The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a chemical filter with low wind resistance, belonging to the field of air purification and comprising the following steps: s1: adhering a filter material of the chemical filter to a strip-shaped base material; s2: laminating and connecting the base materials in the steps to form filter cloth, wherein the thickness of the filter cloth is the width of the strip-shaped base material; s3: folding the filter cloth in the step into a filter material of a chemical filter; s4: and (3) framing and sealing the periphery of the filter material in the step to form the chemical filter. The chemical filter manufactured by the method has the advantages of low wind resistance, high efficiency and low price.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air purification, in particular to a manufacturing method of a chemical filter with low wind resistance.
Background
In a precision manufacturing production workshop, the requirement on the product precision is high, and in order to reduce the influence of environmental factors on the product quality, the content of chemical pollutants needs to be controlled within a certain range. At present, a chemical filter is generally adopted in a production workshop to treat the content of chemical pollutants, and the chemical filter is usually arranged at an air inlet of a fan filtering unit and used for removing some harmful chemical substances in indoor air so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the content of the chemical pollutants in the air in the production workshop. The reduction of the wind resistance of the chemical filter has positive significance for saving energy and reducing consumption, and improving the efficiency and the service life of the filter. One part of the wind resistance of the current chemical filter is generated by the filter material, and the other part of the wind resistance is generated by the base material for bonding the filter material. The substrate does not contribute to the filtering effect, but the pressure loss generated by the substrate is an over-large problem commonly existing in the prior chemical filter, and needs to be solved urgently.

In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing a chemical filter with low wind resistance.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical measures:
first, the filter material of the chemical filter is bonded to a strip-shaped base material, and fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of such bonding, which illustrates the bonding of the filter material in the width direction of the strip-shaped base material.
In the manner shown in fig. 2, the strip-shaped base material is laminated to the filter material, so that the filter cloth is formed by the extension of the laminated bond and the length of the base material.
The advantages of such bonding are: the air flow to be filtered only forms resistance on the filter material, the base material is parallel to the direction of the air flow, and resistance is not formed, so that low resistance can be realized.
Next, the filter cloth is folded to further reduce the wind resistance, forming a chemical filter media, as shown in fig. 3.
And finally, framing and sealing the periphery of the filter material to form the chemical filter.

s1: adhering a filter material of the chemical filter to a strip-shaped base material;
s2: laminating and connecting the base materials in the steps to form filter cloth, wherein the thickness of the filter cloth is the width of the strip-shaped base material;
s3: folding the filter cloth in the step into a filter material of a chemical filter;
s4: and (3) framing and sealing the periphery of the filter material in the step to form the chemical filter.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the chemical filter is made by a method comprising: the two sides of the strip-shaped base material are bonded with the filter material of the chemical filter.
3. A method of making a low windage chemical filter according to claim 1 or claim 2, including: the filter material of the chemical filter is adhered on the surface of the strip-shaped base material in a single layer.
