In order to store articles, a drawer with a cover plate is generally provided in a refrigerator. In order to regulate the humidity of the drawer, a humidity-maintaining regulating device is generally provided for the drawer.
The way of realizing the moisture preservation regulation of the drawer in the prior art is as follows: the size of the gap between the cover plate and the drawer is adjusted by opening and closing the opening on the movable adjusting cover plate.
However, most devices for realizing moisturizing adjustment in the prior art adopt a mechanical structure adjustment mode, and the structure is complex.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a drawer assembly for a refrigerator capable of simply achieving moisture-holding adjustment in a drawer.

The invention provides a novel drawer assembly which is provided with a magnetic attraction structure for attracting a moisturizing cover plate to control the gap of the moisturizing cover plate relative to a drawer. Specifically, the moisture-preserving cover plate is provided with an iron sheet, a movable magnet is arranged above the moisture-preserving cover plate, and for example, a sliding groove structure for placing the magnet is arranged in the refrigerator body. Detailed Description
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the assembly of a drawer assembly with a refrigerator cabinet according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a drawer assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is an exploded schematic view of a drawer assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the drawer assembly 100 of the present embodiment is disposed in a cabinet of a refrigerator, and a drawer 10 is connected to the cabinet of the refrigerator in a drawable manner, and the drawer 10 is used for storing articles. The moisturizing cover 20 covers the upper portion of the drawer 10 to maintain humidity in the drawer 10, and the humidity in the drawer 10 can be controlled by controlling the opening and closing degree between the moisturizing cover 20 and the drawer 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100 for a refrigerator, which may generally include a drawer 10, a moisturizing cover panel 20, and a magnet 30. As shown in fig. 3, the drawer 10 is provided with an opening 101 at the top end thereof. The moisture-preserving cover plate 20 covers the opening 101 of the drawer 10, and an iron sheet 40 is arranged at one end of the moisture-preserving cover plate 20. The magnet 30 is configured to be operably disposed above an end of the moisturizing cover plate 20 where the iron sheet 40 is disposed, and is configured such that when the operation magnet 30 moves to a first preset position, a side of the moisturizing cover plate 20 where the iron sheet 40 is disposed is attracted and lifted by the magnet 30, so that a gap is formed between the moisturizing cover plate 20 and the drawer 10; when the operation magnet 30 moves to the second preset position, the moisturizing cover plate 20 maintains a state of being attached to the drawer 10.
The present embodiment provides a new drawer assembly 100, and the drawer assembly 100 is provided with a magnetic attraction structure for attracting the moisturizing cover 20 to control the gap of the moisturizing cover 20 relative to the drawer 10. Specifically, the moisture-retaining cover plate 20 is provided with an iron sheet 40, and a movable magnet 30 is disposed above the moisture-retaining cover plate 20, for example, a chute structure for placing the magnet 30 is disposed in the refrigerator case. By operating the magnet 30 to move to a first preset position, for example, when the magnet 30 is at least partially aligned with the iron sheet 40 up and down (see the position of the magnet 30 shown by the solid line in fig. 1), the attraction force of the magnet 30 to the iron sheet 40 drives one end of the moisture-preserving cover 20 to lift up by a certain height, so as to control the gap between the moisture-preserving cover 20 and the drawer 10, so that air can enter the drawer 10 from the gap, thereby adjusting the humidity in the drawer 10; when the operation magnet 30 is moved to a second predetermined position (see the position of the magnet 30 indicated by the dotted line in fig. 1), for example, the magnet 30 is not completely aligned with the iron piece 40 up and down, the moisturizing cover 20 is not sufficiently attracted and lifted by the magnet 30, and the moisturizing cover 20 smoothly covers the drawer 10 to form a sealed state. The magnetic attraction type drawer assembly 100 can complete the adjustment of the humidity in the drawer 10 through a simple structural arrangement.
In one embodiment, the magnet 30 is operable to move in the width direction of the refrigerator. By setting the moving direction of the magnet 30 to be along the width direction of the refrigerator, the user's operation is facilitated.
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the drawer assembly 100 further includes a rack 50. The rack 50 is fixed on the refrigerator and located above the moisture-preserving cover plate 20, the rack 50 includes a rack frame 51 in a square frame shape, and the magnet 30 is movably disposed at the rack frame 51. In the embodiment, the magnet 30 is disposed on the rack frame 51 of the rack 50 above the moisture-preserving cover plate 20, so that the original components of the refrigerator are effectively utilized, and a special mounting part for the magnet 30 is not required.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a drawer assembly at an adjustment handle according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the drawer assembly 100 further includes an adjustment handle 60, and the adjustment handle 60 is fixedly connected to the magnet 30 and movably disposed at the rack frame 51. The adjustment handle 60 is provided for the user to operate, and the magnet 30 is placed on the adjustment handle 60.
