Abstract

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cosmetic container is provided. The above container may include: a housing having a first outlet and a second outlet formed at both ends thereof, respectively; an operation part formed in one region of the housing so that at least a part thereof is exposed to the outside, and rotating according to an operation of a user; a first container disposed inside the housing adjacent to the first outlet for containing a first cosmetic; a second container disposed inside the housing adjacent to the second outlet for containing a second cosmetic; and a lift lever that connects the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion, and moves the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion in a first direction toward the first outlet or a second direction toward the second outlet, corresponding to a rotation direction of the operation portion.

Cosmetic container

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container used by selectively drawing out a plurality of cosmetics by a rotational operation of an operation portion.

Background

In general, a cosmetic container has a structure for receiving a plurality of cosmetics and drawing out the cosmetics to deliver the cosmetics to a specific part of a body, and the structure of the cosmetics may be different depending on the properties of the cosmetics received in the cosmetic container.

For example, when the cosmetic is a solid cosmetic such as a lipstick or a sunscreen cream which can maintain a predetermined stick shape, the cosmetic container has a tray for supporting the stick-shaped cosmetic, and the tray is lifted to draw out the cosmetic. Specifically, a conventional stick type cosmetic container includes an outer tube and an inner tube which are rotatable, and when a user grips the outer tube and twists the inner tube exposed downward, the stick type cosmetic is drawn out while being lifted. Alternatively, the conventional stick type cosmetic container may have a screw exposed to the outside and a plate screwed to the screw at a lower end thereof, and may have a structure in which the screw is twisted by gripping the container, and the plate is lifted and the stick type cosmetic is drawn out to the outside.

However, even in recent trends that various cosmetics are solid, the conventional stick-type cosmetic container has only one cosmetic inside, and thus it is inconvenient to carry the container individually for each cosmetic.

Therefore, a container that can solve the above problems is required.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container that can selectively draw out a plurality of cosmetics by rotating an operation portion.

The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned technical problems, and other technical problems not mentioned should be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.

Preferably, the operating portion may include: an operation wheel, at least a part of which is exposed outside the outer cover, for receiving the rotation operation of the user; and a driving part which rotates in conjunction with the operation wheel and transmits a rotational force to the lifting rod.

Preferably, the driving portion is formed with a through hole into which the lifter is inserted, at least one driving protrusion is formed on an inner surface of the through hole, the driving protrusion is coupled to a spiral guide groove formed along an outer circumferential surface of the lifter, and the lifter is movable in the first direction or the second direction by being rotationally moved in different directions along with the guide groove in accordance with a rotational direction of the operating portion.

Further, it is preferable that at least one locking protrusion fastened to the driving protrusion for moving the guide groove for restricting the rotation of the operation portion be formed at least in a region of the guide groove.

Preferably, the operation portion is restricted from rotating by the locking protrusion, and the driving protrusion is disengaged from the locking protrusion and is rotatable when a rotational force of a predetermined level or more is applied to the operation portion.

Further, it is preferable that the locking projection is formed in plural, and at least a part of the locking projection is arranged at different positions along a length direction of the lifting rod.

Further, it is preferable that a locking groove into which the locking protrusion is inserted is formed in a region of the driving protrusion in a recessed manner.

Further, the lift lever may be integrally formed with at least one of the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion.

Also, preferably, the housing may include: a first housing in which the first outlet is formed; and a second cover detachably coupled to an end portion of the first cover opposite to the first outlet to form the second outlet.

Preferably, a support portion may be formed inside the housing, a fastening hole may be formed through a region of the support portion, and the operation portion may be rotatably coupled to the fastening hole.

According to the present invention, by rotating the operation portion, a plurality of cosmetics can be selectively drawn out and used, thereby improving the product availability and portability.

Further, according to the present invention, the locking projection of the lifter which restricts the rotation of the operation portion performs the function of the indicator which informs the position of the first and second housing portions, thereby improving the convenience of use.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the case where reference numerals are attached to the components in the respective drawings, it should be noted that the same components are shown in different drawings, but the same reference numerals are attached as much as possible. In describing the embodiments of the present invention, when it is determined that specific descriptions of related well-known structures or functions prevent the understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, the detailed descriptions thereof are omitted. Further, although the embodiments of the present invention will be described below, the technical idea of the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be implemented by those skilled in the art. On the other hand, the directions of up, down, left, and right described below are based on the drawings for convenience, and do not necessarily limit the scope of the right of the present invention, representing the relevant directions.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the cosmetic container may include a first cap part 100, a second cap part 200, a housing 300, an operating part 400, a first receiving part 500, a second receiving part 600, and a lifting lever 700.

