The bottom belt of the storage cabinet is a key part for bearing and conveying materials, and the whole conveying part comprises the bottom belt, a scroll for supporting the bottom belt, a chain for transferring motion and the like. The bottom belt is laid on the scroll, the scroll is made of metal and is in a cuboid shape, two ends of the scroll are oblique notches, the scroll and the lateral wings of the chains on two sides of the storage cabinet are fixed together through bolts, the scroll is generally arranged at intervals of 100 plus 200mm, and therefore, the scroll of one storage cabinet is generally 200 plus 300 (different due to the length of the storage cabinet).

In fig. 1, the pushing device is in an initial position, at this time, the lower roller 10 at the lower end of the V-shaped torque arm 8 is in a position between two banners 13, the upper roller 9 contacts the lower end of the T-shaped guide rod 6, and the upper end of the T-shaped guide rod 6 is far away from the proximity switch 3; when the bottom belt 1 moves forwards, the lower roller 10 touches the edge of the scroll 13, the scroll 13 pushes the V-shaped torque arm 8 to rotate clockwise around the fixed shaft 11, so that the lower roller 10 moves to the upper surface of the scroll 13, and along with the movement of the bottom belt 1, the lower roller 10 rotates on the upper surface of the scroll 13, at the moment, the upper roller 9 pushes the bottom of the T-shaped guide rod 6, so that the T-shaped guide rod 6 moves upwards, the approach switch 3 is touched, and the 'on' signal of the approach switch 3 is triggered.
As shown in fig. 2, the pushing device is in the pushing position, at this time, the lower roller 10 is located on the upper surface of the banner 13, the upper roller 9 continuously pushes the bottom of the T-shaped guide rod 6, and the proximity switch 3 continuously sends out a "conducting" signal; when the bottom belt 1 continues to move forwards, the lower roller 10 of the V-shaped torque arm 8 moves downwards from the upper surface of the scroll 13 to a position between the two scroll 13, under the action of the elastic force of the spring 7 on the T-shaped guide rod 6, the T-shaped guide rod 6 moves downwards, the lower surface of the T-shaped torque arm pushes the upper roller 9 to enable the V-shaped torque arm 8 to rotate anticlockwise around the fixed shaft 11, meanwhile, under the combined action of the elastic force of the torsion spring 12, the V-shaped torque arm 8 can be rapidly restored to the initial position, and at the moment, the 'on' signal disappears to trigger the 'off' signal of the proximity switch 3; the proximity switch 3 continues to send an "off" signal as the lower roller 10 continues to move between the two banners 13.
When the bottom belt 1 moves forwards at a constant speed, the distance between the two banners 13 and the width of the upper surfaces of the banners 13 are the same, so that the V-shaped torque arm 8 periodically pushes the T-shaped guide wheel to trigger regular and periodic proximity switch 3 signals, and the periodic 'on' signal duration time and the 'off' signal duration time are used as judgment conditions for the PLC to process the proximity switch 3 signals; when the bolt of the banner 13 is loosened, the duration time of the 'on' signal and the duration time of the 'off' signal are changed, at the moment, the PLC judges the received signal of the proximity switch 3 as an 'abnormal' signal, and sends an instruction to the alarm after processing the 'abnormal' signal, so that the alarm gives an alarm sound to remind maintenance personnel to check and process on site.
Preferably, the detection devices are arranged at two ends of the scroll 13 of the storage cabinet, so that bolts at two ends of the scroll 13 can be detected when loosened, and the stability of operation is ensured; the detection devices can be arranged on the same side surface of the scroll 13 and can give out alarm sound after being used as redundant signals of the alarm to judge, so that the generation of false alarm can be effectively prevented.
