The embodiment of the invention provides a service data display method, which can determine a preset service module corresponding to a target service, deploy basic data in the preset service module, generate a configuration map guide based on the incidence relation between the preset service modules, further simulate a data link between the preset service modules according to the running data of the target service when the target service runs, and display the state information of the data link and the preset service modules on the configuration map guide, so that a user can realize the monitoring of the target service only by providing the basic data of the target service, the workload of the user is reduced, the learning cost is reduced, and the monitoring of the service data is more efficient, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
101. determining at least two preset service modules corresponding to the target service, and receiving basic data of the target service based on the at least two preset service modules.
102. And deploying the basic data in at least two preset service modules, and generating a configuration map guide according to the incidence relation of the at least two preset service modules.
103. When the target service runs, at least one data link between at least two preset service modules is simulated according to the running data of the target service.
104. And acquiring state information corresponding to at least two preset service modules, and displaying at least one data link and the state information on a configuration map guide.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can determine the preset service module corresponding to the target service, deploy the basic data in the preset service module, generate the configuration map guide based on the incidence relation between the preset service modules, further simulate the data link between the preset service modules according to the running data of the target service when the target service runs, and display the state information of the data link and the preset service module on the configuration map guide, so that the user can realize the monitoring of the target service only by providing the basic data of the target service, the workload of the user is reduced, the learning cost is reduced, and the monitoring of the service data is more efficient.
2A, the method comprises the following steps:
201. and acquiring the signed content, and extracting the target service from the signed content.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user uses the service of the service system, the user needs to sign with the service system first to determine the service which is added to the service system, and the service system carries out a series of operations such as monitoring, starting and the like, so that the service system can customize and configure map guidance for the user according to the signed content in the follow-up process, and the user can determine the real-time state of each service based on the configuration map guidance.
The inventor realizes that at present, the content signed by the user and the service system includes the link monitoring, the dish monitoring, the equipment monitoring and the like, when the service system realizes the monitoring, the service system usually carries out the respective monitoring through the dispersed monitoring function, and the link monitoring and the dish monitoring exist, namely the dish can be transmitted based on different links when being transmitted, but the service system does not embody the incidence relation and the homing relation between different services, so that the data transfer and the attribution are not clear and intuitive, and if the error occurs in a certain link of the data transfer subsequently, the debugging can not be carried out. Therefore, the invention provides a service data display method, which expresses the target service signed by the user in a module form, generates configuration map guide, and expresses the incidence relation, data circulation and the like among the modules in a map mode, thereby enabling the current state of the service data to be clearer and more intuitive.
Because different users need to realize service monitoring according to the content signed by the users, the signed content of the users and the service system needs to be acquired, and the service successfully signed in the signed content is taken as the target service, so that map guidance is customized and configured for the users based on the target service in the following process.
202. At least two preset service modules corresponding to a target service are inquired in a service system, the at least two preset service modules are displayed, and data input by a user in the at least two preset service modules are received as basic data.
In the embodiment Of the present invention, since different services are monitored by using different data, for example, a portal number, a portal printer identifier, a portal mechanical arm, and the like, which need to be acquired by portal monitoring, and a POS (Point Of Sale) machine identifier, a printer identifier, and the like, which need to be acquired by equipment monitoring, in a lobby, different preset service modules are provided in a service system for different services, data on which monitoring Of the service needs to be dependent is specified in the preset service modules, and a user inputs required data as basic data under the instruction Of the preset service modules, so as to perform subsequent service monitoring based on the basic data. The business system may set a preset business module associated with each business, and the business and the relation between the businesses related to each area in the store are substantially as shown in fig. 2B. Stores typically include a lobby area, a dining area, and a back-end area. The lobby area is mainly a cash register area and comprises equipment such as a POS (point of sale) machine and a printer, and related services comprise payment collection according to a payment mode, bill printing by adopting a template and the like. The dining area is mainly used for dining of customers, the area can be further divided into a hall and a box, and related services can be table code self-service ordering, dining table reservation, dining table idling and the like. The kitchen area is mainly used for processing and making dishes, and comprises a printer, a display, a mechanical arm, a cooking machine and the like, and related services can be menu printing, dish queuing, dish making and the like. Therefore, when the preset service module is set, because the services related to one store are very fragmented and numerous, all the services in one area can be unified to be used as an integral service, the preset service module is set for the integral service, and the equipment related to the area is embodied in the service module, so that a subsequent user can access the actual equipment in the area to the preset service module for monitoring according to the content embodied in the preset service module.
In addition, because data interaction exists between different areas, for example, a lobby area issues a menu to a back-kitchen area, so that association relationships also exist between different preset service modules, after the service system completes the setting of the preset service modules, association relationships between different preset service modules can be established according to an actual working process, so that data flow between different services can be expressed based on the association relationships in the subsequent process.
Thus, after the target service is determined according to the signed content, the corresponding preset service module of the target service in the service system can be inquired, and at least two preset service modules are displayed, so that the data input by the user in the at least two preset service modules is received as basic data. It should be noted that, because data flow between the preset service modules can be embodied only when the number of the preset service modules is greater than or equal to two, the embodiment of the present invention takes "at least two preset service modules" as an example for description, and in the process of practical application, if only one target service is included in the user subscription content, only one preset service module is provided, and it is not necessary to establish an association relationship between the preset service modules.
203. And deploying the basic data in at least two preset service modules, and generating a configuration map guide according to the incidence relation of the at least two preset service modules.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the basic data input by the user based on the at least two preset service modules is received, the basic data can be deployed in the at least two preset service modules. Specifically, the basic data may include a device address, a desktop two-dimensional code, a cooking device identification, and the like. After the deployment of the basic data is completed, because the preset business modules with data flow have an incidence relation, a configuration map guide can be generated according to the incidence relation between at least two preset business modules, so that business monitoring is carried out based on the configuration map guide. For example, the generated configuration map guide may be as shown in fig. 2C, and each preset service module is represented in a map manner, where the preset service module includes a lobby service, a restaurant service, and a kitchen service, a network state between the lobby service and the kitchen service is represented by a dotted line, and a data state is represented by an arrow. The embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific form of the generated configuration map guidance.