The first cap 100 and the second cap 200 are detachably coupled to surround a first end of the housing 300 and a second end disposed on opposite sides in the longitudinal direction, respectively, and cover a first outlet 312 and a second outlet 322 formed at both ends of the housing 300. For joining the first cap 100 and the second cap 200, for example, a locking portion and/or a step portion (not shown) may be formed on the inner surfaces of the first cap 100 and the second cap 200 and/or the outer surfaces of the first end and the second end of the outer cover 300. However, this is merely exemplary, and it is needless to say that the structure used for attachment and detachment may be variously modified and applied.

Although not shown, according to an embodiment, a sealing member may be formed on the inner surfaces of the first cap 100 and the second cap 200. Such a seal member is formed along the inner circumferential surfaces of the first cap 100 and the second cap 200, for example, and is configured to be in close contact with the outer surfaces of the casings 300 of the first cap 100 and the second cap 200. The sealing member may be made of rubber, silicone, polyurethane, or the like, but is not limited thereto. Such a seal member can further increase the coupling force between the first cap 100 and the second cap 200, thereby more effectively preventing foreign substances from flowing into the housing 300.

The outer case 300 may house the cosmetics S1 and S2 and other components (i.e., the operation unit 400, the first receiving unit 500, the second receiving unit 600, and the lift lever 700) therein. At this time, the first outlet 312 and the second outlet 322 may be formed at the first end and the second end of the outer cover 300, respectively, so that the cosmetics S1 and S2 are selectively drawn outward according to the driving of the operating part 400 and the lifting lever 700.

The housing 300 may include a first housing 310 and a second housing 320. The first and second housings 310 and 320 are formed with first and second outlets 312 and 322, respectively, and detachably coupled to each other. For such coupling, coupling protrusions and coupling grooves 314 and 324, etc. may be formed at the opposite side end of the first outlet 312 of the first housing 310 and the opposite side end of the second outlet 322 of the second housing 320, respectively. However, this is merely exemplary, and it is needless to say that the structure used for attachment and detachment may be variously modified and applied.

A first support portion 316 and/or a second support portion (reference numeral not shown) for supporting the operating portion 400 may be formed at the inner sides of the first and second housings 310 and 320, respectively. For example, a fastening hole (not shown) is formed through the center of the first support part 316 and the second support part, one end of the operation part 400 is rotatably coupled to the fastening hole of the first support part 316, and the opposite end of the operation part 400 is supported by a portion around the fastening hole of the second support part.

On the other hand, although not shown, according to an embodiment, a prescribed display unit for indicating the direction of the outlets 312, 322, the arrangement of the cosmetics S1, S2, and the like to a user may be formed at least one of the first cap 100, the second cap 200, and the outer cover 300.

The operation unit 400 is formed in a region of the housing 300 so that at least a part thereof is exposed to the outside, and is horizontally rotatable according to an operation of a user. The rotational force of the operating unit 400 is transmitted to the lifter 700, and the first and second receiving units 600 are moved in the longitudinal direction while being in close contact with the inner surface of the housing 300.

The operating part 400 may include an operating wheel 410 and a driving part 420.

At least a part of the operation wheel 410 is exposed to the outside of the housing 300, and can receive a rotation operation by a user. A plurality of friction protrusions (reference numeral not shown) may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the operating wheel 410 so that the rotating operation of a user becomes easier.

The driving part 420 is coupled to the inside of the operating part 400, and one end thereof is rotatably coupled to a fastening hole of the first support part 316 of the housing 300. An annular groove 422 may be formed at one end of the driving part 420 to be combined with the first support part 316.

The driving part 420 rotates in conjunction with the operation part 400, and thus, the rotational force of the operation part 400 can be transmitted to the elevation bar 700. For this purpose, the driving part 420 may have a through hole (not shown) formed at the center thereof, into which the elevation bar 700 is inserted, and at least one driving protrusion 424 protruding inward may be formed on the inner surface of the through hole. Such a driving protrusion 424 moves along the guide groove 710 of the elevation bar 700 inserted into the through-hole, thereby moving the elevation bar 700 in a first direction or a second direction opposite thereto. On the other hand, a latching groove 426 may be concavely formed in a region of the driving protrusion 424 such that the latching protrusion 720 formed at the elevating lever 700 is inserted into the latching groove.

