Detailed Description
In the prior art, in order to solve the power supply failure, a power failure reminding device is generally provided for the electrical equipment, and the power failure reminding device is used for sending a reminding notice to a specific user terminal when the power supply failure occurs.
However, in the case of a power supply failure, the power outage reminding device only sends the power outage reminding information to the pre-associated user terminal, and the power outage reminding device cannot record the information and the functional indexes of the electrical load.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the uninterruptible power supply is arranged, under the condition of power supply failure, power is provided for the power load, meanwhile, the power failure protection system can also work by using the uninterruptible power supply, the information and the function index of the household appliance are recorded, and the information and the function index of the power load are sent to the user terminal through the second communication module, so that the purpose of man-machine interaction is achieved.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a power down protection system 10, comprising: a main control module 102 and an uninterruptible power supply 103, wherein:
the uninterruptible power supply 103 is respectively coupled with the main control module 102 and the household appliance to be protected, is suitable for charging by using a power supply line of the household appliance to be protected, and supplies power to the main control module 102 and the household appliance to be protected when the household appliance to be protected is powered off; the main control module 102 is configured to adjust a power supply standard of the uninterruptible power supply 103 in a power failure state, and record power consumption information of the household appliance to be protected in the power failure state. In specific implementation, the power failure protection system 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention can be integrated in a household appliance to be protected, and is used for monitoring the working condition of the household appliance to be protected.
In a specific implementation, when the household appliance to be protected is in normal operation, the uninterruptible power supply 103 in the power failure protection system 10 may be charged using a power supply line of the household appliance to be protected. When the household appliance to be protected is powered off, the main control module 102 detects that the household appliance is not supplied with electric energy within a preset period of time, and at this time, the main control module 102 triggers the power-off protection system 10 to enter a power-off protection state.
In specific implementation, when the uninterruptible power supply 103 does not supply power to a power supply line of the household appliance to be protected within a preset period of time, at this time, the main control module 102 triggers the power-off protection system 10 to enter a power-off protection state, the uninterruptible power supply 103 sends a corresponding signal to the main control module 102, and the main control module 102 controls the power-off protection system 10 to enter the power-off protection state.
In a specific implementation, when the household appliance to be protected is powered off, the main control module 102 may control the uninterruptible power supply 103 to supply power to the power-off protection system 10 and the household appliance to be protected, so as to prevent the influence and some potential hazards caused by the power-off of the household appliance to the user experience. In the process of supplying power to the uninterruptible power supply 103, the main control module 102 may record, in real time, power consumption information of the household appliance to be protected, such as working power of the household appliance to be protected, a current operation function of the household appliance to be protected, and the longest power supply time of the uninterruptible power supply 103.
In specific implementation, the uninterruptible power supply (103) can supply power to all power utilization units in the household appliance when supplying power to the household appliance to be protected, so that all functions of the household appliance are maintained.
In specific implementation, when the uninterruptible power supply (103) supplies power to the household appliance to be protected, the uninterruptible power supply can supply power to power utilization units in the household appliance to maintain partial functions of the household appliance, and can also prolong the power supply time of the uninterruptible power supply (103).
For example, when the household appliance to be protected is a refrigerator, the uninterruptible power supply (103) may supply power only to a sensor, a lighting unit, or a refrigeration unit inside the refrigerator to secure a partial function of the refrigerator.
In the specific implementation, a user can select which power utilization units inside the household appliance to be protected are powered by the uninterruptible power supply (103) according to actual conditions.
For example, when the household appliance to be protected is a refrigerator, the user can select the uninterruptible power supply (103) to supply power only to a sensor inside the refrigerator, and the user can also select the uninterruptible power supply (103) to supply power to other power utilization units inside the refrigerator.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the power failure protection system 10 may further include a first communication module 104 coupled to the uninterruptible power supply 103. The uninterruptible power supply 103 may supply power to the first communication module 104 when the home appliance to be protected is in a power-off state. The first communication module 104 receives the power consumption information transmitted by the main control module 102, and forwards the power consumption information to a pre-associated user terminal. The transmission method of the first wireless communication module 104 may be wireless communication transmission or wired transmission. The user terminal can be an electronic device corresponding to an after-sale service provider, and can also be an intelligent terminal such as a smart phone used by a user.
In specific implementation, the electricity utilization information is transmitted to the user terminal through the first communication module 104, so that the problem of the household appliance can be known in time when the user is not indoors, the problem can be timely solved, and the loss of the user due to power failure can be avoided.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the power failure protection system 10 further includes a second communication module 105, and the second communication module 105 may be communicatively connected to the first communication module 104 by wireless communication.
In a specific implementation, the second communication module 105 may also be communicatively connected to the first communication module 104 by way of wired communication.
