The cover plates 6 laid on the water tanks 12 are ditch covers 18, the ditch covers 18 and the support platform 1 form a plane body, two sides of the ditch covers 18 are connected with the ascending support frame 10 and the descending support frame 11, and convex ridges 181 arranged at two ends of each ditch cover 18 are connected with a U-shaped hanging groove 17 at the upper part of the I-shaped frame 15; one end of each of the ascending support frame 10 and the descending support frame 11 is provided with an L-shaped hook 101 which is connected with a U-shaped hanging groove 17 on the upper part of the I-shaped frame 15; the wastewater collection box 40 is connected with a water pump 41 (preferably, a sewage submersible pump with 1KW power) and a relay wastewater box 4, and a water inlet interface 42 arranged on the relay wastewater box 4 is connected with a drain valve interface 121 through a pipeline; the control box 7 is electrically connected with the photoelectric sensor 50, the infrared sensor 51, the high-pressure water pump 30 and the water suction pump 41.
The control box 7 is provided with an indicator lamp, a switch button, a control circuit and a communication sending module (a GSM/4G short message module of RSK 6528) (not shown), and the control circuit is provided with a photoelectric sensor interface, an infrared sensor interface and a communication sending module interface RS 485. The communication sending module informs relevant qualified units of the wastewater treatment information through short messages to collect dangerous wastewater, the device can send the information of the dangerous wastewater to a professional processing mechanism and a health and epidemic prevention management department or an environmental protection department to generate a traceable dangerous wastewater information source, and the dangerous wastewater data is accessed to a management platform of the management department so that the data support is managed according to law.
The high-pressure spraying pipeline 2 is connected with a portal frame 24, the portal frame 24 is provided with a portal frame base 25, the portal frame base 25 is arranged on two sides of the support platform 1 and connected with the support platform, the portal frame 24 is provided with a plurality of frameworks which are used as supporting waterproof materials at equal intervals on two sides of the support platform 1 to form a space channel, and high-pressure spraying liquid medicine is prevented from diffusing along with wind.
The support platform 1 can also be provided with a conveyer belt, a carrying vehicle passes through the platform, and the support platform 1 can also be arranged in a fixed building channel for sterilizing the vehicle at a fixed point.
The wastewater collection tank 40, the relay wastewater tank 4 and the chemical water tank 3 are all provided with liquid level sensors (ohm dragon liquid level relay 61F-GP-N N8 NH AC220) (not shown), and the liquid level sensors are electrically connected with the control circuit; the liquid level sensor of the chemical water tank 3 is used for detecting the liquid level condition of the chemical water tank and outputting a signal to the control box, if the liquid level is low, a low liquid level early warning is sent out, the work of a sterilization system platform is suspended, and related personnel are informed to replenish chemical water; the liquid level sensor of the waste water collecting box 40 is used for detecting the liquid level condition of the dangerous waste water collecting box, outputting a signal to the control box, sending high liquid level early warning, suspending the work of the disinfection system platform, and simultaneously sending a short message to inform a related qualified unit to collect the dangerous waste water; the relay wastewater tank 4 preferably utilizes natural height drop, the dangerous wastewater automatically flows to the relay tank, and can be connected by a water pump to realize functions if necessary, when the liquid level of the dangerous wastewater in the relay wastewater tank 4 reaches a high water level, a signal is output to the control box, the control center starts the discharge water pump to pump the dangerous wastewater to the dangerous wastewater collection box until the relay wastewater tank 4 stops working at a low water level, and the work is automatically circulated.
The invention adopts an easy-to-disassemble structure, is convenient to arrange, disassemble and assemble quickly to deal with any epidemic situation, and can be deployed to the site to deal with the epidemic situation at the highest speed and time; the device can automatically work to replace a manual heavy killing task; the disinfection task is efficiently completed in an unattended intelligent mode, the vehicle body, the vehicle bottom and tires are disinfected carefully and thoroughly, the produced hazardous waste water is collected and treated by a professional mechanism, secondary pollution is avoided, and the spread of epidemic situation through the vehicle is effectively blocked; the device sends the information of the dangerous waste water to a professional treatment mechanism and a management department of health and epidemic prevention and environmental protection bureau to generate a traceable dangerous waste water information source and provide data support for management.