The first receiving portion 500 and the second receiving portion 600 may be disposed inside the housing 300 to be adjacent to the first outlet 312 and the second outlet 322 of the housing 300, respectively. The first and second receiving

500 and 600 are formed in a plate shape corresponding to the inner shape of the housing 300, and can receive cosmetics S1 and S2 having different compositions at one side, respectively. For example, the first container 500 may contain the first cosmetic product S1 on the first outlet 312 side, and the second container 600 may contain the second cosmetic product S2 on the second outlet 322 side.

The first cosmetic S1 and the second cosmetic S2 include solid or semisolid cosmetics, such as a stick sunscreen cream and a sunscreen cream, but are not limited thereto, and may include various cosmetics that may be solid or semisolid. In addition, according to the examples, it is needless to say that solid or semisolid pharmaceuticals such as anti-inflammatory analgesics can be applied instead of cosmetics S1 and S2.

The lifting lever 700 may connect the first receiving portion 500 and the second receiving portion 600 to each other. For example, the lift lever 700 may be configured such that one end is coupled to the first receiving portion 500 and the opposite end is coupled to the second receiving portion 600 via the first and second support portions 316 and 600 of the housing 300. In one embodiment, the lifting bar 700 may be integrally formed with at least one of the first receiving portion 500 and the second receiving portion 600. For example, the lifting lever 700 is formed integrally with the first receiving portion 500 by injection molding, and one end portion of the lifting lever 700 is detachably coupled to the coupling portion 610 formed in the second receiving portion 600.

The lifting lever 700 receives a rotational force from the operating part 400 and is movable in a first direction toward the first outlet 312 or a second direction toward the second outlet 322 together with the first receiving part 500 and the second receiving part 600 connected thereto. For example, a spiral guide groove 710 for receiving the rotational force of the operating part 400 may be formed along the outer circumferential surface of the elevating bar 700. As described above, the guide groove 710 is coupled to the driving protrusion 424 of the operating part 400, and the guide groove 710 is rotated in different directions according to the rotation direction of the operating part 400, so that the lifting lever 700 is moved in the first direction or the second direction.

At least one locking protrusion 720 for limiting the movement of the driving protrusion 424 and/or the rotation of the operating part 400 may be formed to protrude outward in at least one region of the guide groove 710. That is, for example, when the driving protrusion 424 moving in the guide groove 710 is engaged with and fastened to the locking protrusion 720 formed at a predetermined position to restrict the rotation of the operation unit 400, and when the operation unit 400 is rotated by a rotational force of a predetermined level or more, the driving protrusion 424 is disengaged from the locking protrusion 720 to rotate the operation unit 400.

The cosmetic container of the present invention allows a user to recognize the positions of the first and

500 and 600 in the housing 300 by the locking protrusion 720. For example, when the driving protrusion 424 moves along with the guide groove 710 in accordance with the rotation of the operation unit 400 and the locking groove 426 is engaged with and tightened to the locking protrusion 720, a predetermined level of resistance is transmitted to the rotation operation of the user of the operation unit 400, and the user can recognize that the first and second receiving

500 and 600 have reached a specific position by the resistance. In one embodiment, the locking protrusion 720 may be formed at a predetermined portion of the lifting bar 700 that can separate the first receiving portion 500 and the second receiving portion 600 from the outlets 312 and 322 of the two sides of the housing 300, respectively, and be located at the same distance.

According to an embodiment, the engaging protrusion 720 is formed in a plurality of numbers, and at least some of the engaging protrusions may be respectively disposed at different positions along the length direction of the lifting bar 700. Thus, the user can recognize a variety of positions of the first and second receiving

500 and 600 by the locking protrusions 720 formed at different positions.

Referring to fig. 5, cosmetics containers are configured such that different cosmetics S1 and S2 are exposed (or protrude) to the outside through first outlet 312 and second outlet 322 in accordance with the rotation direction of operation unit 400.

Initially (i.e., before the operation of rotating the operation unit 400), the cosmetic container can maintain the state in which the driving protrusions 424 of the operation unit 400 are fastened to the locking protrusions 720 of the lift lever 700 without exposing all of the first cosmetic product S1 and the second cosmetic product S2 to the outside.

First, as shown in fig. 5A, when the user rotates the operation unit 400 in one direction by applying a rotational force of a predetermined level or more (that is, a rotational force corresponding to the disengagement of the driving protrusion 424 from the locking protrusion 720), the first storage unit 500, the second storage unit 600, and the lift lever 700 move in a first direction (upper side in fig. 5) toward the first outlet 312, and the first cosmetic product S1 can be exposed to the outside of the first outlet 312.

