The grinding tool for the bogie parts can improve the efficiency of the grinding process for the parts, the wheel turning tool can reduce the requirement of wheel turning on equipment, the wheel pre-installation vertical hoisting tool can improve the installation efficiency of the wheels, and the wheel brake disc assembly hoisting tool can reduce the labor force and improve the assembly efficiency; the tool can be used independently, and can also be combined to form a maintenance system of the bogie, so that all links of maintenance and assembly of the bogie are guaranteed.

The tool can be used independently, and can also be combined to form a maintenance system of the bogie, so that all links of maintenance and assembly of the bogie are guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bogie component sanding tool 3 includes a vehicle body and a suspension bracket 32. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the wheel preassembly vertical lifting tool 1 comprises a hook body, the hook body comprises a lifting seat 11 and lifting arms 12 arranged on two sides of the lifting seat 11, and an open slot 17 is defined by the lifting seat 11 and the two lifting arms 12. The hanging seat 11 is roughly triangular and comprises two symmetrically arranged hanging plates, and the two hanging plates penetrate through a pin shaft and are hoisted by penetrating a hoisting rope through the pin shaft 16. The end part of one of the suspension arms 12 is provided with a hook-shaped part 15, the inner side of the hook-shaped part 15 is a plane, and the outer side of the hook-shaped part is provided with an avoiding groove for avoiding a brake disc; the inner side of the other suspension arm 12 is provided with a movable block 14, one end of the movable block 14 is pivoted with the suspension arm 12 through a pin shaft 13, and the side surface of the suspension arm 12 is provided with a stop lever 18 for stopping the rotation of the movable block 14. When the wheel is lifted, the movable block 14 is rotated by 90 degrees around the pivot point to enlarge the width of the open slot 17 between the two suspension arms 12; then, matching the hook body with the wheel 2 to ensure that one of the suspension arms 12 is positioned at one side of the wheel 2 and the other suspension arm 12 is positioned at the other side of the wheel 2; the position of the movable block 14 is restored, the width of the open slot 17 is reduced, and the wheel 2 can be lifted up after self-locking is realized. Compared with the existing mode of vertically lifting the wheel 2 by utilizing a nylon rope sling, the tool is more convenient and safer to lift.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the wheel brake disc assembling spreader tool 7 includes three or more claw assemblies 7 fixed to the edges of the brake disc 6, and the brake disc 6 can be horizontally lifted by the claw assemblies 7. The lifting claw assembly 7 comprises a claw 71, a beam lifting handle 73 and a latch rod 72; the hook claw 71 is approximately C-shaped, one side of the hook claw 71 is provided with a clamping groove 76 for accommodating the edge of the brake disc 6, and the top of the hook claw 71 is provided with a hinge seat 77; the middle part of the cross beam lifting handle 73 is hinged with a hinge seat 77 through a pin shaft, the outer end of the cross beam lifting handle 73 is provided with a lifting hole 74 for connecting with a lifting rope, the inner end of the cross beam lifting handle 73 penetrates through the plug rod 72 and then is in threaded connection with a slotted nut 75, and the plug rod 72 is provided with a cotter pin. During hoisting, the clamping groove of the hook claw 71 is clamped at the edge of the brake disc 6, the lower end of the bolt rod 72 is inserted into the mounting hole of the brake disc 6, and when the outer end of the cross beam hoisting handle 73 is stressed, the bolt rod 72 and the hook claw 71 form clamping force, so that the hoisting claw assembly cannot be separated from the brake disc 6, the brake disc 6 is stably hoisted, the problem of high labor intensity in manual transportation is solved, and the hoisting is safer.