Intelligent portable vehicle disinfection and danger effluent collection device, its characterized in that: the device comprises a support platform, a medicament water tank, a wastewater collection box and a control box, wherein an uphill support frame is arranged at one end of the support platform, a downhill support frame is arranged at the other end of the support platform, and the uphill support frame and the downhill support frame are quickly connected with a support platform hook or a concave-convex groove; the support platform is sequentially provided with a photoelectric sensor and a high-pressure spraying pipeline at the end of the uphill support frame, and an infrared sensor is arranged at the end of the downhill support frame; the high-pressure spray pipeline and the medicament water tank pipeline are connected with a high-pressure water pump, a plurality of high-pressure spray heads are arranged inwards around the high-pressure spray pipeline, and the high-pressure spray heads arranged on the bottom surface are arranged from bottom to top; the support platform is formed by splicing I-shaped frames to form a plurality of rectangular I-shaped frame platform modules, the water tanks are arranged in the I-shaped frame platform modules and are provided with drain valve interfaces, cover plates are paved on the water tanks and form a plane with the support platform, the two sides of each water tank are connected with an ascending support frame and a descending support frame, the wastewater collection box is connected with a water suction pump and a relay wastewater box, and water inlet interfaces arranged on the relay wastewater box are connected with the drain valve interface pipelines; the control box is electrically connected with the photoelectric sensor, the infrared sensor, the high-pressure water pump and the water suction pump.

The intelligent mobile vehicle disinfection and hazardous waste water collection device of claim 1, wherein: an inverted V-shaped water baffle is arranged between the edges of the connected water channels, an inverted U-shaped water baffle is arranged on the I-shaped frame connected between the I-shaped frame platform modules, and the water baffle drains wastewater to flow into the water channels in a centralized manner; grooves are arranged at the four corners and the middle of the edge of the water tank, and a water drain valve connector is arranged at the bottom of the water tank; and the water drain valve interface pipelines of the water tanks are connected.

The intelligent mobile vehicle disinfection and hazardous waste water collection device of claim 1, wherein: the I-shaped frame is made of I-shaped steel, and a concave clamping groove arranged at the bottom of the cover plate is connected with four corners of a tenon arranged at the upper part of the I-shaped steel in a clamping manner; and a concave clamping groove and a convex clamping groove are respectively formed on one symmetrical side surface of the I-shaped steel and used for quickly forming the I-shaped frame platform module in butt joint between the I-shaped steels, and flanges are symmetrically arranged on the other side surface of the I-shaped steel and used for oppositely clamping grooves of the water tank.

The intelligent mobile vehicle disinfection and hazardous waste water collection device of claim 3, wherein: the cover plate is composed of a field-shaped reinforcing rib, a hollow stainless steel plate arranged on the plane of the bottom surface of the field-shaped reinforcing rib and a reinforcing mesh arranged on the field-shaped reinforcing rib, and a rubber sheet is arranged between the field-shaped reinforcing rib and the reinforcing mesh.

The intelligent mobile vehicle disinfection and hazardous waste water collection device of claim 1, wherein: the I-shaped frame is formed by splicing hollow square tubes or plastic dies, water tanks are embedded in the I-shaped frame platform modules, at least two water tanks are connected, the water tank at the front end is stacked on the water tank at the rear end, four corners of each water tank are inwards concave to form right angles and are embedded into the stand columns of the I-shaped frame, a clamping protrusion is arranged at the front end of each water tank, and a clamping groove is formed in the lower end of each clamping protrusion; the rear end of the tail end water tank is provided with a water accumulation tank, the lower end of the water accumulation tank is provided with a drain valve connector, and the rear ends of the other water tanks are provided with extension plates; the height of the clamping protrusions of the water tanks from front to back is reduced one by one and is connected to form a slope, or the bottom surfaces of the water tanks are of a slope structure with one side higher than the other side lower, the slope of the bottom surface of each water tank is increased one by one and is connected to form a slope.

The intelligent mobile vehicle disinfection and hazardous waste water collection device of claim 5, wherein: a concave clamping groove and a convex clamping groove are respectively arranged on one symmetrical side surface of the I-shaped frame and used for butt joint between the I-shaped frames to quickly form an I-shaped frame platform module, at least one group of concave clamping grooves and convex clamping grooves are arranged, and a flange is symmetrically arranged on the other side surface of the I-shaped frame and used for butt joint of the clamping grooves of the clamping water tank; the top end of the I-shaped frame is provided with a U-shaped hanging groove.

The intelligent mobile vehicle disinfection and hazardous waste water collection device of claim 5, wherein: the cover plates laid on the water tanks are ditch covers, the ditch covers and the support platform form a plane body, two sides of the ditch covers are connected with the ascending support frame and the descending support frame, and the convex ridges arranged at two ends of each ditch cover are connected with the U-shaped hanging grooves on the upper part of the I-shaped frame; and L-shaped hooks are arranged at one ends of the ascending support frame and the descending support frame and are connected with U-shaped hanging grooves in the upper part of the I-shaped frame.
