The water tank 3 is arranged on the humidifying bracket 1, the water tank 3 is suitable for supplying water to the water tank 111, the water in the water tank 3 can be added manually, the water in the water tank 3 can also be added automatically, for example, a water inlet of the water tank 3 can be connected with a tap water pipe, and the water in the water tank 3 is supplied to the water tank 111 through a water outlet of the water tank 3. Wherein, can set up water level detector in the water tank 3, for example water level detector can be float switch, when water level detector detects the water level lower, can remind the user to add water or realize adding water automatically through control. The water pump assembly 4 is arranged on the humidifying bracket 1, and the water pump assembly 4 is suitable for spraying water in the water tank 111 or the water tank 3 into the top of the microporous water guide material layer 25 to humidify the wet membrane assembly. The water pump assembly 4 drenches the top of micropore water guide material layer 25 with the water in basin 111 or the water tank 3, the water of input to the top of micropore water guide material layer 25 infiltrates downwards to micropore water guide material layer 25 in and through the dispersion and the water guide effect of micropore water guide material layer 25, can make water drench downwards evenly in wet membrane module 22, make wet membrane module 22 from top to bottom all can obtain comparatively even moist, make wet membrane module 22's whole all be in the humid state. The humidifying fan assembly 5 is used for driving the air flow to the wet film assembly 22, so that the wet film assembly 22 can humidify the air flow and finally discharge the air flow out of the room to adjust the indoor environment humidity.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a humidifying method for a household appliance, disclosed in an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the humidifying method for a home appliance includes the steps of:
s101, controlling a household appliance to start a wet film assembly to humidify the indoor space, and detecting the current indoor first humidity.
Optionally, the household appliance may automatically detect the state of the indoor environment, and if it is identified that the indoor environment where the household appliance is located needs to be humidified according to the detected condition, a humidification instruction may be automatically generated to instruct the household appliance to start the wet film assembly to humidify the indoor environment.
Alternatively, the household appliance may be controlled to read a user-entered humidification instruction for the household appliance to activate the wet film assembly. Wherein, the user can input the humidification instruction of starting the wet film component aiming at the household appliance manually through an operation panel, a remote controller and the like or remotely through voice. It should be noted that, in general, when a user feels that the humidity of the indoor environment where the household appliance is located is too low, the user may actively send a humidification instruction.
Further, some collection devices for collecting the data related to the indoor environment, such as an indoor humidity sensor, a timer, etc., are provided in the present application. The acquisition device on the household appliance can acquire in real time or periodically, and the period can be set according to actual conditions.
Alternatively, the humidity in the current room may be detected by a humidity sensor and marked as the first humidity.
S102, recognizing that the humidifying duration of the wet film assembly reaches a preset duration, and detecting the current indoor second humidity.
Optionally, a timer is arranged on the air conditioner, and the humidifying duration of the wet film assembly can be collected through the timer. After the humidification time period is collected, the humidification time period can be compared with a preset time period. If the humidification time reaches the preset time, further detecting the second humidity in the current room; if the humidifying duration does not reach the preset duration, the wet film assembly can be controlled to continuously humidify the indoor space. The preset duration can be set according to actual conditions. For example, the preset time period may be set to 5 min.
Further, after the humidification time of the wet film assembly is recognized to reach the preset time, the current indoor humidity can be detected through the humidity sensor, and the current indoor humidity is marked as the second humidity.
S103, acquiring a humidity difference value between the second humidity and the first humidity, and adjusting the water spraying amount of the humidifying device to the wet film assembly according to the humidity difference value.
