The invention relates to an automatic pull test device of a lever block and a test method thereof.A ground anchor is arranged at both ends of the lever block to be tested, a shackle is connected on the ground anchor at each end, one end of a hydraulic cylinder is connected with the shackle on the ground anchor at one end, the other end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with one end of the lever block to be tested, and the other end of the lever block to be tested is connected with the shackle on the ground anchor at the other end; the hydraulic cylinder is respectively connected with the hydraulic station and the electric appliance control system; the hydraulic station supplies hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder to enable the hydraulic cylinder to complete stretching action, and the electric appliance control system adjusts the stretching degree of the hydraulic cylinder, so that loading or unloading of the lever block to be tested is achieved, and a tension test of the lever block is completed. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of power transmission and transformation line construction, and particularly relates to an automatic pull test device and a test method for a lever block.
Background
The lever block is an important construction machine for the engineering construction of the power transmission line, and the lever block is required to provide safe and reliable tension in application. According to the requirements, before each use, a tensile test (more than 8-15 tons of force) with the rated load of 1.25 times is carried out on each lever hoist so as to ensure the safe use. At present, each transmission and transformation engineering company generally has more than 2000 lever blocks, and a tension test is a difficult problem. The test mechanism of the outsourcing large-tonnage hydraulic tension tester has high cost and low efficiency, and is difficult to meet the use requirement of rapid turnover. Therefore, most of the existing power transmission and transformation companies use two fixtures which are about 5 meters apart, such as the root of a big tree or a heavy fixture, as a tensile foundation, and perform tensile tests in multiple groups, but the following disadvantages exist.
1. The single-group tension test has low working efficiency; the chain hoist needs to be manually moved to load and unload in the stress process, the chain hoist swings about 300 times averagely, and the process time is 30 minutes.
2. The labor intensity is high; one pulling force needs to be manually loaded to move the handle 300 for multiple times, the maximum swinging force is about 55kg, and the physical strength of operators is greatly consumed.
3. The potential safety hazard is large; the manual operation, one table is pulled by force for hundreds of times, so that the table is extremely easy to be injured and has poor safety.
4. If the root of the big tree is utilized, the environment is not protected; the root of the tree is used as a bearing and pulling foundation, generally about 10 tons, the tree is damaged due to large stress, the tree is easy to die, and the environment is not environment-friendly. The existing hydraulic tension test design is expensive and heavy.

Aiming at the problems of the conventional lever hoist tension test, the invention aims to provide an automatic lever hoist tension test device and a test method thereof.

the ground anchors at the two ends are buried underground and used as the two ends of a tensile test, and at least the force is supported for 15 t; the shackle bears at least 17 t;

E. electrifying the electric appliance control system, and controlling the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder to retract through the electric appliance control system so as to realize loading; stopping retracting when the tension meter reaches a preset tension, and maintaining the pressure of the lever block according to a set time; after the pressure maintaining time is up, controlling the hydraulic cylinder to extend, unloading the lever block and completing a tension test;

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the testing device of the invention comprises a shackle 1, a ground anchor 2, a tension meter 3, a hydraulic cylinder 4, a hydraulic station 5 and an electric appliance control system 6, wherein the ground anchors 2 are respectively arranged at two ends of a lever block 7 to be tested, the ground anchors 2 at the two ends are respectively buried underground and used as two ends of a tension test, and at least a force bearing part 15t is arranged; the distance between the ground anchors 2 at the two ends of the embodiment is 20 meters. The ground anchor 2 at each end is connected with a shackle 1, and the shackle 1 is inserted into a connecting hole of the ground anchor 2 to bear at least 17 t. A tension meter 3, a hydraulic cylinder 4 and a lever block 7 are sequentially connected between shackles 1 of ground anchors 2 at two ends, namely the shackles 1 on the ground anchors 2 at one end are connected with the tension meter 3, one end of the hydraulic cylinder 4 is connected with the tension meter 3, the other end of the hydraulic cylinder 4 is connected with one end of the lever block 7 to be tested, and the other end of the lever block 7 to be tested is connected with the shackles 1 on the ground anchors 2 at the other end. According to the invention, the test device selects the shackle 1 which meets the tonnage of the lever hoist tension test, and the types of the shackle are 16t and 17 t; the embodiment is selected to be load bearing 17 t.
The test device of the invention selects the ground anchor 2, and utilizes the existing ground anchor with proper tonnage specification to be respectively embedded into two ends of a tensile test field to be used as a bearing and pulling foundation; the present embodiment uses a 15t model.
In the test device, for the test tension measurement, a tension meter 3 with a shockproof function and a set tension tonnage is selected; the present embodiment uses a 20t model tension meter, which can not only realize the predetermined function but also be low in cost compared with the tension with a sensor.
The test device selects the hydraulic cylinder 4, the hydraulic station 5 and the electric appliance control system 6, selects the hydraulic assembly which meets the tonnage of the lever hoist tension test, and each lever hoist 7 is required to carry out the tension test with the rated load of 1.25 times before being used every time according to the requirement, wherein the tonnage of the hydraulic assembly needs to exceed 15 t.
The tension of the hydraulic cylinder 4 in the testing device can be set through the hydraulic station 5 before the operation according to the tension of the lever hoist, so that the use safety is improved.