Next, as shown in fig. 5B, when the user rotates the operation unit 400 in the opposite direction, the first receiving portion 500, the second receiving portion 600, and the lifting lever 700 may move in a second direction (lower side in fig. 5) toward the second outlet 322. At this time, when the resistance of the rotation operation of the operation unit 400 is transmitted to the user by the locking protrusion 720 as described above, the user recognizes that the first and second receiving

500 and 600 are restored to the original positions. Next, when the user further rotates the operation unit 400 in the opposite direction, the first container 500, the second container 600, and the lifting lever 700 further rotate in the second direction, and the second cosmetic product S2 is exposed to the outside of the second outlet 322.

Fig. 6 and 7 show an example of use of the cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 6, when the user wants to use the first cosmetic product S1, the user may separate the first cap 100 after disposing the first cosmetic product S1 on the upper side. Next, the user rotates the operation wheel 410 in a direction to draw the first cosmetic S1 upward through the first outlet 312, and the cosmetic may be applied to the target portion. After use, the user rotates the operating wheel 410 in the opposite direction to receive the first cosmetic product S1 inside the casing 300, and then re-attaches the first cap part 100 to the casing 300.

Referring to fig. 7, when the user wants to use the second cosmetic product S2, the user may turn the cosmetic container upside down to dispose the second cosmetic product S2 at the upper side, and then may separate the second cap 200. Next, the user rotates the operation wheel 410 in a direction, and may draw the second cosmetic product S2 to the upper side through the second outlet 322. At this time, since the cosmetic container is turned upside down, when the operation wheel 410 is rotated in the same direction as the rotation direction for drawing out the first cosmetic S1 from the viewpoint of the user, the second cosmetic S2 is drawn out to the outside. After use, the user rotates the operating wheel 410 in the opposite direction to receive the second cosmetic product S2 inside the housing 300, and then re-couples the second cap part 200 to the housing 300.

As described above, the preferred embodiments are disclosed in the drawings and the specification. Although specific terms are employed herein, they are used for the purpose of describing the present invention only, and are not used for the purpose of limiting the scope of the present invention described in the claims. Thus, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that various modifications and equivalent other embodiments can be made. The true technical scope of the present invention should therefore be determined by the technical idea of the appended claims.

Claims

1. A cosmetic container, comprising:

a housing having a first outlet and a second outlet formed at both ends thereof, respectively;

an operation part formed in one region of the housing so that at least a part thereof is exposed to the outside, and rotating according to an operation of a user;

a first container disposed inside the housing adjacent to the first outlet for containing a first cosmetic;

a second container disposed inside the housing adjacent to the second outlet for containing a second cosmetic; and

and a lift lever which connects the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion, and moves the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion in a first direction toward the first outlet or a second direction toward the second outlet, corresponding to a rotation direction of the operation portion.

2. The cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the operation portion includes:

an operation wheel, at least a part of which is exposed outside the outer cover, for receiving the rotation operation of the user; and

and a driving part which rotates in linkage with the operation wheel and transmits a rotating force to the lifting rod.

3. Cosmetic container according to claim 2,

a through hole into which the lifting rod is inserted is formed in the driving part, at least one driving protrusion is formed on the inner surface of the through hole,

the driving protrusion is coupled to a spiral guide groove formed along an outer circumferential surface of the lifter, and the lifter moves in the first direction or the second direction by rotating in different directions along with the guide groove corresponding to a rotation direction of the operating unit.

4. A cosmetic container according to claim 3, wherein at least one locking projection is formed in at least one region of the guide groove, and the at least one locking projection is fastened to the driving projection for moving the guide groove, and restricts rotation of the operation portion.

The cosmetic container according to claim 4, wherein the operation portion is restricted from rotating by the locking protrusion, and when a rotational force of a predetermined level or more is applied to the operation portion, the driving protrusion is disengaged from the locking protrusion and rotates.

6. The cosmetic container according to claim 4, wherein the engaging projection is formed in plural, and at least a part thereof is disposed at different positions along a length direction of the lift lever.

7. The cosmetic container according to claim 4, wherein a latching groove into which the latching protrusion is inserted is formed in a region of the driving protrusion.

8. A cosmetic container according to claim 3, wherein the lift lever is integrally formed with at least one of the first housing portion and the second housing portion.

9. A cosmetic container according to claim 3, wherein said outer cover comprises:

a first housing in which the first outlet is formed; and

and a second cover detachably coupled to an end portion of the first cover opposite to the first outlet to form the second outlet.

10. A cosmetic container according to claim 3, wherein a support portion is formed inside the outer cover, a fastening hole is formed through a region of the support portion, and the operation portion is rotatably coupled to the fastening hole.