Fig. 5 is an enlarged view at a in fig. 4. In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the rack frame 51 is provided with an elongated opening 501, and the adjustment handle 60 is disposed through the opening 501 and movable along the length of the opening 501. That is, the length direction of the opening 501 is the moving direction of the adjusting handle 60 and the moving direction of the magnet 30, and the magnet 30 is disposed in the opening 501 on the rack frame 51 to move relative to the iron sheet 40 in the present embodiment.
In one embodiment, the adjusting handle 60 is disposed on one side of the rack frame 51 close to the door of the refrigerator, and the length direction of the opening is consistent with the width direction of the refrigerator. In this embodiment, the adjusting handle 60 is disposed at one side close to the door body of the refrigerator, that is, the user can conveniently operate the refrigerator by opening the door body of the refrigerator, and the humidity adjustment of the moisturizing cover plate 20 can be realized by moving the adjusting handle 60 left and right in the width direction of the refrigerator, so that the operation is convenient and easy, and the habit of the human body is met.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the drawer assembly 100 in an un-engaged state, in which the adjustment handle 60 is in a second predetermined position. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, one end of the adjusting handle 60 is exposed outside the rack frame 51, and the other end is fixed with the magnet 30 and exposed under the rack frame 51. The portion of the adjusting handle 60 exposed outside the rack frame 51 facilitates the user to apply the operation force, and the magnet 30 is exposed below the rack frame 51 to enable the magnet 30 to be close to the iron sheet 40, which is beneficial to the absorption of the iron sheet 40.
FIG. 6 is a schematic view of a drawer assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention in a pull-in state. As shown in fig. 6, when the adjustment handle 60 is moved to the first preset position, the magnet 30 at the lower end thereof attracts the iron piece 40 on the moisturizing cover 20, and causes the one end of the moisturizing cover 20 to be lifted up, thereby causing a gap between the moisturizing cover 20 and the drawer 10 (see the grid portion in fig. 6).
FIG. 7 is a schematic view of an adjustment handle in a drawer assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 7, in one embodiment, the adjustment knob 60 includes a first mounting portion 61 and a handle portion 62. As shown in fig. 5, the first mounting portion 61 is disposed through the opening 501 of the rack frame 51, and a first receiving cavity 601 (see fig. 7) for receiving the magnet 30 is disposed at the bottom of the first mounting portion 61. The handle portion 62 is fixedly connected to the top end of the first mounting portion 61, and is disposed to be attached to the upper side and the front side of the rack frame 51. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the first mounting portion 61 may be cylindrical.
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, a raised rib 602 is also provided at the upper surface of the handle portion 62. The provision of the ribs 602 facilitates the user to apply the operating force more conveniently, and the provision of the ribs 602 strengthens the handle portion 62.
FIG. 8 is a schematic structural view of a second mounting portion of the drawer assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a second mounting portion 21 is disposed on a side of the moisture-retaining cover 20 facing the rack frame 51, and a second receiving cavity 201 for receiving the iron sheet 40 is disposed on a top of the second mounting portion 21. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the second mounting portion 21 may also be provided with a cylindrical shape, and a top second cavity 201 is used for fixing the iron sheet 40.
It should be noted that, the positions of the magnet 30 and the iron sheet 40 in any of the above embodiments can be interchanged, that is, the magnet 30 is disposed on the top of the moisture-preserving cover 20, and the iron sheet 40 is disposed above the moisture-preserving cover 20, for example, at the frame 51 of the rack, because the attraction forces of the magnets 30 are mutually different, the drawer assembly 100 after the interchange can still achieve the corresponding functions.

1. A drawer assembly for a refrigerator, comprising:

a magnet configured to be operably disposed above an end of the moisture-preserving cover plate where the iron piece is disposed, and configured such that when the magnet is operated to move to a first preset position, a side of the moisture-preserving cover plate where the iron piece is disposed is attracted and lifted by the magnet such that a gap is formed between the moisture-preserving cover plate and the drawer; when the magnet is operated to move to a second preset position, the moisturizing cover plate keeps a state of being attached to the drawer; and
the rack is fixed on the refrigerator and positioned above the moisturizing cover plate, the rack comprises a square rack frame, and the magnet is movably arranged on the rack frame.
