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein returning to the client consumption credentials of the value amount equivalent in the target benefit option comprises:
and returning the electronic ticket with the value limit equivalent value in the target welfare option to the client.
5. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:

the receiving unit is used for receiving registration information sent by a client, wherein each piece of registration information comprises a user identifier and field values corresponding to at least two dimensional statistical fields;
the matching unit is used for respectively matching the field values in the registration information with preset welfare trigger field values;
the determining unit is used for determining the benefit options corresponding to the successfully matched preset benefit trigger field value as the benefit enabling options, and each benefit option comprises a corresponding value amount;
and the sending unit is used for returning the consumption voucher with the value limit equivalent value in the benefit enabling option to the client.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the matching unit comprises:
the matching module is used for presetting at least two welfare options, each welfare option is associated with a preset welfare trigger field value, whether a field value identical to the preset welfare trigger field value exists in the registration information or not is judged, and if yes, the corresponding preset welfare trigger field value is successfully matched.
8. The system of claim 7, further comprising:
and the adjusting unit is used for superposing the value quota value corresponding to the benefit option corresponding to the benefit triggering field value which fails to be matched to the value quota corresponding to the benefit option which is started.
9. A computer arrangement, characterized in that the computer arrangement comprises a processor for implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing a computer program stored in a memory.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that: the computer program when executed by a processor implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