In a specific implementation, the first communication module 104 outputs a connection request to the second communication module 105, and feeds back a connection result to the main control module 102. After the first communication module 104 establishes a communication connection with the second communication module 105, the main control module 102 may transmit the power consumption information of the household appliance in the power-off state to the first communication module 104. The first communication module 104 may transmit the electricity usage information to the second communication module 105. The second communication module 105 may transmit the electricity usage information to a pre-associated user terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the power supply of the second communication module 105 may be independent from the power supply line of the household appliance to be protected, that is, the power supply of the second communication module 105 and the power supply circuits of other modules in the power-off protection system 10 are different power supply branches in the household power grid. Although the power supply branches are different, the power sources of the second communication module 105 and the power failure protection system 10 are both the main power source of the household power grid, i.e. the household power source corresponding to the household appliance to be protected.
In a specific implementation, the power supply line of the second communication module 105 is independent from the power supply line of the household appliance to be protected. Since the household appliance to be protected is in a power-off state and the operating power of the first communication module 104 using the uninterruptible power supply 103 is at a low level, the communication signal of the first communication module 104 is poor, and there is a possibility that communication connection and information transmission with the user terminal cannot be completed. The second communication module 105 may be a home router disposed near the home appliance, and thus it is easier for the first communication module 104 to transmit the electricity usage information to the second communication module 105, and thus the second communication module 105 may also stably transmit the electricity usage information to the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after knowing that the first communication module 104 establishes the wireless communication connection with the second communication module 105, the main control module 102 may generate first fault information including the power supply fault of the to-be-protected household appliance, and control the first communication module 104 to transmit the power consumption information and the first fault information to the second communication module 105. The second communication module 105 transmits the first failure information and the power usage information to a pre-associated user terminal.
In a specific implementation, the power supply of the second communication module 105 is independent from the power supply line of the household appliance to be protected, so if the first communication module 104 and the second communication module 105 can establish a wireless communication connection, it can be said that the other household appliance can normally operate. At this point, the household network may not be damaged too much, but only the power supply of this branch of the household appliance to be protected fails.
In specific implementation, whether the wireless communication connection can be established between the first communication module 104 and the second communication module 105 is used for judging the working condition of the household power grid, and the working condition of the household power grid is transmitted to the user terminal, so that on one hand, a user can know the working condition of the household power grid more accurately, on the other hand, the time of maintenance personnel is shortened, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the power failure protection system 10 may further include a wireless power supply module 106 coupled to the uninterruptible power supply 103. When the wireless communication connection between the first communication module 104 and the second communication module 105 fails to be established, the main control module 102 may control the wireless power supply module 106 to supply power to the second communication module 105.
In a specific implementation, after the wireless power supply module 106 supplies power to the second communication module 105, the first communication module 104 may attempt to establish a wireless communication connection with the second communication module 105. Under the condition that the wireless communication connection between the first communication module 104 and the second communication module 105 is successfully established, the main control module 102 may generate second fault information, and control the first communication module 104 to transmit the second fault information and the power utilization information to a pre-associated user terminal, where the second fault information includes a power supply fault of a home power supply corresponding to the home appliance to be protected.
In a specific implementation, since the power supply of the second communication module 105 is independent from the power supply line of the household appliance to be protected, when the first communication module 104 and the second communication module 105 cannot establish a communication connection, the power supply of the whole household power grid may be stopped, that is, the household power supply fails.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the wireless power supply module 106 supplies power to the second communication module 105, the first communication module 104 may attempt to establish a wireless communication connection with the second communication module 105. In case of a failure in establishing the wireless communication connection, the main control module 102 may generate third failure information including a failure of the home appliance to be protected, and control the first communication module 104 to transmit the third failure information and the power consumption information to a pre-associated user terminal.
In a specific implementation, if the wireless power supply module 106 can supply power to the second communication module 105, the first communication module 104 still cannot establish a wireless communication connection with the second communication module 105, and then it is very likely that a problem occurs in the household appliance to be protected, for example, the household appliance cannot work normally.
In a specific implementation, whether the first communication module 104 and the second communication module 105 can establish a wireless communication connection can obtain the operating condition of the home power grid, and a user can accurately know the position of the fault, so that the maintenance can be performed quickly.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the power failure protection system 10 may further include an output module coupled to the main control module 102, and the main control module 102 outputs the power consumption information to the output module 101; the output module 101 is adapted to output and display the power consumption information.
In specific implementation, the output module 101 can output and display the power consumption information recorded by the main control module 102, so that a user can know the power failure state of the household appliance to be protected more while human-computer interaction is realized, and user experience is improved to a certain extent.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the household appliance to be protected is in the power-off state, in order to maintain the key functions of the household appliance and the normal operation of the power-off protection system 10, the uninterruptible power supply 103 may supply power to a designated user unit in the household appliance, and the power supply voltage output by the uninterruptible power supply 103 is lower than the normal operating voltage of the designated power unit.
In a specific implementation, the designated power utilization unit of the household appliance can be set by a user according to actual conditions.
The invention also provides a household appliance comprising any one of the power-off protection systems 10 described above.
The invention also provides a refrigerator comprising any one of the power-off protection systems 10.
In particular, since the refrigerator belongs to a household appliance which works continuously throughout the day, and secondly, a lot of frozen foods may be stored in the refrigerator, the power-off protection system 10 plays a relatively large role in the refrigerator.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by instructing the relevant hardware through a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