It should be noted that before trying to obtain the humidity difference between the second humidity and the first humidity, the humidity difference may be compared with a first preset humidity threshold, and if it is recognized that the second humidity is smaller than the first preset humidity threshold, it is indicated that the current indoor humidity is low and is not enough to meet the requirement of the user on the air humidity, and the humidification amount needs to be increased, the humidification device is controlled to open the water spraying passage for spraying water to the wet membrane module, and water spraying is performed according to the preset water spraying amount; if the second humidity is identified to be larger than the first preset humidity threshold value, the indoor current humidity is higher, the requirement of the user on the air humidity can be met, the humidification quantity does not need to be further increased, it is determined that the humidifying device does not need to spray water to the wet film assembly, and the wet film assembly is continuously and simply used for humidifying the indoor space.
Furthermore, after the second humidity is identified to be smaller than the first preset humidity threshold value and the water spraying is carried out according to the preset water spraying amount, the second humidity and the first humidity can be subtracted to obtain a humidity difference value between the second humidity and the first humidity, then a water spraying amount adjusting strategy matched with the humidity difference value is obtained according to the humidity difference value, and the humidifying device is controlled to spray water to the wet film assembly according to the adjusting strategy.
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the application at least has the following technical effects or advantages:
because can obtain first humidity and second humidity in this application after launching wet membrane module and carrying out the humidification, and when discerning that the second humidity is less than first predetermined humidity threshold value, open humidification device to wet membrane module trickle, that is to say, can launch when wet membrane module carries out the humidification can not satisfy relative humidity's demand, drench on wet membrane module through controlling humidification device with the water that holds in the basin, the problem that evaporation effect is poor when having overcome only to rely on wet membrane module to carry out the humidification, the humidification volume undersize. Furthermore, the water spraying amount of the humidifying device can be adjusted according to the humidity difference value of the second humidity and the first humidity, the humidifying amount requirement can be met, and the problem that the user comfort level is reduced due to overhigh humidifying amount can be solved.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, because the indoor environments in which the household appliances are located are different, after the humidification device is turned on to humidify the wet film assembly by spraying water, the change degree of the indoor environment, that is, the humidity difference between the second humidity and the first humidity is also different. Therefore, in the application, the current preset water spraying amount of the humidifying device can be corrected according to different humidity difference values, so that the actual water spraying amount can be dynamically adjusted along with the change of the humidity difference values, the humidifying amount requirement is met, and the adaptability of the humidifying method for the household appliance is enhanced.
As a possible implementation manner, the target interval where the humidity difference is located may be identified according to the humidity difference, and the humidifying device is controlled to perform water spraying according to the target water spraying amount matched with the target interval.
It should be noted that before attempting to acquire the target interval in which the humidity difference is located, a plurality of preset humidity difference intervals may be acquired, and then the target interval in which the humidity difference is located may be determined according to the humidity difference.
Further, after the target interval where the humidity difference value is located is obtained, the target water spraying amount of the humidifying device can be obtained by inquiring a first mapping relation between the target interval and the target water spraying amount which are preset in the application, and then the humidifying device is controlled to spray water to the wet film assembly according to the target water spraying amount.
It should be noted that, when the humidification device is controlled to spray water to the wet membrane module according to the target water spray amount, optionally, the current preset water spray amount may be directly adjusted to the target water spray amount, and water spraying is performed according to the target water spray amount; optionally, the current preset water spraying amount may be compared with the target water spraying amount, and if it is recognized that the preset water spraying amount is not consistent with the target water spraying amount, the preset water spraying amount is adjusted to the target water spraying amount for water spraying; and if the preset water spraying amount is identified to be consistent with the target water spraying amount, maintaining the current preset water spraying amount for water spraying.
For example, the preset humidity difference interval may be divided, and the mark interval is greater than P1A first preset humidity difference interval; the mark interval is greater than P2And is less than or equal to P1A second preset humidity difference interval; the mark interval is greater than P3And is less than or equal to P2A third preset humidity difference interval; the mark interval is greater than P4And is less than or equal to P3A fourth preset humidity difference interval; the marked interval is less than or equal to P4And is a fifth preset humidity difference interval.
