Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of a third party conference device control system according to the present invention will be described. The third party conference equipment control system comprises at least one conference device 10, at least one server 12 and at least one host device (host device) 14. In the first embodiment, the number of the conference devices 10 is exemplified by a plurality, the number of the servers 12 is exemplified by one, and the number of the host devices 14 is also exemplified by one. The conference device 10 is, for example, a web camera (webcam), a liquid crystal display, or a network telephone (Internet Protocol phone). The host device 14 may be selected from a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a notebook computer. The conference appliance 10 is located in a physical space, for example in a conference room. The conference device 10 corresponds to at least one identification data, and the identification data corresponds to a physical location of the physical space. Since there are a plurality of conference devices 10, there are a plurality of identification data, and all identification data correspond to all conference devices 10 respectively. The identification data includes at least one of a phone number, an Internet Protocol Address (Internet Protocol Address), a password, a device identifier, and a device name. The server 12 is connected to the conference device 10 by a signal, and the server 12 stores identification data. Specifically, the server 12 connects the conference device 10 wirelessly or by wire. The host device 14 is wirelessly connected to the server 12, the host device 14 stores identification data, and the host device 14 has at least one first control application (APP program). The number of first control applications is, for example, one, the first control application corresponding to the server 12. The first control application is provided with at least one independent control interface or an integrated control interface. Since the number of the conference devices 10 is plural, the first control application also has a plurality of independent control interfaces or integrated control interfaces, wherein all the independent control interfaces respectively correspond to all the conference devices 10. The host device 14 controls the conference device 10 through the server 12 for at least a predetermined period of time using the first control application and the identification data. The predetermined period of time may also be a plurality of periods of time, such as day time or night time. The predetermined time period is set by the host device 14 using the first control application, and the host device 14 uploads the predetermined time period to the server 12 using the first control application. At the end of the preset period, the server 12 cancels (terminates) the control of the conference device 10 by the host device 14, disabling the host device 14 from controlling the conference device 10 through the server 12. Therefore, the host device 14 wirelessly controls the conference device 10 so that the conference can be smoothly held or terminated on time.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an operation flow of the third-party conference device control system according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, in step S10, the host device 14 sets at least a predetermined period of time capable of controlling all the conference devices 10 in a physical space by using the first control application, and the host device 14 uploads the predetermined period of time to the server 12 by using the first control application. Next, as shown in step S12, when the preset time period starts, the host device 14 automatically controls the conference device 10 through the server 12 using the first control application and the identification data. Finally, as shown in step S14, when the preset period of time ends, the server 12 automatically cancels (terminates) the control right of the conference device 10 by the host device 14, so that the host device 14 cannot control the conference device 10 through the server 12.
In step S12, after the host device 14 sends a manipulation command to the server 12 by using the first control application, the server 12 transmits an operation signal to the conference device 10 according to the manipulation command, and the conference device 10 passively responds to the operation signal. The conference device 10 does not drive any component with an operation signal. For example, when the conference device 10 is a network telephone with an automatic answering (automatic answering) function, the caller transmits a call to the network telephone through the server 12. Then, after the host device 14 sends a control command to the server 12 by using the first control application program, the server 12 executes a corresponding operation, such as a phone answering operation, according to the control command, where the operation includes answering the incoming call of the caller, and after the server 12 combines the voice signals of the caller, generates and transmits voice data as an operation signal to the network telephone, so that the network telephone generates the voice signal of the caller to passively respond to the operation signal. The server 12 includes an instruction set for controlling all the conference devices 10, and the instruction set includes a plurality of operation instructions, and each of the operation instructions corresponds to each of the conference devices 10. After the host device 14 sends a control command to the server 12 by using the first control application, the server 12 finds an operation command corresponding to the control command from the command set and transmits the operation command to the corresponding conference device 10 to control the conference device. After the server 12 transmits the operation command to the corresponding conference device 10 to control the conference device, the conference device 10 corresponding to the control command transmits a status message to the host device 14 by using the server 12 and the first control application program to notify the host device 14 of the status of the conference device 10 corresponding to the control command. At the same time, the host device 14 displays this status message for viewing by a user of the host device 14.
Referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the third party conference device control system according to the present invention will be described. The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the second embodiment further comprises at least one client device (client device)16 wirelessly connected to the server 12, wherein the client device 16 is selected from a smart phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer. The client device 16 has a second control application corresponding to the server 12. One of the host device 14 and the client device 16 executes its corresponding first control application or second control application to establish an online conference with the server 12, the online conference corresponding to a virtual number. When the client device 16 participates in the online conference and contacts the server 12 with the virtual number for a predetermined period of time, the server 12 contacts the conference device 10 with the identification data and sends an alert message to the host device 14 with the first control application.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the operation flow of the third-party conference device control system according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, in step S16, the host device 14 sets at least a predetermined period of time capable of controlling all the conference devices 10 in a physical space by using the first control application, and the host device 14 uploads the predetermined period of time to the server 12 by using the first control application. Next, as shown in step S18, when the preset time period starts, the host device 14 automatically controls the conference device 10 through the server 12 using the first control application and the identification data. Steps S16 and S18 are the same as steps S10 and S12, respectively. After step S18, step S20 is executed. In step S20, one of the host device 14 and the client device 16 executes its corresponding first control application or second control application to establish an online conference with the server 12. In step S22, the server 12 contacts the conference device 10 with the identification data and transmits a reminder to the host device 14 by using the first control application, so that the host device 14 controls the conference device 10 by using the first control application and the reminder through the server 12. Finally, as shown in step S24, when the preset period of time ends, the server 12 automatically cancels the control right of the conference device 10 by the host device 14, so that the host device 14 cannot control the conference device 10 through the server 12.
In step S22, when the conference device 10 is a network telephone, the host device 14 controls the network telephone to answer (answer) call, hold (hold) call, transfer (transfer) call, or end the call through the server 12 using the first control application and the reminder information, so as to facilitate the smooth proceeding or ending of the conference.
In summary, the present invention utilizes the host device to wirelessly control the conference device, so that the conference can be smoothly held or terminated on time.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, so that equivalent changes and modifications in the shape, structure, characteristics and spirit of the present invention as described in the claims should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
