A water level warning device for hydraulic and hydro-power engineering as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the lifting rod (17) runs through the support frame (1703), the two ends of the support frame (1703) are connected with the inner wall of the opening in the middle of the adjusting plate (2) in a welding mode, and the floating block (1701) is pushed to be made of hollow disc-shaped rubber materials.
9. A method of using a water level warning device for hydraulic and hydro-power engineering as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following specific steps:
step 1: according to the installation position, the alarm device main body (1) is judged to be installed by using the fixed frame (10) or the lifting rod (17);
step 2: when the alarm device is installed by using the fixing frame (10), the fixing frame (10) on one side of the alarm device main body (1) can be tightly attached to the outer wall of a detection dam or other buildings, the alarm device main body (1) is fixed on the outer wall of the detection dam or other buildings through the fixing frame (10) by using bolts through fixing holes in the fixing frame (10), and whether the installation is horizontal or not is judged by using a bubble level meter (14) on the upper end surface of the adjusting plate (2);
and step 3: when the lifting rod (17) is used for installation, the base (13) is fixed at the bottom, the lower end of the lifting rod (17) is fixed on the base (13), then the adjusting plate (2) is sleeved on the lifting rod (17) through the sliding port (16), the adjusting plate (2) vertically moves on the lifting rod (17) through the sliding port (16), after the adjusting plate (2) moves to a specified height, the limiting bolt (6) on the limiting sleeve (5) is screwed, the adjusting plate (2) is fixed, and whether installation is horizontal or not is judged through the bubble level meter (14) on the upper end face of the adjusting plate (2);
and 4, step 4: after the alarm device body (1) is installed, when the water level rises, the water level enters the lifting cylinder (11) through the protective net (18) on the protective head (12), then the lifting cylinder (11) is pushed upwards by pushing the floating block (1701), the lifting rod (17) is jacked upwards by pushing the floating block (1701), and the lifting rod (17) drives the pushing plate (1702) at the top end to move upwards;
and 5: with the continuous rising of the water surface, when the water surface exceeds the warning water level, the pushing plate (1702) pushes the inching switch (21) upwards;
step 6: the alarm (20) is electrified, and the alarm (20) sends an alarm signal to the control room through the transmitting antenna (9);
and 7: after the water level descends, the pushing floating block (1701) descends along with the water level, the pushing plate (1702) is separated from the inching switch (21), the alarm (20) is powered off, and the alarm is released.
