Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the biomass carbon is crushed into powder and then placed in the biomass carbon soaking agent with the preservative and the mildew preventive, and the biomass carbon is powdered, so that the surface area of the biomass carbon can be greatly improved, and therefore, the biomass carbon powder can be fully contacted with the preservative and the mildew preventive and is adsorbed into a porous space of the biomass carbon to form the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass carbon; and because the biomass charcoal has strong adsorption capacity, VOC generated in the adhesive or VOC in the air can be absorbed by the biomass charcoal, so that the problem of VOC release in the adhesive can be solved fundamentally, and on the other hand, the VOC in the air can be absorbed, so that indoor air pollution is reduced, and the living environment is improved.

TABLE 1
As can be seen from Table 1, the artificial board of the invention has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-mildew effects, and compared with the conventional anti-corrosion and anti-mildew artificial board, the anti-corrosion and anti-mildew artificial board has the advantages that the mildew infection area on the surface of the artificial board is greatly reduced, and the quality loss rate of the artificial board is also greatly reduced under the corrosion of white rot fungi. As can be seen from the data in the comparative examples, the effects of the present invention are more remarkable in examples 10 and 11, this is because, since the biomass char before oxidation is agglomerated due to its high surface energy, even if the biomass char in the biomass char-soaking solution is dispersed by the dispersant, it is also difficult to uniformly disperse in the biomass charcoal soaking solution, is not beneficial to adsorbing the preservative and the mildew preventive, and the hydroxyl on the surface of the oxidized biomass charcoal can provide negative charges, thereby generating long-term charge stability, so that the oxidized biomass charcoal is stably dispersed in the biomass charcoal soaking agent, the preservative and the mildew preventive are adsorbed on the whole area, thereby achieving the best adsorption effect, leading the antiseptic and mildew-proof biomass charcoal in the follow-up artificial board to release the antiseptic and mildew-proof agent for a longer time, and further prolonging the service life of the artificial board.
The artificial boards obtained in examples 1 to 11 and the artificial board of the comparative example were further left standing in an open room for 15 days to detect the components of the air in the room by using a gas detector, and the contents of formaldehyde and toluene (unit: mg/m) in VOC were mainly detected3) The results are shown in table 2:
Figure BDA0002257124310000152
Figure BDA0002257124310000161
TABLE 2
As is apparent from table 2, the contents of formaldehyde and toluene in the detected VOCs in examples 1 to 11 of the present invention are far less than those in the comparative example, because biomass charcoal is added to the adhesive, and then the adhesive is used to process the artificial board, the artificial board is prepared by using the mixture of the adhesive and the biomass charcoal, and because the biomass charcoal has a strong adsorption capacity, the VOCs generated in the adhesive or the VOCs in the air can be absorbed by the biomass charcoal, on the one hand, the problem of VOC release from the adhesive can be fundamentally solved, and therefore, the present invention can effectively block the VOC release from the artificial board, thereby effectively reducing indoor air pollution and improving living environment. It can be seen from the examples 10 and 11 that the contents of formaldehyde and toluene in VOC are substantially the lowest and the effect is the best, because the present invention oxidizes the surface of the biomass charcoal by using the oxidation treatment, the surface of the oxidized biomass charcoal has a wrinkle phenomenon, and the surface area of the oxidized biomass charcoal is enlarged, so the biomass charcoal can be in better contact with gas, and is beneficial to adsorbing harmful gases such as formaldehyde in the adhesive, thereby the effect of removing the harmful gases in the artificial board in advance from the source of the adhesive is realized, and the artificial board has more safety.
In conclusion, the invention not only can keep the anti-corrosion and anti-mildew effects for a long time and prolong the service life of the artificial board, but also can reduce VOC (volatile organic compounds) release, reduce indoor air pollution and improve the living environment.