It should be noted that, in order to reduce the workload of inputting the basic data by the user, after at least two preset service modules are determined, an association relationship based on the at least two preset service modules may be generated, and an initial map guide is generated, so that the user may directly input the basic data on the initial map guide, and the services related to each preset service module and the association relationship between each preset service module are clearly expressed in a graphical manner, so that the user inputs the basic data according to the graphs, and thus the accuracy of inputting the basic data by the user is improved.
In the process of practical application, after the map configuration guidance is completed, the service system may start to monitor the service. However, in order to ensure that each module in the established configuration map guide works normally, when the service system actually monitors the service based on the configuration map guide, the data link between the terminal device involved in the configuration map guide and the preset service module can be tested, whether the terminal device and the data link can work normally is tested, and when it is determined that the terminal device and the data link which are abnormal cannot work normally are debugged in time, specifically, the testing and debugging process includes the following two aspects.
In the first aspect, terminal equipment is tested and debugged.
Firstly, determining terminal equipment related to a target service, and issuing a test instruction for testing whether the basic function of the terminal equipment is normal to the terminal equipment; subsequently, if a successful response returned by the terminal equipment is received, determining that the basic function of the terminal equipment is normal; and if the failure response returned by the terminal equipment is received, determining the abnormal function corresponding to the failure response, generating an abnormal report, and displaying the abnormal report so that a user can know which terminal equipment is abnormal, and further debugging the terminal equipment.
In a second aspect, data links are tested and debugged.
Firstly, a plurality of test links are determined according to the data flow direction in the operation process of the target service. And then, simulating the operation process of the target service to generate simulation data, and inputting the simulation data into a plurality of test links for testing. And if the test determines that the plurality of test links operate abnormally, determining abnormal positions in the plurality of test links, and debugging the abnormal positions. For example, according to the data flow direction during the operation of the target service, the determined test link may be POS ordering → printing → robot arm dish making → meal preparation for completing serving, so that the model data may be set as a menu, the simulation data is input to the POS machine, and the POS machine starts to execute the test link, thereby determining whether the entire test link is through. If the test determines that the test link does not respond in the step of making dishes by the mechanical arm, the step of making dishes by the mechanical arm can be determined to be abnormal, and debugging is carried out based on a debugging inlet of the step until the step can be normally executed. It should be noted that, if it is determined that an exception occurs in the test of the data link, a link exception report may also be generated according to the location where the exception occurs, a solution may be provided, and the link exception report and the solution may be displayed, so that a user may perform manual debugging. The debugging mode is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the invention.
204. When the target service runs, extracting running data in the running process of the target service, and determining a data transmission route existing between at least two preset service modules according to the data flow direction of the running data.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the configuration map guide is generated, the target service can be monitored based on the configuration map guide. When the target service is running, because a large amount of running data is involved in the running process of the target service and the running data flows, for example, order data flows from a front hall area to a back kitchen area, the service system needs to monitor the whole running process of the target service, extract the running data in the running process of the target service, and determine a data transmission route existing between at least two preset service modules according to the data flow direction of the running data, for example, the data transmission route between a front hall area and a back kitchen area is transmitted from the front hall area to the back kitchen area.
205. And simulating the data transmission route to generate at least one data link between at least two preset service modules.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the data transmission route between the at least two preset service modules is determined, the data transmission route may be simulated as a dotted line or an arrow line, so as to generate at least one data link between the at least two preset service modules. For example, arrowed lines pointing to a cook zone may be used to indicate the flow of data between the lobby zone and the cook zone.
206. And acquiring state information corresponding to at least two preset service modules, and displaying at least one data link and the state information on a configuration map guide.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the working states of the terminal device and the data link related to the target service to be reflected on the configuration map guide, the service system may collect the state information corresponding to at least two preset service modules, and display the state information on the configuration map guide. When collecting the state information, the state information may include a device operation state of the terminal device and a data link state of the data link. Firstly, determining terminal equipment related to a target service, and reading the current equipment running state of the terminal equipment; and then, reading the transmission state of the data in the at least one data link, acquiring the data link state of the at least one data link, and taking the equipment operation state and the data link state as state information.
After the status information is subsequently reached, the status information and data link can be represented on the configuration map guide. Since the terminal device and the data link are displayed at different positions on the map configuration guide, it is necessary to determine a target position of the status information on the map configuration guide and display the status information at the target position. In addition, when the state is displayed, the state can be marked in a text form, and different colors can be used for representing different state information. For example, "guest" may be marked on a seat that has a guest to eat, or a seat that has no guest to eat may be set to white and a seat that has a guest to eat may be set to red, thereby representing status information, so that the user can view the operation status of each location and the status of the data link in real time in configuring the map guide.
The method provided by the invention comprises the steps of determining the preset service module corresponding to the target service, deploying the basic data in the preset service module, generating the configuration map guide based on the incidence relation between the preset service modules, simulating the data link between the preset service modules according to the running data of the target service when the target service runs, and displaying the state information of the data link and the preset service module on the configuration map guide, so that a user can realize the monitoring of the target service only by providing the basic data of the target service, the workload of the user is reduced, the learning cost is reduced, and the monitoring of the service data is more efficient.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a service data display apparatus, and as shown in fig. 3A, the apparatus includes: a receiving module 301, a first generating module 302, a simulating module 303 and a displaying module 304.
