The selection of the detachable disc, the interval disc and the roller measuring instrument is determined by combining the size of a commercial illumination wire coil and the wire diameter of the illumination wire, if the size is too small, the wires are scattered in the paying-off process of the illumination wire, and the paying-off is inconvenient due to too tight clamping of the wires of the measuring instrument; too large, labor and effort are wasted, and the pay-off length cannot be accurately measured due to too loose clamping wires of the measuring instrument.
Taking 2 x 1000MW new construction project as an example, the area where the hidden or open application illumination tube passes is complex, and relates to stairs, steel frame steel beams, high-altitude narrow areas and the like. The lighting wires are three in one loop, each lighting tube is threaded in three to six, the cost consumed by independent paying-off threading is too high, and the manual paying-off threading is carried out together because of the small number of the lighting wire coils and the easy stranded wires, so that the installation is extremely difficult. The manual paying-off threading has only a general estimated quantity for the constructed workload, has no accurate record, and is not beneficial to the operation cost accounting of the illumination line installation.
According to the on-site construction condition, the combination mode of the electric threading apparatus and the comprehensive pay-off reel is adopted, so that the lighting threading operation is quickened, and the construction efficiency and quality are greatly improved. The average time for installing the 1-path illumination line by adopting the manual paying-off threading mode is 10-12 minutes, and the average time for installing the 1-path illumination line by adopting the installation tool disclosed by the disclosure is 4-5 minutes.
The disclosure also provides a use method of the illumination line convenient paying-off measurement installation tool, which comprises the following steps:
the illumination wire coil 5 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 2, and adjacent illumination wire coils 5 are separated by a spacing disc 4;
