Abstract
本发明公开了一种高效防电磁脉冲门,包括门扇主体,门扇主体包括框体和门扇,其中框体包覆在门扇的外侧,且框体和门扇之间设有屏蔽网框,框体的外侧沿周向设有U型槽,其中U型槽内设有充气气囊,且门扇主体的内侧设有与充气气囊相连接的泵体,屏蔽网框的内侧设有两个与U型槽平行设置的增强金属网,且两个增强金属网对称设置于门扇的两侧。本发明设计合理,结构简单,电磁脉冲的防护性能好,质轻、强度高,密封性能好,具有推广价值。

技术领域
本发明属于人防工程技术领域,具体涉及一种高效防电磁脉冲门。
背景技术
人民防空工程也叫人防工事,是指为保障战时人员与物资掩蔽、人民防空指挥、医疗救护而单独修建的地下防护建筑,以及结合地面建筑修建的战时可用于防空的地下室。人防工程主要当然也可以用于防护电磁脉冲,现有技术中并没有专门用于防护电磁脉冲的屏蔽门。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效防电磁脉冲门,以解决上述背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种高效防电磁脉冲门,其结构要点在于:包括门扇主体,门扇主体包括框体和门扇,其中框体包覆在门扇的外侧,且框体和门扇之间设有屏蔽网框,框体的外侧沿周向设有U型槽,其中U型槽内设有充气气囊,且门扇主体的内侧设有与充气气囊相连接的泵体,屏蔽网框的内侧设有两个与U型槽平行设置的增强金属网,且两个增强金属网对称设置于门扇的两侧,门扇主体的两侧均设有防护钢板,且防护钢板的表面设有防辐射涂层。
作为优选的,防辐射涂层由防辐射涂料涂覆在防护钢板表面制成,且防辐射涂料由以下质量份数的组分制备而成:枞酸三甘油酯30-35份、甲苯二异氰酸酯17-19份、硅藻土6-9份、氧化铁红10-13份、氢氟酸3-5份、碳化钛2-4份、硫酸钡3-7份、偶联剂0.3-0.5份、防辐射剂5-8份、防锈剂2-3份、改性剂1-3份、附着力促进剂0.6-0.8份、颜料8-12份、去离子水20-28份。
作为优选的,框体由钢材料制成。
作为优选的,门扇包括数个交替设置的钢筋混凝土层和金属板层,且金属板层为蜂窝结构。
作为优选的,钢筋混凝土层的数量为三层,且金属板层的数量为两层。
作为优选的,屏蔽网框和增强金属网为一体设置,其中屏蔽网框和增强金属网均为由铜材料制成的立体网状结构,且屏蔽网框和增强金属网之间的距离小于增强金属网的厚度。
作为优选的,充气气囊的截面为U型或双U型。
与现有技术相比,本发明设计合理,结构简单,电磁脉冲的防护性能好,质轻、强度高,密封性能好,具有推广价值。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案,一种高效防电磁脉冲门,包括门扇主体,所述的门扇主体包括框体1和门扇,其中框体1包覆在门扇的外侧,且框体1和门扇之间设有屏蔽网框2,所述的框体1的外侧沿周向设有U型槽3,其中U型槽3内设有充气气囊4,且门扇主体的内侧设有与充气气囊4相连接的泵体5,所述的屏蔽网框2的内侧设有两个与U型槽3平行设置的增强金属网6,且两个增强金属网6对称设置于门扇的两侧,所述的门扇主体的两侧均设有防护钢板7,且防护钢板7的表面设有防辐射涂层10。
其中,在本实施例中,所述的防辐射涂层10由防辐射涂料涂覆在防护钢板7表面制成,且防辐射涂料由以下质量份数的组分制备而成:枞酸三甘油酯30-35份、甲苯二异氰酸酯17-19份、硅藻土6-9份、氧化铁红10-13份、氢氟酸3-5份、碳化钛2-4份、硫酸钡3-7份、偶联剂0.3-0.5份、防辐射剂5-8份、防锈剂2-3份、改性剂1-3份、附着力促进剂0.6-0.8份、颜料8-12份、去离子水20-28份。
其中,在本实施例中,所述的框体1由钢材料制成。
其中,在本实施例中,所述的门扇包括数个交替设置的钢筋混凝土层8和金属板层9,且金属板层9为蜂窝结构。
其中,在本实施例中,所述的钢筋混凝土层8的数量为三层,且金属板层9的数量为两层。
其中,在本实施例中,所述的屏蔽网框2和增强金属网6为一体设置,其中屏蔽网框2和增强金属网6均为由铜材料制成的立体网状结构,且屏蔽网框2和增强金属网6之间的距离小于增强金属网6的厚度。
其中,在本实施例中,所述的充气气囊4的截面为U型或双U型。
屏蔽网框2使门扇主体具有屏蔽电磁脉冲的作用,增强金属网6可以进一步有效提高门扇主体的屏蔽电磁脉冲的作用。设置由防辐射涂料制成的防辐射涂层10更进一步的提高门扇主体的屏蔽电磁脉冲的作用。框体1由钢材料制成,框体1和防护钢板7可以有效提高门扇主体的抗冲击强度。而门扇包括数个交替设置的钢筋混凝土层8和金属板层9,且金属板层9为蜂窝结构,蜂窝结构的金属板层9不仅可以降低门扇的质量,还可以进一步提高抗冲击强度。充气气囊4由高弹防腐橡胶制成,未充气时可以收容进U型槽,充气后可以提高门扇主体的密封性能。
本发明设计合理,结构简单,电磁脉冲的防护性能好,质轻、强度高,密封性能好,具有推广价值。

1.一种高效防电磁脉冲门,其特征在于:包括门扇主体,所述的门扇主体包括框体和门扇,其中框体包覆在门扇的外侧,且框体和门扇之间设有屏蔽网框,所述的框体的外侧沿周向设有U型槽,其中U型槽内设有充气气囊,且门扇主体的内侧设有与充气气囊相连接的泵体,所述的屏蔽网框的内侧设有两个与U型槽平行设置的增强金属网,且两个增强金属网对称设置于门扇的两侧,所述的门扇主体的两侧均设有防护钢板,且防护钢板的表面设有防辐射涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防电磁脉冲门,其特征在于:所述的防辐射涂层由防辐射涂料涂覆在防护钢板表面制成,且防辐射涂料由以下质量份数的组分制备而成:枞酸三甘油酯30-35份、甲苯二异氰酸酯17-19份、硅藻土6-9份、氧化铁红10-13份、氢氟酸3-5份、碳化钛2-4份、硫酸钡3-7份、偶联剂0.3-0.5份、防辐射剂5-8份、防锈剂2-3份、改性剂1-3份、附着力促进剂0.6-0.8份、颜料8-12份、去离子水20-28份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防电磁脉冲门,其特征在于:所述的框体由钢材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防电磁脉冲门,其特征在于:所述的门扇包括数个交替设置的钢筋混凝土层和金属板层,且金属板层为蜂窝结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高效防电磁脉冲门,其特征在于:所述的钢筋混凝土层的数量为三层,且金属板层的数量为两层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防电磁脉冲门,其特征在于:所述的屏蔽网框和增强金属网为一体设置,其中屏蔽网框和增强金属网均为由铜材料制成的立体网状结构,且屏蔽网框和增强金属网之间的距离小于增强金属网的厚度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防电磁脉冲门,其特征在于:所述的充气气囊的截面为U型或双U型。
