(2) premixing 100 parts of PET powder, 10 parts of glitter powder, 2.5 parts of magnetic nano particles, 5 parts of a compatible toughening agent and 8 parts of paraffin oil in a high-speed mixer for 3.5 minutes, feeding the materials into a double-screw extruder, wherein the extrusion temperature is 235 ℃, 240 ℃, 245 ℃ and 245 ℃, the head temperature is 250 ℃, the rotating speed of a host is 170 revolutions per minute, the feeding speed is 135 revolutions per minute, the melt pressure is controlled at 0.8MPa, and extruding and granulating the materials after melting to obtain the bionic bait material.
Through detection, the melt flow rate constant of the obtained bionic bait material is 9.42g/10min, the impact strength is 1.59kJ/m, and the elongation at break is 26.74%.
Control group 4
The bionic bait containing the glitter powder is the aluminum glitter powder, and the preparation method comprises the following steps of:
premixing 100 parts of PET powder, 10 parts of glitter powder, 5 parts of a compatible toughening agent and 8 parts of paraffin oil in a high-speed mixer for 3.5 minutes, feeding the materials into a double-screw extruder, controlling the extrusion temperature to be 235 ℃, 240 ℃, 245 ℃ and 245 ℃, the head temperature to be 250 ℃, the rotating speed of a main engine to be 170 revolutions per minute, the feeding speed to be 135 revolutions per minute, controlling the melt pressure to be 0.8MPa, and extruding and granulating after melting to obtain the bionic bait material.
Through detection, the melt flow rate constant of the obtained bionic bait material is 9.38g/10min, the impact strength is 1.28kJ/m, and the elongation at break is 20.14%.
Blank group, pellets obtained after pure PET extrusion granulation, had a melt flow rate constant of 9.45g/10min, an impact strength of 1.56kJ/m and an elongation at break of 28.83%.
According to the arrangement of the control group, the bionic bait material with better processing performance and good toughness can be obtained by the method; the magnetic nano material has certain influence on the melt flowability of the composite material, and has great influence on the impact strength and toughness of the composite material by reasonably processing the glitter powder and the magnetic nano material.

Claims (8)
1. The bionic bait containing the glitter powder is characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps of:
(1) pretreating glitter powder: mixing 20-30 parts of acrylate oligomer, 6-10 parts of reactive diluent and 14-16 parts of PET powder at the temperature of 80-85 ℃, then adding 40 parts of glitter powder, and cooling after uniformly stirring to obtain a glitter powder premix;
(2) processing the magnetic nano material: mixing 60-80 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 1-2 parts of azobisisobutyronitrile at the temperature of 75-85 ℃, adding 100 parts of toluene and 50 parts of magnetic nano-materials, stirring for 4-5 hours at a constant temperature, removing the toluene, washing with water at normal temperature, and drying in vacuum to obtain magnetic nano-particles;
(3) 100 parts of PET powder, 8-12 parts of glitter powder premix, 2-3 parts of magnetic nanoparticles, 4-6 parts of compatible toughening agent and 6-10 parts of paraffin oil are premixed in a high-speed mixer for 3-4 minutes, then fed into a double-screw extruder, and extruded and granulated after melting to obtain the bionic bait material.
2. The bionic bait containing the glitter powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the PET powder has a particle size of 40-60 meshes, a bending strength of 200MPa, and an elastic modulus of 4000 MPa.
3. The bionic bait containing glitter powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the solid content of the acrylate oligomer is 72-76%, and the viscosity at 23 ℃ is 800-.
4. The bionic bait containing Allium fistulosum powder according to claim 1, wherein the reactive diluent is one of alkylene glycidyl ether or trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether.
5. The bionic bait containing the Allium fistulosum powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic nano material is ferroferric oxide with the particle size of 300-600 nm.
6. The bionic bait containing glitter powder according to claim 1, wherein the paraffin oil comprises 80-90% of straight-chain paraffin, and has a kinematic viscosity at 40 ℃ of 6.12-7.48 m/s.
7. The bionic bait containing the glitter powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compatible toughening agent is POE-g-GMA series products, and the melt flow rate is 2.0-5.0g/10 min.
8. The bionic bait containing the Allium fistulosum powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extrusion temperature of the twin-screw extruder is 235-.