Further, it is obtained that the humidity difference between the second humidity and the first humidity is greater than P4And is less than or equal to P3And identifying the target interval in which the humidity difference value is located as a fourth preset humidity difference value interval. Then, the first mapping relation is inquired, the target water spraying amount matched with the fourth preset humidity difference value interval is obtained, and the humidifying device is controlled to carry out wet film assembly according to the target water spraying amountAnd (5) sprinkling water.
As another possible implementation manner, the humidity difference value may be compared with a preset threshold value, so as to identify an adjustment direction and an adjustment amount of the water spraying amount according to a size relationship between the humidity difference value and the preset threshold value, and control the humidifying device to spray water according to the adjustment direction and the adjustment amount.
Specifically, the humidity difference value may be compared with a preset threshold, and if it is identified that the humidity difference value is greater than the preset threshold, it indicates that the current humidification amount is relatively large, and the adjustment direction of the water spraying amount is reduced, the water spraying amount from the humidification device to the wet film assembly is reduced; recognizing that the humidity difference value is smaller than a preset threshold value, which indicates that the current humidification amount is smaller, and increasing the water spraying amount of the humidifying device to the wet film assembly if the adjusting direction of the water spraying amount is increased; and identifying that the humidity difference value is equal to the preset threshold value, which indicates that the current humidification quantity meets the requirement, and maintaining the preset humidification quantity of the humidification device without correcting the humidification quantity.
The preset threshold value and the regulating quantity can be set according to the actual situation; the adjustment amount and the humidity difference value are in a linear relation.
Furthermore, the humidifying device can be controlled to spray water according to the adjusting direction and the adjusting amount. If the identified humidity difference value is larger than the preset threshold value, reducing the current preset water spraying amount according to the adjustment amount; if the identified humidity difference value is smaller than the preset threshold value, increasing the current preset water spraying amount according to the adjustment amount; and if the identified humidity difference value is equal to the preset threshold value, maintaining the current preset water spraying amount.
Further, the humidifying device may be controlled to spray water according to the corrected amount of sprayed water.
Optionally, a water outlet of the water pump assembly is provided with a control valve with adjustable opening. Therefore, when the water pump assembly works, the water yield of the water pump assembly in unit time can be adjusted by controlling the opening degree of the control valve, the larger the opening degree of the control valve is, the larger the water yield of the water pump assembly 4 in unit time is, the smaller the opening degree of the control valve is, the smaller the water yield of the water pump assembly in unit time is, and the water spraying amount can be adjusted.
Alternatively, the working power of the water pump assembly may be adjusted in the present application. For example, the operating power can be adjusted by adjusting the voltage and/or current of the water pump in the water pump assembly to adjust the water absorption capacity, and thus the humidification efficiency of the water pump assembly, to adjust the amount of humidification per unit time. Or the water spraying amount in unit time can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed or the water pumping frequency of the water pump and adjusting the rotating speed or the water pumping frequency.
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the application at least has the following technical effects or advantages:
because can revise the present volume of drenching of predetermineeing of humidification device to different humidity difference in this application, make the actual volume of drenching can adjust along with the change of humidity difference dynamically to satisfy the humidification demand, strengthened the adaptability that is used for domestic appliance's humidification method.
According to the humidification method for the household appliance, after the water spraying amount of the humidification device to the wet film assembly is adjusted, the indoor current humidity can be detected again in real time and circularly, the humidification device is controlled to be closed by identifying and confirming that the current humidity is larger than or equal to the second preset humidity threshold value, and the humidification method for the household appliance is more intelligent.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a humidifying method for a household appliance, which is disclosed in another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s201, after the wet film assembly is sprayed with water for a certain time, the third humidity in the current room is obtained.
After the humidification device is started to spray water to the wet film assembly in the embodiment, the current indoor humidity can be obtained again through the humidity sensor so as to judge whether the humidity meets the requirement. Namely, timing is carried out after the water spraying is started, and the current indoor humidity is obtained again after the timing is carried out for a certain time. S202, judging whether the third humidity is larger than or equal to a second preset humidity threshold value or not according to the third humidity.
