Background
Acupuncture and moxibustion is to stimulate acupuncture points by needling, and the heat energy and medicine energy generated by burning moxa medicine can penetrate into skin (acupuncture points) channels and collaterals through skin to affect organism tissues so as to achieve the effects of treating diseases and protecting health. a warm acupuncture and moxibustion device with traditional Chinese medicine smoking function is characterized in that: the moxa cone comprises a double-sided adhesive tape, a fixed ring, an inner supporting rod, an outer supporting rod, an inner ash blocking net, an outer ash blocking net, an ash blocking plate, a supporting ring and a moxa cone barrel; the double-sided adhesive is adhered to the bottom of the fixed ring, two inner support rods which are symmetrical left and right and have the same shape and the same length are arranged on the inner ring of the fixed ring, and a circular needle penetrating hole is formed in the top of each inner support rod; two left and right symmetrical outer supporting rods with the same shape and the same length are arranged on the outer ring of the fixed ring, and a circular supporting ring is arranged at the upper part of each outer supporting rod; a moxa column barrel is arranged in the support ring, the upper two thirds of the moxa column barrel is a cylindrical barrel, the lower one third of the moxa column barrel is a fence wall formed by four pillars, and the bottom of the moxa column barrel is a fence bottom formed by connecting two circles together through four same connecting rods; the moxa column barrel is inserted into the support ring, and a moxa column barrel cover is arranged at the top of the moxa column barrel; an inner ash blocking net is arranged on the inner supporting rod, the inner ash blocking net is in a round table shape with a cavity, the lower part of the inner ash blocking net is connected to the fixed ring, and the upper part of the inner ash blocking net is connected to the needle threading hole; an outer ash blocking net and an ash blocking plate are attached to the outer supporting rod; the outer ash blocking net and the ash blocking plate are both in a hollow round table shape, the lower part of the outer ash blocking net is connected to the fixed ring, and the upper part of the outer ash blocking net is connected to the ash blocking plate; the dust baffle is connected on the outer support rod and the support ring.

The invention will be further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples:
the invention relates to a warm acupuncture device with traditional Chinese medicine smoking function, which is composed of a double-faced adhesive tape 1, a fixing ring 2, an inner supporting rod 11, an outer supporting rod 12, an inner ash blocking net 3, an outer ash blocking net 4, an ash blocking plate 10, a supporting ring 6 and a moxa cone barrel 5 as shown in figures 1-10.
As shown in fig. 2, the fixing ring 2 is an annular ring pad with a width of 1 cm, which is formed by a high-temperature resistant plastic or rubber ring with an outer diameter of 5 cm and an inner diameter of 3cm and suitable hardness; the bottom of the fixing ring 2 is adhered with the double-sided adhesive tape 1, and when the acupuncture warming moxibustion device is used, the release paper at the bottom of the double-sided adhesive tape 1 is removed, and the acupuncture warming moxibustion device is applied to the skin of a patient.
As shown in fig. 3, two inner support rods 11 which are symmetrical left and right and have the same shape and the same length are arranged on the inner ring of the fixing ring 2, a circular needle penetrating hole 7 with the diameter of 0.3 cm is arranged at the top of each inner support rod 11, and the distance from the needle penetrating hole 7 to the fixing ring 2 is 2 cm; two left and right symmetrical outer support rods 12 with the same shape and the same length are arranged on the outer ring of the fixed ring 2, and a circular support ring 6 (see figure 4) with the inner diameter of 2.4 cm is arranged at the upper part of the outer support rods 12; the distance between the support ring 6 and the fixing ring 2 is 4 cm, and a moxa cone barrel 5 matched with the support ring 6 is inserted in the support ring 6.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the inner diameter of the moxa cone barrel 5 is 2 cm; the thickness of the wall of the moxa cone barrel 5 is 0.2 cm; the upper two thirds of the moxa column barrel 5 is a cylindrical barrel, the lower third of the moxa column barrel is a fence wall consisting of four pillars 13, and the bottom of the moxa column barrel 5 is a fence bottom formed by connecting two circles together through four same connecting rods 14; the diameter of the inner ring at the bottom of the fence is 0.3 cm; the top of the moxa column barrel 5 is provided with a moxa column barrel cover 15, the moxa column barrel cover 15 is matched with the moxa column barrel 5, the moxa column barrel cover 15 and the moxa column barrel 5 are mutually buckled together by means of friction force, the lower part of the moxa column barrel cover 15 is connected with a spring 8, and the diameter of a cavity gap in the middle of the spring 8 is larger than 0.4 cm; the lower part of the spring 8 is connected with a push plate 9, a circular push plate hole 16 with the diameter of 0.4 cm is formed in the push plate 9, the diameter of the push plate 9 is smaller than that of the moxa column barrel 5, the purpose is to ensure that the spring 8 can naturally stretch in the moxa column barrel 5, the design of the spring 8 and the push plate 9 can push down the moxa column which is shortened due to combustion, so that the moxa column is always in contact with the bottom of the barrel cover 15 to ensure that the temperature of the moxa needle transmitted into the body is constant.
As shown in fig. 7 to 8, the inner ash blocking net 3 is in a hollow truncated cone shape and is connected to the fixing ring 2, the inner supporting rod 11 and the needle-inserting hole 7, and the truncated cone shape of the inner ash blocking net 3 ensures that moxa ash does not block acupuncture points, so that the moxibustion effect is achieved while the moxibustion effect is achieved.
As shown in fig. 9 to 10, the outer dust screen 4 is in a hollow truncated cone shape and is connected to the fixing ring 2, the outer support rod 12 and the dust blocking plate 10; the dust baffle 10 is connected on the outer support rod 12 and the support ring 6; the length of the outer ash blocking net 4 is 2cm, so that the moxa medicine can be smoked on the skin.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:
a. in use, the first step: inserting a needle for a patient, and the second step: removing release paper from the bottom of the prepared warm acupuncture device with traditional Chinese medicine smoking function, and passing through the needle-passing hole 7 and the central ring at the bottom of the moxa cone barrel 5 to be connected with the acupuncture needle to be moxibustion; then the warm acupuncture device is applied to the skin of the patient, and the third step: igniting the prepared moxa-medicine column (the hole in the middle of the moxa column is larger than the thickness of the tail of an acupuncture needle) with the diameter of 1-2 cm, the length of 2cm and a hole of 0.2 cm in the middle from the lower end, putting the moxa-medicine column into a moxa column barrel 5, sleeving the moxa column onto the acupuncture needle, and covering a moxa column barrel cover 15; and the distance between the moxa cone and the skin is adjusted by lifting or pushing down the moxa cone barrel 5; the fourth step: opening a moxa column barrel cover 15 when the first moxa column is about to burn out, directly sleeving the second moxa column on an acupuncture needle, putting the second moxa column into the moxa column barrel 5, and covering the moxa column barrel cover 15; in the same way, when the second moxa column is about to burn out, the third moxa column is put into the moxa column barrel 5.
b. After the warm acupuncture is finished, the first step: removing the warming acupuncture device from the skin of the patient, and the second step: the acupuncture needle is pulled out, and the acupuncture needle is pulled out,
thirdly, the method comprises the following steps: the moxa cone barrel 5 is pulled out, moxa ash is poured out from the moxa cone barrel 5, and the double faced adhesive tape 1 at the bottom of the fixing ring 2 is replaced for later use.
