Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that after the wireless signal fault of the equipment terminal of the Internet of things occurs and recovers, the service platform or the application program can analyze the fault data reported by the fault equipment terminal and guess the reason which most possibly causes the wireless signal fault so as to adopt the most effective fault solution, further, the wireless signal of the equipment terminal of the Internet of things can be effectively controlled, and the cost of fault troubleshooting and manual field fault reason tracing is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the present application provides a method for reporting a wireless signal fault of an internet of things device.
The method aims at the situation that after the wireless network of the Internet of things equipment fails, communication with a service cloud platform or an application program is interrupted, and the network failure cannot be reported. When a wireless network fault occurs, local Flash storage is carried out on network fault information data, after the network fault is recovered, fault information is reported again, and a service platform or an application program carries out storage statistics on the fault information according to an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) and carries out data processing analysis so as to obtain the time and duration of the fault, the reason of the fault and the like.
1. The internet of things equipment stores wireless signal data and fault information under the condition of abnormal wireless signal communication with a service platform or an application program. When the wireless signal is abnormal (the abnormality includes network disconnection, congestion, weak signal and is not limited to the above conditions), the internet of things equipment terminal reads parameters such as signal quality, intensity, network registration state, and the starting time and date of the wireless signal fault occurring when the communication module repeatedly annotates the network, and stores the parameters in a memory of the terminal equipment in a file system custom format.
2. When the wireless signal is recovered, the data of the recorded network recovery time and the stored wireless signal fault is reported to a service platform or an application program in a self-defined communication protocol and a transparent transmission mode.
According to the method, a wireless signal fault reporting mechanism and method are established between the Internet of things equipment and a service platform or an application program matched with the Internet of things equipment by using the Internet of things wireless communication technology and a transmission protocol.
The system comprises two parts, namely hardware and software, wherein the hardware mainly comprises Internet of things equipment and accessory parts, the Internet of things equipment mainly comprises a control unit, a communication unit, a driving unit and the like according to function division, and then a client of the terminal is a computer, a portable notebook computer or mobile communication equipment and the like; the software mainly comprises data receiving and storing, data management, data analysis service application and the like of a service platform or an application program.
The internet of things equipment comprises a main unit, a communication unit, a control unit and a storage unit, and is not limited to the above units; the service platform or application should be operable on a computer or handset and have storage (not limited to hardware storage or cloud storage), wireless communication capabilities (not limited to WIFI, mobile communication networks (4G, 5G) and internet of things private networks (NB, Lora)), and data processing capabilities.
The specific implementation process of the application is as follows:
1. firstly, the Internet of things equipment (including but not limited to the Internet of things equipment with a wireless communication function or capable of having the wireless communication function only by other auxiliary equipment) is powered on to supply power to the Internet of things equipment, and hardware enters a waiting working state.
2. And starting a wireless signal fault reporting function from an Internet of things terminal service platform or an application program, adding corresponding Internet of things equipment to the function authorization list, and perfecting corresponding Internet of things terminal equipment information such as names, numbers, areas and the like.
3. After the internet of things equipment establishes communication connection with a service platform or an application program, a wireless signal fault reporting mechanism is started to be executed, and the specific implementation mode is as follows:
(1) the method comprises the steps that the Internet of things equipment sends a data packet to a service platform AT regular time (the data packet contains an AT + ZIPCALL ═ 1 instruction which is used for inquiring whether the equipment is normally connected with the service platform or not);
(2) if the data packet query return data is + ZIPSTAT 1,1, indicating that the connection between the equipment terminal and the service platform is normal; if the returned data of the data packet query is + ZIPSTAT:1,0, indicating that the connection between the equipment terminal and the service platform is failed;
(3) under the condition that the connection fault between the equipment terminal and the server is judged, the Internet of things equipment sends a data packet to a communication module (the data packet comprises AT + CSQ (inquiry signal quality) and AT + CGREG;
(4) after the internet of things equipment terminal judges the network fault, starting a fault data storage mechanism after 3 minutes;
(5) the method comprises the following steps that parameters such as signal quality, strength, network registration state, starting time and date of wireless signal faults of communication module repeated network injection times and the like are read by an internet of things device terminal and stored in a memory of the terminal device in a file system custom format;
(6) the internet of things equipment terminal adopts a 'terminal concurrent processing' mechanism, and when the query return data of a data packet is + ZIPSTAT:1,1, the data recording the network recovery time and storing the wireless signal fault are reported to a service platform or an application program in a user-defined communication protocol and a transparent transmission mode;
(7) the service platform or the application program stores and counts the data according to the IMEI (international mobile equipment identification code) of the terminal, writes the data into a defined wireless signal fault data parameter table in a database, and performs data processing analysis to obtain the fault generation time, the fault duration and the fault occurrence reason.
The analysis method is as follows:
the wireless signal fault data parameter table is based on a database table in a cloud server terminal, and contains defined parameters of wireless signal faults, such as parameters of CSQ (signal quality), CGREG (network registration state), RSSI (received signal strength indication) and a fault duration calculation formula (fault duration is registration success time (first registration success time after network disconnection) -network disconnection time), and the like.
The wireless signal communication mode of the internet of things is continuously advanced, but after the wireless signal network is interrupted, a short board always exists in a network fault information reporting mechanism again. The reason for generating the wireless signal fault can be effectively analyzed through the method for reporting the wireless signal fault of the equipment of the internet of things. After the wireless signal fault of the equipment terminal of the internet of things occurs and recovers, the service platform or the application program can analyze the fault data reported by the equipment terminal with the fault, and can conjecture the most probable cause of the wireless signal fault so as to adopt the most effective fault solution.
Effective management and control can be implemented on wireless signals of the Internet of things equipment terminal through the intelligent internet of things management and control system, and the cost of troubleshooting and artificial field fault reason tracing is reduced.