Specifically, after the third humidity is obtained, the third humidity may be compared with a second preset humidity threshold, and if it is recognized that the third humidity is greater than or equal to the second preset humidity threshold, step S203 may be executed; if it is identified that the third humidity is less than the second preset humidity threshold, step S204 may be performed.
It should be noted that the second preset humidity threshold is greater than or equal to the first preset humidity threshold, and in general, in order to ensure indoor humidity, the second preset humidity threshold is often set to be greater than the first preset humidity threshold, so that after the humidifying device is turned off, the indoor humidity can be continuously satisfied for a period of time.
And S203, controlling the humidifying device to be closed.
If the third humidity is greater than or equal to the current indoor humidity, the requirement of the user on the air humidity can be met, the humidification quantity does not need to be further increased, the humidifying device can be controlled to be turned off, and the humidifying method for the household appliance is more intelligent.
And S204, maintaining the current water spraying amount and continuously spraying water to the wet film assembly.
If the third humidity is smaller than the second preset humidity threshold value, it is indicated that the current indoor humidity is low and is not enough to meet the requirement of the user on the air humidity, the humidifying device needs to be continuously controlled to spray water to the wet film assembly, and the humidifying quantity is increased.

And S305, judging whether the second humidity is less than or equal to a first preset humidity threshold value.
Specifically, after the second humidity is obtained, the second humidity may be compared with a first preset humidity threshold, and if it is recognized that the second humidity is less than or equal to the first preset humidity threshold, step S306 may be executed; and if the second humidity is larger than the first preset humidity threshold value, determining that the humidifying device does not need to open a water spraying passage, and continuously humidifying the indoor space by using the wet film assembly.
S306, controlling the humidifying device to spray water to the wet film assembly, and determining a target interval where the second humidity is located.
Specifically, after the water pump is controlled to be started, the water storage pump in the water tank can be pumped out and is poured into the top of the micropore water guide material layer, water input to the top of the micropore water guide material layer downwards permeates into the micropore water guide material layer and can be uniformly poured into the wet membrane assembly downwards through the dispersion and water guide effect of the micropore water guide material layer.
When the humidification device is controlled to spray water to the wet film assembly, any one of the continuous water spraying mode and the intermittent water spraying mode can be selected according to actual conditions.
Further, the second humidity may be compared with a plurality of preset humidity difference intervals set in advance to obtain a target interval where the second humidity is located.
And S307, determining the target water spraying amount of the humidifying device according to the target interval where the second humidity is located.
Specifically, after a target interval where the second humidity is located is obtained, the first mapping relation is inquired, and a corresponding target water spraying amount is obtained.
And S308, controlling the humidifying device to spray water to the wet film assembly according to the target water spraying amount.
Specifically, the water spray amount may be directly adjusted to the target water spray amount.
And S309, spraying water to the wet film assembly for a certain time, and then acquiring the third humidity again.
And S310, judging whether the third humidity is greater than or equal to a second preset humidity threshold value or not according to the third humidity.
Specifically, after the third humidity is obtained, the third humidity may be compared with a second preset humidity threshold, and if it is recognized that the third humidity is greater than or equal to the second preset humidity threshold, step S311 may be executed; if it is identified that the third humidity is less than the second preset humidity threshold, step S312 may be performed.
And S311, controlling the humidifying device to be closed.
If the third humidity is greater than or equal to the second preset humidity threshold value, the current indoor humidity is higher, the requirement of a user on the air humidity can be met, the humidification quantity does not need to be further increased, the humidifying device can be controlled to be closed, namely, the water pump assembly can be controlled to be closed, the stored water in the water tank cannot be continuously pumped out, and then the stored water in the water tank stops being sprayed into the top of the microporous water guide material layer, so that the humidifying method for the household appliance is more intelligent.
And S312, maintaining the current water spraying amount and continuously spraying water to the wet film assembly.
